It was kinda hard to get the key out of the lock box BUT… BUT that wasn’t so bad that i wouldn’t come back!

Location to beach, quick bites. Nice Pool. Felt like home. Kid says it "felt like paradise". Functional kitchen. Super clean property.

A bit to close to traffic/noise from 2nd floor balcony

My son liked the bunk bed arrangement and his own TV. Management was quick to respond to me during the visit, and they circled back with me after we checked out to show they took my comments seriously and fixed some problems. However, for the price we paid, I just expected a better maintained unit.

Mold issue in the shower was a known issue not fixed before we arrived (subsequently fixed later after I reported it) Laundry is inconvenient--supplies located on second floor, but machines on 1st or 3rd. No change machines, so you have to go to the lobby to get $4 worth of quarters to do 2 loads. Incidentally, grocery stores nearby will NOT give change for bills Huge TV in bedroom is hard to watch. You can't turn it to fully face the bed, and there is a large scrape on the wall from people trying to make it work. I didn't watch it, but found it awkward to get into the hanging closet because the TV is in the way. Consequently, we didn't use it or that closet. The management is fixing the paint issue Bed comforter has bleach stains (known issue, not fixed before we arrived but I was told a new comforter had been ordered and just hadn't arrived) Location had very loud motorcycle traffic, as complex is on a seriously busy corner. Given the distance from pleasure pier, I expected it to be quieter. Even sitting on the balcony, good luck trying to hear the ocean. We didn't have an address in advance, but I should have looked closer at the map to see the big roads The beach across from the condo was closed the whole week due to pumping more sand for beach creation. I chose this location for very fast access to the beach, so that is disappointing. It meant that the adjacent beach was far more crowded

Maybe the number of emails for a two days stay was a little excessive.
