The pictures don’t do the listing justice. This property was everything we could want and more. Been coming to the keys for 25 years and this is my new favorite. Andrew was wonderful to work with, also.

Beautiful home and outdoor space!! Perfect home for family outdoor vacation!! Amazing view!! There were a few broken things on the list that needed attention but the owner responded to most of them very quickly once we notified him. I would definitely stay here again!!

It was wonderful

My wife and I have been coming to Marathon for 6 years. This was our favorite house we have stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked and loved the view. We had 4 brand new bikes as well as paddle boards and kayaks. Plenty of fun for everyone! The pool and hot tub were perfect. Great views of the sunrise as well as the bay. We will definitely try and stay here next trip down. The host was always responsive to our questions and needs! All in all a great house for the money. We would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Marathon.

What a great week in Paradise. The house was just as shown on the site. But no TV by the pool it is in the sitting area under the house. We had a few issues and had to reach out for help. It was handled in a timely manner and everyone involved was super supportive and helpful. Leslie, company draftsperson, even came to the house and worked with us one-on-one to try and fix the TV. May steal her to work for us. Rented a boat and kept it at the dock, so handy. Even though there is a lot of sea grass, which made it hard to swim. Water was to cold for swimming. With all of the grass you can not walk into the water to swim you would have to use the ladder on the dock. It was super easy to take out kayaks, 6 provided. There were also four paddle boards, to cold for us to use them but nice to have the option. The four bikes were such a fun add on. The extra fridge was a huge bonus as was the cooler and all of the extra beach chairs. This place is also walking distance to a Walgreens, Dollar store and several restaurants. Only thing that was negative was that the house echo's and is noisy. Just have to remember to be quiet when others are sleeping. The sounds travel. Again, great place. Would highly recommend staying at Paradise Bay. Oh yea, great views and manatee's out by the dock or close by almost every day. Hope to return for another stay in the future.

This is the second year in a row that we have rented this property. This year we barely left the house. Tons of fishing off the dock, gorgeous views, beautiful backyard and great location - close to all! Cant wait to book again for next year!

We spent a week in Marathon. The house was incredible. It had everything that you would need for the stay. Can’t say enough about this vacation. Would definitely rent this home again.

This place was fantastic. We even saw a school of dolphins jumping and playing just off the pier. We stay in the keys every year, and this was the best place we've ever stayed in. There was just so much to do on the property and the place is amazing, with views to die for. We loved it so much we never wanted to leave.

The experience from booking to check-out was great. The host worked with me when it was necessary to change the booking week. The house was wonderful with the 2 primary bedrooms for our 3 generation family. We ate all our meals at the house while taking in the breathtaking view from the dinning table. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance you would need plus more. The organization of the outdoor space along with all the equipment is perfect. With record breaking heat, the pool was refreshing and the house A/C unit kept the house cool. This rental is wonderful!

This property provides everything you would imagine living life in the Keys! Great location! Tons of outdoor activities - we launched our personal jet ski, enjoyed the paddle boards daily, fishing was exceptional- our son landed a near 4ft Tarpon!! Manatee and other fish were visible and the views are spectacular!!

5/5 stars!! Fabulous place to stay for the whole family!!! Beautiful views, great pool area, seen lots of fish, sharks, & manatees everyday off the dock!! The whole process from check in to check out was seamless!! Def will be back next year!!

Great place for a big family to launch daily - whether going out on a boat or adventuring in the Keys. Enjoyed our stay - seamless, easy and had everything we needed.

My family of 5 and I stayed third week in May and we had the absolute most amazing time! We have stayed in the middle Keys many times over the years and this was just one of the best! Weather was perfect and the house and all of it's amenities are just beautiful! Super clean, everything you need for cooking, fantastic dock and pool and spa were incredible. Loved it!! Can't wait to return!

The pool,hot tub, swimup bar were outstanding. Also, the available water toys and bicycles are a class act. The kitchen was well equipped.

We had the greatest week at your house. The pictures do not do this place any justice. The house was in great condition, extremally clean and everything you needed to enjoy a wonderful week with my family. I highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay on the Gulf in the Keys. Centrally located to everything you could need or want to do while on the Keys. We will defiantly return. Thank you again.

Absolutely beautiful home with an amazing view! Everything was wonderful about our stay! The backyard, pool area was our favorite! The kayaks, paddleboards and fishing rods were such a nice bonus! We hope to be back!

This property is wonderful. I have been staying in Marathon for many years. This is the first time we rented a home. I took my wife, two children ages 11 and 14, mother and mother in law. Everyone had an amazing time. The house is clean, neat, and well supplied. Everything was thought of. We spent several days just lounging by the pool and hot tub. The kids fished off the dock. We saw manatees a few mornings. Even a few lizards stopped to say hello. The home is centrally located in Marathon. It is close to almost everything you need, including an amazing Publix grocery store. We really enjoyed the view. The master bedroom on the top floor is truly grande. The main floor master bath is also wonderful. We spent most morning watching the sunrise over the gulf and then enjoyed breakfast around the huge kitchen island. The host was very responsive and answered all of my pre arrival questions quickly. We will be back. What a wonderful home.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! We kayaked, spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub:) We were visited almost daily by a couple of manatees out by the boat dock! Lots of fun and a great place to stay!

The whole family loved spending time in the pool. The house was great as well. Would definitely recommend this property and stay again!

This place was simply amazing! The house was immaculate, rooms very spacious and comfortable; the open design was perfect. The views I can't say enough - to wake up every morning and look out at the gorgeous pool and water was so relaxing! The manatees came right up to the pier and were so beautiful! We were close to Publix for groceries, only an hour from Key West, and many great restaurants to choose from. Our host was very receptive to answering all questions and very easy to deal with. We HIGHLY recommend this property for your future stay!

As the name describes this place is absolutely Paradise on The Bay! If you read nothing further know this is the best VBRO I have ever stayed in and would go here again in a second. The property and the home are beautiful. The place was extremely clean. The inside of the home was very spacious and offered everything you needed for the week. The outside of this property is absolutely sprectacular. The pool can accomodate smalll children up to adults. They are plenty of spaces to enjoy the beautiful bay of the ocean. The dock is great. We did not rent a boat but the dock is capable of holding a boat if you bring one or rent one. You can catch all kinds of different species of fish right off the dock. The owner even supplies you fishing poles. They provide with numerous of things to enjoy the outdoors from paddle boards, to kayaks, to bikes, to a cornhole set. You have plenty of things to do to stay busy or just simply relax. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located on the island. The owner is easily accessible and responds to phone calls/texts immediately. We had two families with 9 people and had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this place!

The house and pool layout was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to be together and quiet areas too. The kitchen needed some better organization and all new frying and baking pans. It was also lacking in bake ware. The front burners on the stove only cook on high.

Everything was great!!

Loved this house! It had enough rooms for our whole party to stay in comfortably. Our favorite part about this house was the pool and the ocean in the backyard. When we make a trip back to the Keys, we will for sure want to stay in this house again.
