It’s almost near to everything. 8 minutes walk to the nearest train station, convenient store was 1 block away, which is truly a lifesaver especially at night.
there was a nearby drugstore plus the wide variety of restaurants to choose from, very accessible and will save you time.
The check out time was not flexible, guest house should be considerate with flight timings of their guests.

駅、スーパーが近くて便利でした。卓上IHもあってみんなで鍋を囲めたのは良かったです。
ベッドが柔らかすぎて腰にきました。
掃除もあまり行き届いてなく、鍋も汚れていましたが、新しいスポンジが置いてあったので使わせてもらいました。ゴミ･埃というより、拭き掃除が行き渡ってないなと思いました。

Motion-activated voice speaking loudly every time the door opened was much too loud (and woke guests up), and way way too frequent.

Location, cleanliness of the facility, good value, AC.
Checkin process is more complex than for other rentals. No staff--everything is handled remotely. Smoke alarms went off every 90 seconds, and after sending manager an email we were told that regrettably they could not be fixed until after we left. We stayed for 5 days so we disabled the alarms ourselves so we could sleep.

Amazing in every aspect: facilities with plenty of signs in English, great value, location is close to temple and Asakusa train station as well as convenience stores

Good value, Spacious, Clean, Good location, very close to tourist attractions (Asakusa, Sensoji, Tokyo skytree, Ueno, Ameyoko, etc), Easy access from Haneda airport.
The property has everything we needed (more than enough towels, toothbrush & toothpaste sets, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, etc)
We stayed for a week so it was great that we could do washing.
As the property is on the first floor it was slightly dark during the day and you are not allowed to open the windows (since it was a very hot summer week it was good for us though)

The owners were very prompt with their replies. The instructions were very detailed so getting to the apartment, getting into the apartment, and checking in was very easy. We love that there was a contact person we could call who spoke fluent English. The apartment came fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The location is great! It was so close to a conbini, restaurants, and the Sensō-ji temple!!
There were 10 of us so it was hard to find places to hang the towels to dry (unless there was a drying rack and we didn’t see it).
