The villa was beautiful and the staff from housekeeping to check in were competent friendly and helpful. Tati our housekeeper/ chef did a great job and my group as a whole did not need to contact the manager because things were so well laid out. Our DR experience was great and this was key to that experience. Already looking forward to a return next yr.

We had chef Eliana Vargas (private chef) as she was a suggested choice. She came twice a day for breakfast and dinner. She is amazing. Food insane and worth every penny.

A lovely home with a beautiful pool and view! Very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and a great living space. The house was in a great location near grocery stores, restaurants and in a wonderful neighborhood to walk in. We were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have spices, oils and seasonings already there and not to have to go buy them for a short stay! Other items were there as well such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soaps and other essentials. A very nice touch and convenience. The pool was wonderful and we used the grill on the back patio quite a bit. We really enjoyed the view with our coffee in the morning. Albert was a gem! Very responsive and quick with when we stayed there and when we were scheduling. A truly gracious host! Thank you for opening your home to us! We will come again!

Is property was beautiful and clean. It met my expectations and more. I would definitely stay here again. The security for this property didn’t play and that meant everything. The whole city was safe to walk even at the darkest point at night. I loved it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow! Wow! Wow! The pictures were on point! Just to say that Eli was amazing communicating with me and getting me pumped up for my trip. Once I got there..... My whole family was in shock on how beautiful the house is. The view of the pool from the living room is breath taking. Every room well kept. I can't say enough. With that said, it's a very private and quiet residence, silence is golden. If you're planning for a rowdy weekend, maybe this is not the place. Fine living at an affordable price. Live the dream people. Rent Villa 84. You won't be disappointed.

This house was amazing from top to bottom it has two kitchens in it nice pool and outdoor jacuzzi even though i didnt use it lol, but the house was very spacious and very clean the maids where so nice and helpful anything you needed they tried to make sure you where happy, the neighborhood was beautiful and the poeple are nice, walking distance to grocery stores, clubs, and bars everything is within walking distance i stayed 7 days and enjoy every minute of them but Eli the owner is amazing he is so cool and nice when we missed our flight and nowhere to stay for one more day he told me and my friend to go back to the villa and stay until we can leave for out new flight the next day, he was amazing for that and i im telling u now that if u want a great house and a cool owner jus talk to Eli the owner of villa 84, this was the best vacation ever our stay was March 11 though 17 2020. I want this to be as accurate of a review without nitpicking. I give this place a 4-4.5and would give it a 5 after some improvements. The pictures do not do this place justice. The home was actually even better in person. I love the landscaping on the property and around the pool area. The rooms were all very nice and spacious. The downstairs is bigger than I thought, it’s basically a whole apartment on its own. What I didn’t like was that I felt the cleaning staff could’ve been a bit more on point. I felt like the towels were washed to a minimum. The first night there were many bugs in the kitchen and microwave. I did report this to the cleaning staff and it was resolved. Also the hot water runs out very quickly upstairs and was nonexistent downstairs. The jacuzzi also did not get warm I loved that I felt safe on the property as there is armed security and they were quite friendly. The location was close to everything you need and want. You do have to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm which is understandable. The property manager was not the friendliest and did hold me to a charge for a lost key card even after mentioning the complaints above. However, All in all I say that this a beautiful, quiet place, central to Sosua. My friends and I are planning on returning and would like to use this villa again. Also, Chef Eliana was amazing!! Be sure to request her services.

Had a fantastic stay with my buddies in this house. Not too far from the golf course. House was very clean and rooms were comfortable. Owner I was fantastic to deal with during reservation process.

My friends and I truly enjoy the villa. The two floor features stood out to us. We even had enough room to get food together to go out and donate to a area that truly needed it. The host answered any questions I may have had and offered solutions/help when needed. Will definitely book this villa in the future.

Villa 84 was a lovely home in a secure setting for our recent family Winter vacation. The rooms were comfortable with good AC and overhead fans but pleasant breezes were almost always present. The location is just a few minutes drive from Sosua with its beautiful sand beaches and clear, warm water. We had a great time exploring the North coast from the villa venturing to Puerto Plata in one direction and Cabarete/Kite beach to watch the kite surfers in the other. The owner and management promptly addressed the few issues that came up, and they helped find a lovely chef who prepared delicious Dominican dinners. Would definitely stay there again if we revisit the North coast.

