The host Mary is wonderful! The home is beautiful and was perfect for the two of us to stay while visiting family in Edmonton. The beds are very comfortable and street parking is very easy. I highly recommend this home to everyone!

My stay was great! House was clean, location was nice. Conveniently located to malls, restaurants and a reasonable driving distance to most other things. Parking was available and host was prompt with communication. I’d stay here again!

This property was nice a clean had everything we needed.The listing says sleeps up to 8 guest then days 1-6 guests,we were visiting our son for the arrival of fist grandchild and wanted them to say a couple days but was told it would be $40 per adult does not say that in listing a little disappointed.

Came to Edmonton with family for a few days and need 3 separate beds, looked for a hotel but they were more expensive for less. Loved having our own space to come home to with a fully stocked kitchen and 3 bedrooms for everyone. The house was very clean and spacious, all bathrooms had toilet paper and soap, enough dishes for everyone and nice backyard to sit in. Check in was easy and Mary checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This place was great and well stocked and at a convenient location. The only issue that was unsettling was the fact that people were living in the basement. Being from Southern California, this was very unusual. I understand this is normal for Canada but I wish we had be given prior notice when booking to prepare.

We booked our property and our son and girlfriend decided to come with us last minute. At the time of booking the online details did not clearly indicate charges for additional people. We have rented many properties over the years and have never been hit with charges for extra guests when renting the full house. The property manager demanded more money for these two guests higher than if they would have gotten a hotel. All these charges were applied after the fact and as a result we were not happy and felt like we got “swindled”. I just finished booking another house in Edmonton (not this property) and I was reminded of how much I was unsatisfied with how this transaction was handled.

Needed a place to stay for 4 adults (Grandma, our son and ourselves) excellent location for where we needed to me. MARY was quick to respond to.my questions and her home was lovely

We were in Edmonton to visit family in the hospital and stayed through Christmas. It was a comfortable and cozy home for us and our 2 adult sons to spend time together in between visiting family.

My friends and I really enjoyed this property. It was very clean and a nice layout! Would definitely stay here again.

Mary was great to deal with, but I felt that the accommodation was somewhat misleading. It is an older property & is not a standalone house. It is a duplex with the basement suite being a regular monthly rental. There were 5 of us: my husband & I and my oldest daughter with her husband and 12-year-old son, which we were charged extra for and told this could not be waived (rather frustrating). It is an older rental, with some broken cupboards/drawers. When sweeping up, I found 2 bowls on the floor under the table (when there is an extra cleaning charge with VRBO rentals). There was also a powdery-type odor upstairs (like something in the carpet). I will say that we did our best to stay quiet (reminded of this several times) as we had Thanksgiving dinner where 4 adults joined us. This rental worked well enough and it was very easy to find and parking available. Thanks.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was as pictured. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with items for cooking and eating in, which is a huge plus. Mary was such a wonderful host. She is responsive, helpful, and kind. She even took the time to check in during our stay and make sure we had everything we need. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Edmonton and I would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and comfortable. Its location in Edmonton is convenient to get around and there are a choice of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

My husband and I travelled to Edmonton with our two teenagers and our 2-year old. Everything was exactly what we needed for all age groups. The neighborhood is in a convenient location in a quiet area. Mary is a very communicative and responsive host.

Was not aware that the home shared a basement tenant and was a side by side. A/C stopped working and owner advised it didn't work when it was less than 17C. The house was a 2 story and it was 26c.. Middle bedroom bed was uncomfortable. Could use new dishes a some wine glasses. Other than that the owner was very nice, house was in a good location, and clean.

Me and my family had another wonderful stay at Mary’s beautiful home. It was nicely located to Kingsway Mall and other shops. Mary checked in with us quite regularly and was very responsive to my inquiries. Will definitely stay again.
