This home is spacious and fit our families needs while we were in Richland for a softball tournament. It is just minutes away from the river walk and a Safeway is close also. The kitchen is well stocked and the kids enjoyed the ping pong and foosball games. We will stay here again when we come back!

We loved this house! It's spacious and the kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples that came to go boating, biking, waterskiing and wine-tasting for a few days. Being able to walk to the river, the easy access to the boat launch and the bike path makes this house the perfect location. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and no issues. Nice house with plenty of room in a clean neighborhood. Came here to fish so it was a great base camp for our group.

We were in town for a wedding & needed enough space for 4 adults. This was a perfect home for us - PLENTY of room! The river walk was across the street & was a wonderful way to start the day. We had some spectacular ping-pong games in the game room. It was hot, so unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy the covered porch or backyard. The neighborhood is leafy & beautiful. I love this home!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood
This cool custom home in a quiet neighborhood right near the Columbia river is spacious and conveniently located. Property manager was exceptionally responsive and accommodating.

Very roomy rental
The rental was very easy to keep clean. We were surprised by all of the extras included. Plenty of sheets, towels and bedding, soaps and toilet paper included. We would feel very comfortable recommending the house to any of our friends and family.

Great gathering place
We were in town for our sons wedding. This home was great for kids of all ages. We gathered here because it was the largest place. Very close to the river and great walking paths near by. We loved being able to go for walks on the path right from the house and enjoy the river. Spacious home with ample sleeping spaces. We had a great time gathering around a fire in the backyard roasting hotdogs! Host was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to all.

Perfect location
The biggest pros of this house is very close location to river and parks. Perfect for big companies - a lot of space.
Cons for me was cleaness: windows need to be washed, clean up garage, backyard, grill, take out bath sponges.
But still I'd recommend stay in this property.

Great Location!
The location of the property is excellent! Great for walking with a view of the river from the house. This worked great for our family, we had plenty of room to spead out. I hope we get to go back. Thank you, Shannon and family

We loveed the properties neighborhood and being a short block away from the river. Plenty of space in this home for groups to gather, inside and outside.

Lower level with bed & bath is perfect for kids! Backyard has a beautiful pergola, but unable to use, as the yard is in disarray, overgrown dead tree growth, as is the rest of the property, with spiders everywhere. No garden, as is stated in the listing. No mattress pads on any beds. Pillows were comfy. Quiet neighborhood. There was a note on the garage, that said, Garage is not part of the Rental..Probably won't rent again. The no cable is a deal breaker, as my older mother was counting on relaxing and watching her shows & the news.

Family Gathering
Had a wonderful stay at this location. The games downstairs were great entertainers for the kids and adults. The back yard is being relandscaped?, so family could not enjoy outdoor space.

Great house for lots of family.
Lots of room for a family visit, clean. Didn’t use outside much, the house is in a great neighborhood. Basement has full size ping pong table and extra couches for lounging.

Great place for large group
House was perfect, a little bit older of a house but in good shape. House is laid out well wear kids can play downstairs while adults hang out up stairs. Master bedroom is huge with a great bathroom. Hot tub is a nice touch

Big, Clean and Great Location.
It was a great location for all the wedding activities we had going on. Right by the river and great places to eat close by. There was great communication between the owner and property manger. We would rent here again!

Great house!
House is great and accommodating. Kitchen needs current pots, pans and cutting boards, etc. Thermostat in the living room is not working and so the entire house was cold. The crew loved the ping pong table!

Wedding Weekend
We traveled from Michigan to celebrate our daughter’s wedding at Goose Ridge Winery. We had visited Richland several times before when my husband was here for work so when our daughter selected the area for her wedding we were thrilled!
We wanted to stay in a house so our other daughter, husband and son could stay with us. We also wanted a place where family from Michigan could gather for pre wedding planning. This house has it all!!! We loved being so close to the Colombia River. We used the ping pong table, grill, bikes and other amenities often. We would stay here again and highly recommend the property.
The owner was very responsive and accommodating when we wanted to get in early. He made the experience even better!

Nice home base at tri-city getaway!
Great location to the river and bike trail as well as all of Richland waterfront. There was no cable tv but luckily this was not Important to us. Internet was spotty. House was very spacious and easily accommodated our three couples but could have handled three more people.

Perfect for our family reunion
My siblings and I rented this home for a family reunion. The size of the home and it’s location was perfect. Each of us had a bedroom and there was plenty of room for us to sit and visit at the end of the day. Guy was helpful and responsive to every request.

Great house near Columbia River
Great big comfortable house. The house code did not work at first, but Guy said vrbo site did not update properly. Guy answered phone call immediately to give new code. (Note: Place code and turn big lock.) 2 car enclosed garage was best!!

Place was comfortable. You should put mattress covers on beds, none of the beds had them. You could have mentioned you had a Keurig, we wouldn't have bothered bringing our own.

Great location
Great location, good value. Slight glitches getting in. Only most basics in kitchen and in a four bedroom place, three wine glasses.... Owner responded almost immediately to text via VRBO website, no phone number until inside home. Cleanliness good.

Clean home but a little quirky
Upon arrival I had to call the manager to get the correct door code. The code provided was incorrect. I had to call again to get the WiFi password. The home was nice and clean and has a great basement but there were not nearly enough dishes and silverware for our family of five. I think there were only three knives and, there weren't enough of everything else to get through two meals. Additionally, the hot tub is TINY and inflatable and only goes up to 100 degrees. Our kids enjoyed using it but it would have been too crowded and probably would have overflowed if we had all got in. The water is only about two feet deep. We enjoyed our stay but wanted to put a little truth to the advertising.

Much larger than I thought, very good for business
The Property is nice with the best walk in shower you could ever hope for. It’s not the ritz but functional and practical and was perfect for my needs. Also
I got a chance to meet the host who is amazing, very flexible and trustworthy.
Strongly recommend doing business with him.
