Property is in a great location and is beautiful host is very easy to work with and very easy to reach if there are any issues! Also has anything and everything you could need for your stay! Would give 10 stars if it would let me!

The place was perfect for a long weekend getaway.

The house is beautiful.The views are the best.We had everything we needed.The kitchen is well stocked.The stairs are rough on old knees and backs.The driveway goes downhill from the road and has a small area to park,and it's tight to get turned around to drive up to the road.

We loved the layout of this property. The downstairs sitting room and 2 bedrooms were perfect for the kids and parents. The other 4 adults were upstairs. The kitchen table allowed us all to sit together and eat, and there was plenty room in the main living room for everyone to sit and play games and watch TV. The hot tub was ready to go and felt wonderful. We used the grill a couple of times and it was perfect. It was less than five minutes to the grocery store and other places in town yet we had the most beautiful view of the Continental Divide. You didn't even realize you were so close to town, as it felt like you were out in the country. It snowed the first day were over there and was beyond beautiful. There was plenty of hot water for all the adults taking showers and having up and downstairs washer & dryer was wonderful. There were plenty of things for the baby; crib, highchair, booster seat and pack and play! The only thing that this Great-Grandma would have loved would've been a rocking chair to rock my sweet baby. If we visit in Estes Park again in the summer, we will definitely book the Ridgeview Retreat

The hot tub views were great!

This house is everything you are looking for and more. Our trip was absolutely unbelievable. We loved the home so much we ended up extending our stay another night! The views from the upper deck are absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed morning coffee taking in the mountain ambiance and enjoyed an evening soak in the wonderful hot tub looking out at the unbelievable sunset upon the mountain landscape. Its just a very short drive to all the shopping, restaurants, and fun but also hidden away so it still has a rustic and private feel after a long busy day. The home is cozy, updated, and extremely clean. The homeowner Linda was friendly, helpful, professional and very easy to contact. If you are looking for an unforgettable trip don’t waste anytime booking this home!

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had a group of 4 adults and 1 child for a weekend stay. The house is in a beautiful lookout spot, you have a gorgeous view from the upper balcony and the lower patio. Plenty of space for all of us and the host made everything accessible and easy. We would highly recommend this house.

We wanted a unique family Christmas and decided to stay here. It did not disappoint! The cabin is beautiful, decorated and wonderfully placed on the mountain side. Estes Park a short distance away. Check in/out was easy, cabin was clean, had everything we needed and plenty of room. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful mountainside views. 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Ridgeview Retreat for Thanksgiving with family. The amazing views, the spacious rooms, and the sturdy furniture are what we enjoyed the most. Linda was an awesome host and was very easy to connect with questions about the area. Unfortunately I broke my ankle in the park the first day so we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit; I really was looking forward to both. We will have to come back and have a do over. In case you are unfortunate like me, I can tell you if you are going to be injured, this is the best place to do so. All of the hikers were eager to be of assistance and helped my family carry me to the car. The Estes Park urgent care team was great, quickly had X-rays, compression boot, and crutches. We were able to borrow a wheelchair for the rest of our stay. Back at the house the sturdy furniture helped me to transition from sitting to standing and back. We had to move a few items to maneuver the wheelchair but the doorways were plenty wide.

The house has everything you could want. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. Morning views setting on the love seat with the fireplace going is priceless. Highly reccommend. We could not have ask for more. I would rent this property again without a thought. Host was super friendly too.

In town for a wedding and reception. The house was close to all of those events with plenty of room to relax afterward. Would consider renting again if we ever return.

This home is well furnished, has comfortable beds and has beautiful views from both levels! We also like the location...it's just a short walk down into town. This is the second time we've stayed here and will likely stay again!

Plenty of space for the six of us. With the pull-out couch and the upstairs couch, everyone had their own sleeping space. Views were terrific! Hot tub was fantastic. Very close to town, but views make it feel like you're in the middle of the wilderness.

Our first trip to Estes didn't disappoint. We loved the home. The views from the hot tub were incredible. Comfortable beds. Great location. You can't get better than this!!!!

Ridgeview retreat had everything we needed for our family, from spices for cooking and grilling to cribs and high chairs for our baby. It’s conveniently located just up the hill from downtown, and has amazing views! Absolutely recommend and would certainly stay here again next time we visit Estes Park! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very beautiful mountain retreat. Big enought for 8 adults to sleep comfortably. Loved the outdoor spaces. Hot tub was perfect! Very strict on quiet time enforcement. It's a city ordinance.

OMG I cannot express how amazing our stay was at Linda’s property. She was quick at responding to any questions we had and she was accommodating. The house was so clean, had amazing views, and it was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. We saw elk, deer, and a black bear from the deck. Bonus too - the house is close to town but you still get mountain view. We already want to go back! If you have the opportunity to book this place, do it!

Easy access to stores and main street in Estes Park as well as gate to RMNP. The views of athe distant mountains from the deck is unbeatable! A great place for some peace and quiet. Really liked the rooms setup in the house.

This property was a huge hit with the family! The back covered porch was very enjoyable and when the sun got to intense we moved to the front shaded fire pit area. Then at nightfall we went back to the back porch. Easy access to downtown and to RMNP. The property manager kept us informed with the things happening in town (firework show) and road maintenance around the property. The only knock on this house was that the kitchen was not very roomy. The view, covered porch, fire pit, AND A/C was GREAT. Don’t miss out on this property

We had a great stay in this home. The home was just as advertised. Very comfortable an convenient to both Estes Park and RMNP. As a large family we usually stay in a VRBO and this one had a well equipped kitchen making meal prep a breeze. Would definitely look here first when visiting Estes Park.

The house was perfectly set up for my family of seven. The view from the back deck has got to be the best in all of Estes Park. Whenever we weren’t out hiking in RMNP, I was sitting on the covered part of the deck with a book. My husband and teen sons also loved the hot tub. Linda replied quickly to any questions.

Great launchpad for RMNP hiking. Beautiful views from the porch balcony. Rooms comfortable for our family of 5 plus grandparents. Hot tub is a bonus. Highly recommend.

We loved this home in Estes Park. It was beautiful and accompanied our group very well. The rooms were all nice, had 3 bathrooms and amazing views. The owner called when we checked in and was very friendly and offered 24/7 help via phone. Would definitely use her properties again.