Home was amazing! We asked cleaning lady to cook us a Domincan meal! For 1500 pesos she did we had to buy the food she gave us a list! Great place!

The master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Love the fact that I could walk right out to the pool from my room. Every room has it’s on safe and smart tv so I enjoyed my favorite series on Netflix. Full kitchen was a plus so I could cook some meals like breakfast and lunch and also took advantage of ordering food from the restaurant located in Hispaniola. Villa 84 was diffidently the perfect choose and I can’t wait to go back next year. Thanks Eli for everything and answering all my questions and conserns.

This was my 2nd stay at this property and i will definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Sosua. Only hiccups was shower flooding a bit and there was an issue with 1 of the safes being locked and another that seemed like the battery had died and being that it happened Sunday evening we couldnt reach anybody to fix it due to office being closed. I think someone should always be on call for safe issues! Other then those lil hiccups it was an all around wonderful stay and those issues will not stop me from reccomending nor coming back myself. The home is absolutely beautiful and spacious. I admired the home so much I was looking at ideas for my home in the U.S. The kitchens (yes, there are two kitchens) were nicely stocked. There was no need for us to go out and buy bottled water. The house was equipped with a purified water dispenser. There is no AC in the common living area. You have to open the patio doors and turn on the fan but it still gets very warm in the common living area. The housekeepers were very nice with great personalities (no English). The only minor flaw I could see was the downstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom was not as modern as the rest of the house. Another bad point, which is not the fault of the homeowner, is we had to go to the office at least four times to get new key cards because the issued key cards stopped working for whatever reason. Overall, this place was beautiful. The stone on the outside steps and poolside were absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great time in this villa and DR

The house is as beautiful as the pictures are on here. I have stayed in Sosua numerous of times and in Residencial Hispaniola as well. This is by far one of the better homes in this community. Eli was very responsive if something went wrong at the house and it was taken care of right away. The maids are also wonderful and helpful if you needed help with anything around the house. It was an awesome time staying here in this house and will definitely stay here again.

The place was amazing! The pictures are a direct representation of the place. The pool and maid come every morning to make sure everything is okay and working properly. I would definitely stay here again! Everything listed about this place is accurate. We took advantage of playing baseball with kids in the local park. Very close to bars and clubs. Day activities can be planned at an agency location right in town. Security is very tight! One night me and my friends decided to stay in and chat until about 3am. Apparently we were talking too loud so security came to tell us to keep it down. The strange thing is that we were only talking, not playing loud music so it was interesting to get a noise complaint. Because the area is poor, security will be watching the premises but they will not disturb you so don't be too alarmed if you see them watching from the distance. They are only there for your protection. Last thing is the hot water must be turned on by a switch in the kitchen. If you don't turn the switch on there will be no hot water.

Friends and I stayed in this beautiful villa for more than 2 weeks. Everything about it surpassed our expectations... from the immaculate and breath taking landscaping to the friendly customer service we received from everyone throughout our stay. The villa is very clean and close to downtown Sosua. We could not ask for anything more. I will schedule my return around the availability of this villa. I recommend it as a first option to anyone vacationing in the area. Thanks Eli for sharing your home.

I want to thank Eli for allowing my family to reside at his beautiful villa. The villa was immaculate and spacious. The grounds were safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. We wish we could've stayed longer.

My buddies and I stayed at Eli's Villa for 6 days and it was beyond amazing. First of all the security guards are top notch and professional. We felt safe and secure the entire stay. The villa itself is BREATHTAKING! It took me a couple days to get used to how nice it is. Everything was in working order and CLEAN. From the landscape, to the Jacuzzi, to the pool, to all the rooms, everything was in immaculate condition. The Staff was very helpful especially cleaning lady Tati and the guard at the front Tatum. The owner Eli was beyond helpful as well. He responded to emails immediately and was very accommodating. I recommend this villa to everyone. I will be back! Thanks again ELI!
