Beautiful room, hotel and restaurant! Everything was clean and the hotel staff was superb! Very attentive and great service! The hotel is right in the tiny center of Podgorica in the perfect location.

The first day there was no hot water. This was catastrophic for us as we had just arrived from an long trip and wanted to shower. The water wasn’t resolved until the next morning.

Great staff, wonderful lady on reception, it was a pleasure to be welcomed by her. Also the staff in the restaurant was very friendly. Elegant and Design hotel, very nice looking restaurant.

No parking. Very dark rooms with bad light.

Hotel neghbours started to drill and make construction works at 18.00 (on saturday) and it continued for 2 hours non-stop. But nothing wrong about hotel itself

Located in the Center District. Surrounded by tons of restaurants and bars. Staff were always friendly and helpful!

If you are a person who needs silence to sleep, this is not the place for you! Bars open until 0300 and noise from street and bars carried up to room (2nd floor). I did not mind this because I enjoy surrounding noise. My husband was not a fan and slept with his noise cancelling headset.

It's a good location, with many bars and restaurants nearby. However, it was quite noisy at night. There was a live band performance in the bar.

One of the light bulbs was broken. The room was a dark colour tone.

The shower was excellent. The room was a decent size, albeit unusually decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The staff at reception were helpful.

The main thing was noise, which isn’t really the hotel’s fault, but loud music from the bar around the corner until 3am on a Monday night wasn’t really what I hoped for when I paid a premium price. The spa didn’t seem to open when I tried it at about 5.30pm. The decoration of the room was rather odd - dark colours and shiny surfaces, and a whole wall taken up with a weird kind of CGI picture of what might have been Venice? Anyway, it made for a gloomy room, not bright and cheerful.

Lady at the reception, I think her name is Valentina Vujovic, she was amazing, the kindest receptionist I ever met, very helpful and very professional! Also the staff at the hotel’s restaurant were amazing!

Very well located with loads of bars and restaurants right on the corner. It is situated in the city center. The hotel itself has a great restaurant with top notch food. Unfortunately the road is under construction but that is not their fault. Still easily accessible. All the usual hotel room amenities were there i.e. minibar, soaps and shampoos and cream, TV, WiFi etc...

The room I was in had a red decor to it with a half finished type decor which was not really to my taste but that's just me. The hotel reception is actually just a corridor with a desk at the end, but considering the building layout, it would be difficult to make it differently. The reception took some time to arrive as I waited, but not a big deal. Also the staff at reception didn't seem very bothered, not unpleasant but a bit blazer. But that à bout it. For the rest, nice hotel. 👍
