We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property which is centrally located on the island. It's a very spacious home offering many wonderful amenities. We rented a car so it was very easy to get to all the beaches. We also had bikes and biking into town and several closely shops was very easy - the bike path is very close! A wonderful visit - we are so grateful to have stayed in this home!

This very spacious and lovely decorated home is in a great, quiet neighborhood and is one of the best vrbo’s we’ve rented in many years . We were a family of 6 adults and two teenagers , together to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Diane was wonderful to work with and the home easily accommodated our family. The open floor plan and large rooms, including 3 en-suite bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with shared Jack and Jill bath were ideal for a large family gathering . The kitchen was beautifully equipped and the large dining room was a great place to dine and just gather. The backyard is cozy and there is a large gas grill that was terriffic for 4 th of July burgers. Lots of beach equipment, towels. Just a very family friendly home ! We also loved the many pieces of framed art done by the owner’s children! Just a charming touch! We all loved this home and hope to return. Thank you, Diane!

It was a great layout for 3 families with children. It had everything we needed and amenities were perfect.

This was our first time vacationing in Nantucket and we chose the best home! We traveled with another family and their kids. Everyone had their own bathroom and there was a pool/playground within a minute walking distance. The house was extremely clean and Diane is a very organized, pleasant host. Would definitely stay again!

This was our 20th summer in Nantucket and our first in this house. Nobody likes change but when you nail a rental it makes it easier. This house was clean, spacious and in a nice spot. The rooms were great size and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need for a dinner party. Backyard was private and had a nice grill and outdoor shower. You are under 2 miles to one of Nantucket’s best beaches, Nobadeer. Can’t wait to rent this house again. We highly recommend.

We have been vacationing on Nantucket for several houses and have stayed in various locations on the island. This was our third rental in Naushop and we all agreed it was the best house we have rented by far. Super clean, lots of hangout spaces, fully furnished and amazing kitchen. Truly just an all around accommodating rental home. Would highly recommend! And the private backyard was absolutely perfect!

Layout of the house was spacious. Well outfitted for cooking and serving for a large groups. Owners were communicative and pleasant.

The homeowner was very communicative and helpful. The house was very clean, neat and organized with lots of room and lots of extra towels and blankets. We loved the coffee shop and restaurants very close by as well as the neighborhood pool which was just redone. You will love your stay here!!

My family’s third stay in this wonderful house was absolutely fantastic. It is airy, comfortably furnished with good, solid heavy duty pieces so one really isn’t in fear of breaking some prized antique. It is absolutely spotless and has 2 washers and dryers in the basement. That’s very handy with 10 people.It’s a very roomy home so people can spread out and have privacy, gathering together as they wish in the spacious common rooms and yard.The owner is phenomenal, serving every need,responsive,pleasant and caring. I highly recommend renting this home.

This house and property are beautiful. The owner was in contact during the week, and was able to answer questions for our group. The owner had so many beach supplies available for use. The house had more accommodations than usually available, such as 2 washers and dryers! This Naushop village location is great, with a pool and right on the bike path. I look forward to staying at this home again.

I rented this house for the 4th of July week. Having rented it unseen, I was a little worried about what the quality would be. I could not have been more delighted by the property when we arrived! I should have known, as the owner was always very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay. This is a fantastic house for families with ample room for everyone to have their own space when needed. For us, the property comfortably slept two families (with two children) and two nannies. The top floor has a great bedroom with a min-living area. The kitchen is clean and new. Cooking was a breeze as most everything you could need was right there! The kids loved the close proximity to the neighborhood pool; we loved the cute backyard for evening cocktails. We would definitely stay at 88 Goldfinch again!

We rented 88 Goldfinch for a week in September 2016 and found it to be a clean, spacious, and well provisioned home. The layout of the home is wonderful with a large kitchen, dining room, and family room on the first floor - perfect for entertaining. With 5 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 baths - the house provided ample and enjoyable private space. The home was well provisioned with extra towels, kitchen implements, backyard furniture and grill, and beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers. The owner and caretaker were very responsive to every request (we needed extra keys and propane for the grill which were provided in less than 24 hours). We would definitely recommend this home for your vacation and would also definitely stay there again.

Diane was an incredible host. She made sure we knew everything about the house ahead of time and always responded to any questions we had. The house itself was spotlessly clean, great spacious and open floor plan and equipped with everything we needed. Looked as if it had just been painted, not a mark on a wall. Diane even registered our cell phones so we could use the repeater which greatly improved the reception for ATT phones. I would highly recommend this house and Diane to anyone.

