squeaky beds

The location is perfect, literally steps from the beach. It was very homey & roomier than it looks. It basically is 3 bedrooms. Vacasa was very helpful in our special requests. We would definitely book here again.

There was a stain down the side of the mattress cover of one room and the toothbrush mount was off laying on the sink counter. Just didn’t want to be accused of those things.

It was dirty the screen door was brook and dishwasher didn’t work and it needs tvs upstairs instead of just one down stairs.

The location was excellent. I was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and other activities.

The dishwasher was broken and had sour smelling water inside. The garbage disposal also smelled. I didn't do any cooking so I was able to avoid using the items. A door was off the hinge and there was hair in one of the bathrooms.

the pros are that it was really close to the beach and near restaurants and other shops

The pros were that it was really close to the Beach and you could walk there in just a minute or two but that was about it. It had a decently spacious feeling even for 6 people but there are a few things that definitely need attention. The room was cleaned ok but not that great prior to our arrival. Sand was all over the floor but that is to be expected to an extent being right at the beach. The rooms were ok but only having 1 TV isn’t he living room and nothing in the bedrooms doesn’t work well if you have a family with kids. The down stair toilet was broken on arrival and would not flush due to broken parks in the back of it. The toilet up stairs barley worked but enough to get through the 4 day trip. Stair to go upstairs are very small and narrow and super steep for what it is. Washer and dryer were filthy with all kinds of rust and a bunch of other things that didn’t get cleaned. Dryer was full of fuzz, lint and hair and we had to clean that prior to use along with the washer. Showers were not cleaned very well and had hair etc left in them. Trash can was over flowing on arrival. Kitchen was spacious enough for use but the fridge and freezer again were not clean. Couches had stains and just looked old and dingy. The place was very outdated and run down looking on the outside and seems to be falling apart on the inside. Doors would not close drawers in kitchen and some upstairs were broken and would fall out if not supported during use from the bottom. All sliding hinged doors for laundry area and closets were falling apart. Closets were filthy and buckets of paint and screws were everywhere in them. For th reprice you’d think there would be a better value like having things that worked, a tv in all rooms and even things be clean when you arrive. The beds in this place are horrible. They are hard and every time you touch them, lay down in them, get up or roll over they make a loud crunching and squeak like plexiglass breaking.
