We spent a wonderful month at this beautiful home. Location was very convenient to all the Canyon Road art galleries and to the downtown, but also tucked away in a quiet corner of the neighborhood. The house is very well appointed and beautifully decorated with a fantastic art collection and many interesting books on Santa Fe and it’s art and architecture. It also had multiple outdoor seating options which allowed us to enjoy the wonderful Santa Fe weather. Paula was very responsive to any questions and was a wonderful host. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful- nice showers and bathrooms, kitchen well appointed, nice towels and sheets, lots of outdoor patio space on the property. Nice neighborhood, too.

Our family of 6 (grandparents, parents and two teens) loved this beautiful meticulously maintained home that is a short (20ish min) walk from the Plaza. Many lovely decks and outdoor settings to read, draw and sip on coffee, comfortable furniture and beds, and with striking art through the whole home. There was lots of room to spread out and have quiet time. Lovely experience in a traditional adobe home with modern conveniences. And host Paula is awesome - super helpful and super responsive.

Great location and we had all that we needed for a great week in Santa Fe! The recommendations from the owners for activities and restaurants were extremely helpful. It was my favorite VRBO that we have been to. We will definitely plan to travel back to the home in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Mimosa. It was extremely clean. Comfortable beds and bedding . The kitchen had everything needed and enjoyed the BBQ. The location was perfect in a very quiet neighborhood .There were a few issues so I gave the property four stars overall. We had trouble navigating the TV and there was no one available to help us. We did find Netflix but never found regular TV . Clearer instructions are recommended. We used all the outdoor seating areas but the landscaping badly needed attention.

The owners were incredibly responsive. The property was filled with thoughtful touches and extremely comfortable. My east coast friends loved all the examples of Santa Fe style. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here!!

We are so happy we selected this property for our trip to Santa Fe. We had never been and loved the place and all that SantaFe had to offer. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Casa Mimos! We had three couples and were able to ski two days and explore Santa Fe for a couple of days. The property was clean, fully stocked and convenient for doing anything in the Santa Fe area. Easy walk to El Farol for tapas and sangria. Paula was very attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Casa Mimosa is a beautiful home. Having three bedrooms, all of which have very comfortable beds, make this an excellent choice for girl trips or family vacations. We walked to everything and enjoyed our stay. Paula is wonderful to answer concerns. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need.

THE ART !! THE LOCATION !! A beautiful, unique and welcoming home with end of lane privacy. Very quiet area. Separate interior and exterior spaces for guests as needed. Clean and comfortable. Lovely location from which to take walks around the amazing neighborhood homes and nearby galleries. I will recommend this home to my friends and hope to return in the future.

Our extended family visited us in Santa Fe this fall and we chose this property to house our overflow. The house is lovely and and in a wonderful, quiet location. There is sufficient parking for multiple cars. The kitchen was outfitted perfectly.

Nicely appointed and comfortable, quiet and pretty. Was a great place for three friends to stay.

We had 3 generations of adults (4 people) staying at the house. There was nice separation of space with the 2 floors of bedrooms, and plenty of bathrooms for all. The home was well-equipped with high-end appliances and furniture, and decorated beautifully. The beds were super comfortable with soft linens, down pillows, and down comforters. While it wasn’t really a “walk to town” unless you are a serious walker, it was convenient to everything and a very quiet neighborhood. The only flaw in our stay was no fault of the owners. Our plane arrived after the rental car office had closed (6:00), so we had to hire a limo to take us to the house. By the time we settled in, we discovered that all the restaurants close at 8:00 or 9:00, so calling an Uber would not get us to dinner on time. Instead, we called DoorDash to bring us takeout McDonalds, which arrived at 9:45 pm. My husband said, “I’ve never been so excited to get McDonalds!” We had to take a limo back to the rental car place (Enterprise) the next morning, and they graciously deducted our round trip limo cost. Lesson: make sure you actually have a car when you arrive. By the way, Paula was enormously helpful trying to solve our dilemma and offered several suggestions. The McDonalds was not her idea ;-).

