We had a wonderful time, the location was great, the host was always available and the kids loved it, had their own room together with the bunk beds.

Location was great. Perfect for 6 people, didn’t realize it had 3 full baths when I made my reservation, that was a nice surprise. Would stay again.

We had the best time and this was the perfect rental for us (a large family ) everyone had their own bathrooms and TV’s the house was well equipped with everything we needed and more ...my kids loved the boogie boards and toys for the beach The neighbored was gated and super clean and well kept we will defiantly be renting this house every year for our family getaway to the beach

It was beautiful. House is as described. We had plenty of room. The location was perfect. It’s close to the beach and within distance of local stores. The umbrellas came in handy at the beach. Supplies furnished for the home as mentioned. I would rent again. Family wished that we stayed longer.

The property needs work such as the dining table chairs - one seat was completely off and not attached. Also the couch needs something to keep it in place bc it moved all over the floors when anyone moved. Sheets, blankets, towels were clean and the house was clean and smelled good. Could use some blinds in all the rooms and the window downstairs but the stay was nice snd we had everything we needed. Would stay again.

We had an awesome time despite the rainy weather. Condo was clean, well maintained & good selection of cookware. Pictures were accurate.

Soo much better than renting a hotel It's soo much cheaper alot more room and convenient for the whole family the back patio is so relaxing Great experience as always we will definitely be renting again

This was relatively inexpensive. Could have been cleaner... But check in was easy and close to the beach and sightseeing.

Our experience with this VRBO was different then we have experienced in the past. The condo was very clean, but we felt that the pictures on the website were misleading, specifically the back deck area and bikes. The pictures showed a beautiful patio but it was smaller and older than the pictures would suggest. In addition, the bikes were pretty old and beat up. Trains run right next to the complex and could be heard throughout the night. The neighborhood outside of the complex was not very clean. Lots of old rundown houses. There is very little commercial activity in the area. There are some grocery stores, but very little else. Overall, the house was fine, but Gulfport was not the quaint beach town we expected.

The metal bunk beds were quite squeaky and one of the top bunks seemed to sag, so much so that we pulled the mattress off and had the child sleep on the floor. We stopped at a grocery store to buy food to make at the beach house, however there was no toaster to make any breakfast foods and we found no baking sheets that could be placed in the oven, we had to go buy our own. the walk to the beach was short and the wagon and chairs provided were very helpful! We heard the train approximately 3 times in our 5 day stay, nothing to worry about! Overall, I would recommend this house to my friends. Thanks for making our trip to MS a memorable one!

We were down for the cheer competition. The townhouse was in the perfect location. Nice back porch. Loved they had plenty of fans. I would recommend renting this townhouse. I have no regrets.

Decorated poorly and cheaply. murals were plastic stapled to the wall. holes in walls, a/c filters have not been changed in a very long time and the place had a horribly chemical odor that gave us headaches immediently.This was not a vacation spot but a residence!

This place was great. Quiet neighborhood. Had all the kitchen essentials. Plenty of room. Clean. Just a short walk to beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the Gulfport area!!

First of all the owner was awesome. She was quick to getting back to me when I had a question. Arrived there around 4:30 and they were still cleaning. There was trash and cigarette butts on the front patio and lawn area. There was some kind of pesticide sitting on the back patio. The neighborhood was not what i would have pictured. I feel that we were on the wrong side of town. There wasn't any paper towels or garbage bags in the unit. The condo itself was ok. If I were to pick a weekend getaway again, I would not pick this particular vacation spot.

This is our 2nd time renting this home. It is perfect for our family when we come to visit. Plenty of room for the grand babies. We highly recommend this home.

When we arrived at the property we found a full refrigerator of food, several dishes in the dishwasher and towels in the washer leading us to believe the unit was already occupied or had not been cleaned after the previous tenant. After contacting the owner she informed us the food was hers and she had told the cleaning crew not to clean the refrigerator as she intended to do it herself but had forgotten. She came over quickly to clean it out. The kitchen counters were dusty and spotted. The unit smelled slightly musty. The living room tables are flimsy and poor quality and the fabric sofa and pillows need cleaning. There are NO dressers in any bedroom. The metal bunk beds squeak with every movement. There are plenty of bath linens but they are thin and poor quality. During our 3 day, 4 night stay, there were outdoor parties at two different units across the parking lot. The TV does not carry any local or live TV channels; Netflix is is the only option. The air conditioning is poor. There are free standing fans in each bedroom which we ran continuously. The outside high temps were around 80 and the humidity was relatively low; I imagine the unit would be very uncomfortable in high temps and humidity in the summer months.

The property was perfect. Plenty bedrooms and bathrooms the set up was great close to everything we wanted would definitely stay there again. Loved the Decour

Good place for price. Had enough room and beds for our group. No soap or shampoo in bathrooms, no live TV but other than that was fine.

A large group of my family decided to make a trip to Biloxi for the weekend and we stayed at this lovely townhouse. Everything was nice and need and very accommodating. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely stay again.

Kim was an EXCELLENT host. We requested more bikes for our family to go bike riding together and she supplied them immediately. She addressed a few problems that were noted immediately. I always felt that if we needed anything she'd take care of us. The only thing I'd note is that the cleanliness of the home wasn't as thorough as I would have expected under the COVID conditions. IE: the kitchen table and counter has smudges and oily smears all over them. We just wiped everything down with lysol wipes so it wasn't that detrimental. There were also articles of clothing left behind by previous guests. Some of the furniture was worn and torn but overall we had an excellent vacation at this location. Kim's ability to address issues and be readily available made this location stand out! Thank you Kim!!!