Well kept, contemporary property. Spacious, immaculately clean, modern amenities. Amazed at the extras of everything. Extra towels, bath and beach. Extra Bedding. Hangars! TWO sets of silverware. Tons of kitchenware. If you need something, you'll find it in that kitchen. (Except a wire mesh strainer, lol, nobody's perfect...I'll bet there is one somewhere and we didn't see it) Nice patio, table and chairs with shed full of beach supplies, excellent propane grill. Bike rack in back yard! Master en suite is a treat. Glass enclosed shower with massage jets. The owners really thought of every comfort. It's exactly what a larger group of people need when wanting to enjoy the island and not worry about what's needed at the house. The owners took that worry away. Oh, also, TWO sets of washer/dryers. Drying rack. Etc, etc, etc. Fantastic property, centrally located. You can get anywhere from here. We biked to Town, Madaket, Cisco, Surfside, and Siaconset from the house. We can't say enough nice things about the property, the ease of rental transaction and the owners. We know the island well, have stayed at other properties, and this summer was a real treat because of this particular property.

The house is beautiful, roomy, clean and fully equipped inside and outside for a perfect family vacation. My wife loved the expansive modern kitchen as we prepared and enjoyed meals there. Everyone in our whole extended family from grandchildren to grandparents was comfortable and had a fantastic time. The owner and the caretaker were promptly responsive to our limited questions and requests. We have rented a few houses on Nantucket but this one exceeded our expectations.

What a wonderful home for a vacation in Nantucket! This house is quite large with three stories and can easily fit several people. We stayed on the third floor which had a large open room and a private bath. The house has a very homey and lived in feel. It's extremely clean and well maintained with all of the necessities of staying in a house; towels, soap, plenty of kitchenware, washer/dryer, etc. There's even an outdoor shower! The kitchen is extremely spacious which is always a plus in my opinion, and there's also an outdoor grill. This house is centrally located on the island and the downtown shops and beaches are a short drive away. The neighborhood is also on the bus route. Multiple bike rental shops within the downtown area in order to utilize the bike paths around the island. So many restaurants around the island with great seafood options and great views of the island/surrounding water. This house comes highly recommended and I hope to visit again!

I cannot say enough great things about this property, the amenities it offers and how easily it accommodated two families with children. The home is fully appointed with everything anyone could possibly need for a vacation (2 washers and dryers!), plenty of room, a sweet backyard, and centrally located. It is a bike ride into town, or a drive to most of the beaches. On that issue--Nantucket has so many fantastic beaches, each one appealing to its own constituency in the family, we really enjoyed picking a different one each day. Home was spotless and caretaker was very responsive the one time we needed to call him. I highly highly recommend.

Clean and tidy home in Naushop, with easy access to bike path and many beaches due to mid - island location. You can be in town in 10 minutes if needed. Owners have been very thoughtful about space - we were a family of 4 and could have easily had another family with us. Outdoor shower is great and if you have young children, self contained back yard. Quiet community, lovely newer homes.

This home is beyond wnonderful.It's location is perfect to get just about anywhere on the island by bike, car , or shuttle bus, allowing everyone to "do their own thing". I do recommend a car .The sparkling pool and 2 tennis courts are easily accessible .Dealing with the owner is a pleasure.The service, response time, consideration , etc.are beyond reproach.This meticulous home is furnished with simple, solid,utilitarian pieces, making it comfortable and homey at the same time.We didn't have to worry about breaking someone's prize antiques! The kitchen is stocked with so many dishes, glasses, utensils, and high-end equipment that you can cook for a banquet, then serve it in a wonderfully large dining room. Don't bother to bring plastic wrap, bags, spices , dishwasher soap, paper towels or even beach towels.It's all there ! There are even 2 washers and dryers!The place is immaculate and superbly maintained. Opening the front door elicits a "Wow"! With 10 people ,ages 20-76 coming and going, gathering or wanting privacy,nobody gets in anybody's way....the layout is great! If one has young kids, the partially shaded, sheltered backyardyard is perfect. I recommend this property without hesitation. In fact I'll be going back with the family next year!

This is a lovely, well-appointed home. It is clean, comfortable and well maintained both inside and out. It is a great home for families with children and for large families like ours. The outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach. The owners are wonderful and texted me to make sure we arrived and that everything was in order. We've stayed in homes in Naushop for several years now and just love this charming community. We enjoy access to the pool and the close proximity to the bike trails. We will be returning to this home again!

This was an amazing home to vacation in! It was clean, comfortable and centrally located. It had all the amenities we needed for the beach and a comfortable stay. It was perfect for two families with children. We loved the central location to the beaches, bike trails and town/restaurants. We definitely will consider returning to this lovely home!
