This house and location were everything we hoped for and more. Just steps away from the beach and when we didn’t want to go to the beach we were relaxing by the pool. Tons of seating and space for all. The bunk room was perfect for our group of teen girls. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm. By far in the 6 years of vacationing with our family and friends, this has been our favorite home and location. We hope to be back.

We had a family of 9 people with 2 being toddlers The house was plenty large for the family. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. It's about a 6 house walk to the beach. We also had a small dog and would rent again if in the area. Navarre is sooo much nicer than Pensacola Beach. The beach wasn't crowded and very little traffic. Navarre is better than Pensacola Beach.

Our family of 13 enjoyed our week at this property. The kids swam in the pool everyday. And it had plenty of room for our family. It was clean and had plenty of outdoor seating. I would definitely stay here again.

Flip Flop Retreat is a beautiful home in a perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Well kept and well stocked home. Every age was thought of as far as home supplies and setting.

From 1yr to 65, everyone enjoyed our stay. The house easily accommodated our needs. The pool and spa were great hits! This is our second time to stay at this house. Easy short walk to the beach.

The house was great. Very clean and the AC worked perfect. Plenty room for my whole family. Pool was exceptional. It will take me awhile to get my knees back to normal from climbing the stairs so much. All this place needs is an elevator to make me a repeat customer year after year. Thanks FlipFlop Retreat!

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and kids room was nice. They have a shed that has all kinds of pool & beach chairs & floats, etc.Close to beach and pool & hot tub was nice to have. Would definitely recommend!

We go to Navarre every year with our two adult children and their young children. We usually rent a townhouse on the beach. This year we decided to try your house because of the pool. We couldn’t have been happier. Getting to the beach w our crew was no problem And everyone loved having the pool. Great entertainment for everyone. The house is huge and our little ones loved having their own room to hang out together. We will definitely be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very large and had plenty of room for our party of 14. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Large living room and dining table were great with our big family and game nights. Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The only improvement I can think of would be to add TV’s to the bedrooms. There are only two TV’s in the house-living room and kids bunk bed room. Plenty of parking. Comfortable outdoor furniture on the spacious porches. Enjoyed the use of the bicycles around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. We are thinking about returning next May. However, the hot tub was luke warm-not hot. One day the level in tub dropped about 50% and stayed down one day- it refilled the next day. The TVs could have used some detailed instructions also. Even though this likely not get published we really liked the place.

House is beautiful! Wonderful location. Communication with property manager was great for everything we needed! Will definitely be back!

Our family of 7 had the best time here! The house was perfect from the cleanliness and size of the home to all the amenities! Check in was a breeze and becoming familiar with local restaurants and grocery stores was easy thanks to the detailed list left for us!! We will absolutely be returning next year!!

The house, heated pool and spa were great. It was very comfortable for 10 adults. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking for the group, the common areas were wonderful to enjoy relaxing, reading, and spending time with the whole group. We had a problem with the pool heater but we got a response quickly and was remedied. The bikes were not in working order. Mattress are at the end of there life and need replacement. Over all we had a great time and would recommend to anyone for a great family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Tom and BJ’s beautiful home. The location was perfect for our family of eight! The house was perfect for multiple families to have their privacy yet get together as a group! Having the four bathrooms was a huge luxury for each family. The bunk room was perfect for my son’s family that included a three and five year old! With its location at one end of the house it gave a quiet spot for them to watch their own tv with the kids before bed and allowed the others to enjoy adult time in the huge and open living room area. The newly renovated kitchen allowed us to have many family dinners together with plenty of space for cooking and everything we needed to prepare them! Of course the beautiful pool and spa were a great hit with everyone! We had several cool days and warm days to enjoy it! There were plenty of pool and beach toys in the outdoor shed for us to utilize. The beach wagon was a perfect way to carry our towels and toys to the beautiful white sand of the gulf which was just a short walk down the road. There were so many things we enjoyed as a family in the area including a day trip to the Gulf Island National Seashore and Ft Pickens, the beautiful Navarre Pier, and the kids favorite was getting to meet Sweet Pea at the Turtle Sanctuary. There were only a few mishaps when half of our party arrived at the house the first night to find the lock to the entry door did not work and the heat in the house was not working . Tom was very prompt in getting things fixed and sent out locksmiths to get us into the house that night and had a furnace guy out the next day to get the heat on! We had to stay there and wait for the repair man so we were not able to pick up the rest of our party at the PNS airport that night so they had to rent a car to get to the house. There is plenty of parking at the home for several cars. The family loved the wrap a round porches! So much space to read, eat and enjoy the views of the gulf and bay! I especially enjoyed one evening sitting on the bay side listening to the frogs and rain….so relaxing! The only two things we missed having were the grill which we were not able to get working and the bicycles. The tires were not aired up and the air pump didn’t have the needle to render it useable! Overall we had an amazing time at the beach house and would recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family vacation. The owners were easy to work with and the home is amazing!

We stayed here January 7-14. We had 6 adults & 5 kids, ages 8 and under. Loved the pool & spa, lots of games for the kids. Nice walk to the beach. Great place to stay.

This place is amazing. Nice neighborhood, facilities and the house is very beautiful. It comes stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures cannot fully show the layout of this home. The layout is wonderful when you have kids and adults. Bedrooms on opposite ends of the house are very helpful for those that who need to go to sleep early. Lots of room to spread out and relax. The wraparound deck is very relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked. There were lots of books and games. The highlight of the Flip Flop is the pool and hot tub! With the beach within walking distance and the pool, it’s the best of both worlds. We will definitely want to stay here again! We had a couple issues with the owners and they were prompt to respond. The only downside was it is not as clean as home which most places are not anyway. I almost want to suggest more TV’s but vacationing is about getting away and spending more time together.

My family and I booked this spot over a year in advance because we knew it would be the perfect spot for our group. Boy were we right! This location offered everything that we could ever want/need. We had the absolute best time and can’t wait to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week!
