This property is as described. The beach is literally a two minute easy walk. And as the other reviews have mentioned, there’s SO MUCH beach gear! Oh and the private pool was absolutely wonderful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We experienced the time of our lives for 84 days in this beautiful house. Vinny was fantastic in communicating with us. His mother Stephanie (and father Guss) were amazing as house managers. We felt more like friends than guests. The pool heater gave us a run for our money (gremlins we think.. and it became comical) but issue was resolved quickly. We would love love love to come stay again. This house is a diamond find.

We had a wonderful time here! The property was beautiful, and the public beach access was right at the end of the street! Just a short stroll to the entrance. 6 adults stayed here and had plenty of room to hang out together but also not feel right on top of one another. My only tiny qualm was the brightness of the bedrooms once the Florida sun came up, however I’m used to sleeping in basically pitch dark. This didn’t hinder us at all though! Lovely time spent and the owners were very nice and responsive! Can’t wait to book our next stay!

This was a wonderful vacation at a wonderful property! Not only does it live up to its promises, Vincent considers all the “extras” that make vacations wonderful…comfy pillows, beach and pool toys and carriers, games and books, bikes, lots of towels, beautiful decorations, immediate responsiveness and more. Really hope to return next year! Pool was the BOMB!

Lots of accommodations! Nicely supplied with everything you need to beach, from a cart, toys, boards and more!! We enjoyed our stay in this home nestled in a nice community close to the beach! Our family loved it!!

I was very excited about the pool with lights for nighttime swimming. Contacted property manager because pool lights did not work. She responded almost immediately. I wasn’t able to have my night swims due to this. It was a deciding factor in renting the home. I was very disappointed that they weren’t able to fix it during our stay. Don’t let that deter you though. Im just a scaredy cat about the dark. ( I have Narcolepsy and causes me to stay in lighted areas. I’m not able to swim in lakes or dark waters.) my husband and kids were able to night swim still.
The home location and other amenities were right on point though. Beds were super comfortable. Nice gift basket and pina colada mix was waiting for us. I definitely would rent this home again. The ocean had red flags during our whole stay, so having the pool was great!

My adult kids loved the game room. This home had every beach toy you would want. Tons of beach towels, beach chairs bikes and beach cart! Best selection of beach things I’ve ever seen

Great location off the main road and close to many attractions but not in the busy area. House is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Beach area not crowded as this is in more of the residential area and not near large hotels.
House is very clean, well maintained with recent improvements and beautifully decorated. Everything needed and more is supplied.

This place was an amazing experience! The house with the pool was wonderful! The kids and the adults all had fun playing HORSE and just relaxing in general. The easy stroll to the beach access was great, and everyone enjoyed the gameroom!

Perfect walkability for an amazing recharge from the frozen north. House and pool made the perfect family trip. Home owner was helpful and had everything ready for us to just relax and enjoy. Beach was beautiful and pool was warm.

Perfect location, lots of extras for us to use (beach towels, chairs, speaker, and Alexa)! Pool was heated as advertised and didn’t cost extra (not always the case)! Convenient to restaurants and activities with just a short distance to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay!

The house is very nice, and we enjoyed our stay there. Had a very relaxing vacation. Our son and the grandkids really enjoyed the game room. Love the heated pool. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars on cleanliness is dust on parts of the ceiling fan in the Master bedroom and I just couldn't miss it when I went to bed.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Lots of beach toys, chairs, beach , etc. The interior was tastefully decorated, updated, and clean. Our bed was comfy and the kitchen was big enough for several of us. We did have one hiccup when the air would not cool the home, but I think someone in our group accidentally turned the fan to the wrong position and possibly turned the a/c off. Our host responded quickly and had the HVAC man come out two days in a row, which I really felt bad about because it turned out nothing was wrong with the a/c except the fact that someone turned it down too low for a hot day and didn't have the fan in the correct position...but I was not aware that the thermostat had been changed by someone in our party until after the issue came up. The exterior could use deep cleaning and touch-ups, and the bottom of the pool looks worn and the photos don't really show it, but the pool and the water was very clean. Just some age on the concrete, I suppose. The owner did contact me after we left about 2 issues and I promptly and replied to him with an honest response. I have not heard back and I am assuming all is well. I would recommend this property, as both the host and owner were very professional, the home is nice and WONDERFULLY stocked (thank you!), and oh, so close to the beach in a relatively quiet area of Panama City.

We had a great time at this property, it was clean and within walking distance to the beautiful beach. We loved the convenience of the pool and outdoor shower. Would love to stay here again.

A great house! Owner replies very quickly with all the questions. The welcome basket was also a very nice touch with the clean house. The heated pool was a must we were in it every day! I would highly recommend staying here. Great location, great pool, and the beach wasn't crowded!

I was here for a month. The pool heater stopped working after a week. It was not repaired during the rest of my stay. The owner agreed to give my a refund. When it was time for the refund, he claimed I broke his couch and refused to give me the refund. He is a liar, and takes advantage of elderly people.

Very nice, clean vacation home with a heated pool and super short walk to the beach. We loved the personalized welcome and festive fall decorations. It was refreshing walking into a vacation home that was so clean.
The beach umbrellas, chairs, and cart were very convenient. We also appreciated having comfy beds for a vacation rental. Lots of extra touches in this home that you do not see in other rentals.

When a summer storm caused an unexpected complication, the property owner responded promptly to offer guidance and resolution. The concrete pool was a little rough and ate some skin off elbows and feet but not unexpected especially with rough play. I would definitely stay again.

Great Family Rental
The house is exactly as described and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was a nice respite from the beach, and we felt right at home with the amenities provided by the owners. Great stay.

Great Beach House Vacation
Our family stayed at this beach house for four nights, and it suited our needs perfectly. The house was very clean. Communication with the owner was fantastic. We will definitely consider staying here again if it is available when we are ready to return to PCB. Wonderful house, very close to the beach. Awesome stay.

The AC blows COLD, there is so much room that all 6 of us could have our own space when we wanted it but had so many options for family time in the spacious upstairs living room and kitchen area. The walk to the beach is so quick and easy. I will rent this beautiful beach property every time I go to PCB. Thanks Vincent for taking such good care of us.