Quiet location not far from the Plaza, very comfortable house, very responsive owner. One of the best homes we've stayed at in some 20 years of visits to Santa Fe.

Casa Mimosa provides a premium Santa Fe experience. It is located in the Eastside Historic district at the very end of a private drive, yet is still within easy walking distance of Downtown Subscription. The garden is filled with birdsong (one morning our birdsong apps identified 7 different species). The house itself, with its three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, comfortably accomodated three of us without crowding. When we entertained old college friends who live in Santa Fe, there was ample dining space, a well-organized kitchen, and sufficient dinner and glassware for a dinner party. And the house itself is charming, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally well-appointed. We have stayed in many wonderful places in Santa Fe over the years, all worthy of five stars. But each has always had some small flaw or flaws that have diminished the experience — e.g., no reading lamps or spaces, not enough electrical outlets, inadequate dishes or glasses, lack of closet space, inoperable TVs, etc. There were no such problems at Casa Mimosa. The owners have thoughtfullly anticipated all the needs of their guests and have made provisions for them, even including a first aid kit. The informational book they have compiled about the house is first-rate. We highly recommend Casa Mimosa and would certainly stay here again.

Comfortable living space and plenty of room. Two couples stayed and was great to be able to 'spread out'. Enjoyed the outdoor table(s). Kitchen and supplies was the best we've experienced with a VRBO or similar property. The art work scattered throughout the house contributed to the ambience.

This property was perfect for our group of three celebrating over 50 years of friendship. Accommodations were clean with a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and an easy walk to Canyon Road. Would highly recommend.

Great property, walkable to loads of tourist attractions (basilica, galleries, plaza, museums). Well stocked kitchen. Several outdoor nooks for dining/hanging out. We had dinner outside twice and hot cocoa/cards near the fireplace. Owners communicated well, leaving a binder of helpful information and providing their cells if needed. Adobe and art choices were perfect.

Loved the privacy and access to the downtown area.

Our perfect fall getaway began with the charming Santa Fe style of Casa Mimosa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the outdoor patios surrounded by beautiful trees. Casa Mimosa offers a peaceful & quiet place stay. Dining, shopping, & museums were minutes away. Great hiking destinations such as Valles Caldera, Bandelier National Monument, and Pecos National Historical Park are a short drive away. Next time we visit Santa Fe, we would stay at Casa Mimosa again.

This home was a wonderful place to spend our time in NM. Very close to arts, restaurants, etc. So very comfortable and in a quiet area. Soaps, shampoo, paper products were provided and really appreciated. Beautiful artwork, comfortable beds and furniture, fully equipped kitchen and very clean! My daughter and I - plus my friends (husband and wife) stayed here and it was perfect for us. 2 bedrooms downstairs that shared one bathroom (my daughter and I stayed there) and friends had the master bedroom upstairs so perfect spacing for us. Not a bad walk into town which we did a few times - even though it was warm! Kitchen very easy to use with everything needed! The responsiveness of host was great too. I would def stay again with 4 people - might be a bit tight if 2 couples were in downstairs bedrooms because there would be only one bathroom for 4 people.

We loved our stay at Casa Mimosa. The house is beautiful, with a wonderful collection of art. The kitchen is very well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to Canyon Road and the center of town. It was exactly what we were hoping for.

We loved our stay at Casa Mimosa. The location could not be better. Close to everything! It’s also off the main road tucked away in a beautifully landscaped lot. Hard to find combination. Inside everything was beautifully updated with attention to detail in terms of comfort and ease of use. The decor provided that sense of Santa Fe that we were hoping to find. Totally recommend staying at Casa Mimosa!

I travel a lot, and I prefer to stay at VRBO's than hotels. I am very picky, and this was one of the best places I have ever stayed. Very well appointed with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates and appliances, nice sheets and towels AND basics provided like toilet paper (to get started) shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I have absolutely no complaints, and would highly recommend. I especially enjoyed the windows open at night, and then hearing the song birds and church bells in the morning.
