We loved the big rooms and comfortable beds. Cleaning was done more than once a day which was much appreciated. The breakfast is absolutely crazy with numerous options of multiple cuisines.

The children play room needs to be restocked as it is currently almost empty. There are black boards but no chalks. It is a shame to have such a lovely safe space for children with no toys. The Sackville restaurant was delicious but they add 35%! To the prices on the menu on tax and service charge which we thought was outrageous. If the menu showed the final price of each item it wouldn't feel so fishy.

the location of the resort/hotel is very near to the city. The building and landscape of the property is extremely beautiful. Food is very delicious i.e. breakfast and dinner. We experienced in-room dining as well which was a pleasant experience. They have a small functional gym which has some dumbbells and common pulley machines for thighs, back & chest. One elliptical , two treadmills and two cycles.

Cappuccino was not included in breakfast buffet. Noisy room and noisy washroom. We could clearly hear in our room what conversation is happening in the corridor and in the washroom we could also clear hear the conversation in next room. I believe the property needs to improve sound proofing of the rooms.

Beautiful location, and modern facilities including heated pool with panoramic videos. Breakfast had good options.

Only one elevator and took quite a while, used the stairs.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, particularly Ayesha who looked after us so well during our stay. She was a pleasure at breakfast and dinner each day. Hotel grounds are stunning particularly the gardens, rooftop bar and the pool. The setting of the hotel within the mountains is beautiful and the views can be enjoyed in the dining room and throughout the resort. We got treatments in the spa and would highly recommend. The therapist was great. Also thanks to Moses who looked after us at check-in. Room was spacious for 3 people.

There is only one lift for the guests which isn’t very practical considering the hotel size!

Want een fantastisch hotel. De kamers met mountain view en jacuzzi op het balkon zijn nieuw en echt prachtig. Badkamer met een prachtig uitzicht. Top zwembad. Personeel is heel vriendelijk. En ontbijt is geweldig.

Als tip zou ik willen meegeven dat ze sneller reageren op e-mails als je wilt reserveren.
