We had a great time in this home in Aruba. The house has everything you need to be comfortable. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had no issues with waiting to shower, etc. The pool was a good size for the whole family. The beds were comfortable. We all slept well. The walk to the Marriott is not a long walk, but the heat did make it a little rough. We rented a car and avoided the hot walk. The house is minutes away from 3 Steps and Arashi beaches, both of which are good for snorkeling. The homeowner was very welcoming. She greeted us upon arrival and explained everything to us (timers for lights, where to put trash, etc.). After an exhausting day of exploring it was so nice to come "home" to relax. We totally enjoyed our stay at the home.

The property was everything we expected and more. There were seven of us that stayed in the main house and two stayed in the separate building. All rooms had comfortable king sized beds and their own walkin shower and bathroom. The rooms were very clean and each had a TV. The main living area was spacious and the kitchen is modern and more than adequately equipped for preparing meals and drinks. The pool is very clean and in excellent condition and was used extensively every day. We also enjoyed the large palapa that is adequately supplied with plenty of comfortable cushioned chairs and we used the extra large outdoor grill for cooking meals on several nights. For our group of nine people we had to purchase ice a couple of times. Maria and her husband were very responsive to our needs and very personable. The house is about a third of a mile from the Marriott hotel and Palm Beach. It is within walking distance, but when it's 90 degrees, with a heat index over 100 a car ride would be recommended. You can park in the hotel lots. It's also a short drive to the high rise hotels like the Holiday Inn, Hilton and to Palm Beach and the main tourist strip. We highly recommend this property for an enjoyable stay.

The owners were lovely and close by which was awesome. They walked us through the whole house and showed us how to work everything.. the location / house / bedrooms were perfect for 2 families with 7 people total. Close to great restaurants and the hotel row. We will definitely be back and will definitely rent from them again.

We had a wonderful time in Aruba! ATV tour, snorkeling, hanging out by the pool and of course the beaches are just beautiful. Walking from the Villa to the Ritz was a bit tricky, especially with an infant, but otherwise perfect.

Lovely, clean and roomy home! Maria and Paul were so gracious to show us around the home and welcome us! They were very attentive and responsive. It did not take long to start calling this “home”. We had a great 5 nights at this property! Maria and Peter we gracious hosts and were immediate to address any questions/issues. The location was perfect for us, we walked to the Marriott area everyday with our beach chairs. Everything was exactly as listed, no surprises. We would definitely rent again!

The house & pool were private & lovely. It was perfect for our family group, with nice indoor & outdoor dining and seating areas. The location was very convenient to a variety of beaches.

We had a wonderful time in Aruba and our stay was excellent. The house was everything it is described to be online and more. They have beach chairs for the beach days, they have snorkeling equipment for those looking to see some fish and the kitchen is equipped with anything you need. If you are wantin to do some grilling, there is a great Weber gas grill on the pool. We used it for a great BBQ one evening. Maria was a great host and was excellent to work with. All 8 of us would recommend this place again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Everyone had plenty of space and it was so nice to come home from the beach and enjoy the pool. We loved Aruba!

We had a wonderful time in Aruba! We were greeted by Maria and Peter when we arrived. They showed us around the house, which smelled great and was very clean. After learning we did not have rental cars, they contacted friends to set up cars for the following day. Maria was quick to respond to all questions and recommended several restaurants in the area. All of her recommendations were fabulous. The house was spacious and the outdoor area was a highlight of our teenagers' trip after long days. The kitchen was well stocked. We grilled one night and ran out of propane. Within hours, they had replaced the propane tank. They supplied beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. It truly felt like a home away from home and Maria and Peter were gracious hosts. We'd definitely stay again!

If you are looking for a rental in Aruba, you can’t go wrong with this house. All-in-all, it is the perfect place to stay for your Aruban visit. The house is large, modern, and perfectly suited for groups. Each of the five bedrooms has its own bathroom. The pool is lovely and the amenities in the house are top notch. The owners of the property are helpful and responsive to your needs.

After years of hearing how fabulous Aruba was, we decided to take our first family-only vacation in a decade. Found this property on VRBO and immediately said “that’s the one”…and we were not wrong! Clean, modern, full amenities, great owners, perfect location, awesome outdoors space…I can’t mention ONE shortcoming with this home!! Plenty of room for 10 - could be same for 12 - and never want for anything from a property perspective! Can’t wait to visit again next year!!

The listing is accurate! Perfect for 5 couples. The en-suite bathes sold us on booking. So nice to have private baths. Rooms were all clean and perfectly sized. Plenty of room to sit and eat both inside and out, though we took most of our meals outside by the pool. The pool was beautiful. Location was very convenient to Palm and Eagle beach. It is walking distance to Marriot and a couple other Casinos but we were glad that we rented a car. Really not a far drive to anything we wanted to do including the National Park. Peter was very helpful and accommodating. I didn’t meet Maria as she was out of town, but was available by message to answer questions. Great stay!!

You will not be disappointed. The place is perfect for families or a bunch of couples. We stayed here with our 2 kids and my father in law. Everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom. Peter and Maria are great hosts and are always available to help if needed. Rental car is the way to go.

A very nice house. The owners Mari and Peter we're good to come over when we had a problem with the refrigerator. We had five adult couples. It's a perfect house because it has all king beds and your own separate bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again. The outside area is beautiful around the pool and you are right next to Oak Resturant. Our only recommendations would be an additional small refrigerator and a few more towels in the bathrooms. Thanks again for the most wonderful stay

This home is spacious, spotless and well stocked. The outdoor pool area is perfect for relaxing. While in a quiet neighborhood, this property is not far from the beach and downtown area. Would definitely recommend!
