Pictures are accurate. Nice back porch for morning coffee. Walking area close by. Red rocks is a short drive away! Jon was very helpful and responsive.

This property fit our needs perfectly and was a great launching site to enjoy hikes or explore Denver.

This was not as close to Red Rocks as one might think by the listing. It’s a 25 minute drive. Alright the property is clean, and the manger was so responsive, the property is just a bit odd. There are other guests on the property. It seemed like the house was “divided up.” So, there were certain doors that were marked private and were locked, yet there was a light on almost the entire stay that came under the door in our hallway, and the garage light was on almost all the time, too. We weren’t supposed to wear shoes inside so we didn’t bother guests below It just “felt” almost like we were being watched and the place wasn’t our own. There were a lot of rules or do’s and don’t’s. Great back yard, but you can’t use the hottub or fire pit, and can use parts of the yard and deck, but not other parts. Park here or here, but not here or here. Just different than other places we’ve stayed. We didn’t spend much time at the house, as we had things going on- our main goal was to have a place close to Red Rocks, and 25 miles there and back wasn’t our idea of close at all. We would’ve have been really disappointed and uncomfortable if we would’ve had to spent a lot of time at the house to relax for a girls weekend. It just reminded us of what it was like to live in an apartment complex again. We know now, more than ever, that when we look for a property in the future, we don’t want to share it with other guests - that’s just our preference. I do want to give kuddos to the cleanliness of the house, as all we needed (trash bags, coffee, cooking stuff, sheets, towels) was all there. I also was super impressed with communication with the manager.

Everything represented online was accurate and great. The host provided great pre-information to navigate Denver as well as took great care of the amenities of the house, cleanliness of the house and comfort of the house.

Great experience at this property. The place was perfect for me and my friend as we came to Denver for two concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Our host was very responsive to any questions both before and during our stay. His Locals Tips and Red Rocks Secrets documents were tremendously helpful and really enhanced our overall experience. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property is great! The yard was nice to hang out in and the deck is wonderful. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend of cooking together and enjoying music, movies, and games. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Very nice stay while visiting a relative who lives in the area. The property is very much as shown in the pictures, although one of our available bedrooms was different than what's shown (still with equivalent size and features). Owner was very responsive to questions and informed about restaurants, attractions, etc.

We enjoyed our time in Lakewood. Very close to Sloan Lake Park and in the middle of where we wanted to be! Very nice kitchen and large kitchen table for nice meals and games. John was very committed to creating a great environment for us and was eas available for questions and communicated well.

This house is perfectly located between activities in Denver and Red Rocks or Loveland Ski area. The house was very well stocked and clean! The beds were very comfortable and the house was great. Plenty of games for the family in a quiet neighborhood. The host, John had communication and was very accommodating. I would recommend this house to family and friends!

John has taken pains to set this house up for success. Every detail has been thought of. The living space is very special and the decor and kitchen are very high end. The only reason we cannot rate it as 5 stars is because the bottom half of the house is rented separately and the noise from the other renters can be noticeable. John is very responsive to this intrusion., but it does exist.

Perfect spot for access to a Red Rocks concert .The house was so close to the venue and the host provided great input about the best way to enjoy Red Rocks. The house was immaculate and we could not have asked for a more attentive host .His recommendations for dining and other activities was spot on! Highly recommend!

John was one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. He is so passionate about his property and about ensuring that his guests have not only a comfortable experience, but an extra special experience. My husband and I got married this past weekend and I used this property as a place for myself and my bridesmaids to get ready. When John found out, he added several special touches to help us celebrate. His accommodations and enthusiasm were so nice! The property itself is also very special. We loved the backyard, the very tall ceilings, the gorgeous decor, the fancy coffee and the comfy beds. Thank you so much John!

Awesome place to stay. Had a great time and no complaints. Its beautiful and has a nice big backyard and deck. The kitchen is great and the bedrooms were fantastic. Spent a lot of time out back watching the wildlife and having great conversations. If you're looking at this property my suggestion is to pull the trigger:)

I was so pleased with our choice to stay here. It was centrally located to many of the activities we planned. It was close enough to Denver proper without the hustle and bustle of the city. My favorite part of staying here was sipping coffee with the wildlife in the backyard. There’s lots of parking without parking on the street. I was pleased with the overall cleanliness of the house. I would highly recommend this house to friends and family. This will be our first choice in accommodations when we visit Denver again. John, the house host, was easy to reach for questions and very friendly.

This is my second time visiting this property within the last 3 months and I've got to say that this is by far the nicest property available for the amenities and features that I and many folks staying in the area would need. From the cleanliness of the house to the extreme ease of access to all of your amenities, this is THE house to stay at. The property is gorgeous and the backyard is something of another world. On the hottest days of our trip, the swamp cooling system did a great job in cooling the house down and was super easy to use/control. Thank you John for hosting us again. It was a pleasure and I look forward to returning within the coming months.

I came to Denver with my husband and sister for graduation and John’s place was perfect. In a great neighborhood where I could get in a walk or run each day and close to Lakewood where the ceremony was held. Beautiful backyard, roomy living area, great and responsive communication and Nespresso coffee!! I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house with a very large backyard and tons of firewood at your disposal. Super clean interior and is exactly as advertised. 10 minutes from central Denver and 15 minutes from your nearest strip on North or South Broadway. Am staying here again in the month of June simply because of the perfect location and the warm and homey feel you get when staying at this location. Thank you again, John! James Magrino

Perfect for our first visit to Colorado. Quiet neighborhood with easy access. Property manager was an amazing person to deal with and the only questionable thing I gave four stars is the ad accuracy simply because it was labeled two bedroom one bath. And when we arrived there was a third. No problem of course there was only two rooms used anyways. Will be returning to property if we travel back to the area

We had a great experience with booking and staying at this awesome property. Definitely appreciate John for accommodating us last minute! Comfy beds, nice kitchen, and spacious living/dinning area. Everything we needed for our stay:)

The home was spacious and clean. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. The internet worked well for 2 of us while working remotely. The only negative was that there is another rental unit in the home and the other tenants played loud music after midnight a couple of the nights. Overall though I highly recommend the rental.

Awesome place. Decor was beautiful. John was so nice and kept in touch with us. Kitchen had great appliances, brand new refrigerator. The back yard was huge with great deck to sit out and enjoy coffee in the morning.

We had an amazing time. The house was wonderful the property was great the kids love the backyard and all the snow. We will definitely stay again.

This is a very nice little house, spacious, comfortable and the neighbors are very quiet, peaceful and safe.

As not to bury the lead, we want to start by thanking John the host. A kinder, more generous host we have never met. The apartment is all that it is described to be. The highlights for us was the beautiful back yard and deck that we enjoyed each evening, very quiet. And secondly the kitchen, we thought we had a nice kitchen and we do, but every component of this kitchen is bigger and better than what we have. The location is also ideal for the exploring of state and national parks we did each day; within 2 hours of Rocky Mountain National Park, Staunton State Park, Garden of the Gods, Golden Gate Canyon State Park, Peak to Peak drive. Also near by are many great breweries/tap rooms; New Terrain and Sanitas were our favorites. Thanks again John!

The location works for seeing the sights of Denver, RMNP, Boulder, Garden PD the Gods and other places. The house is very clean and as described. The others two units were occupied during our stay and you would not know they were around. John is a great host and very available for info on the house or sites in the area. I would stay there again, I would recommend to others, and I would stay at John’s other properties
