Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, die Lage gut und das Zimmer geräumig. Es hat uns sehr gefreut, dass die Dusche begehbar ist und nicht bei Benutzung das gesamte Bad flutet.

Das Wifi funktionierte alle Tage des Aufenthalts nicht wirklich. Wenn man keinen Internetvertrag hat, ist man völlig aufgeschmissen, da man nichteinmal Google maps oder WhatsApp nutzen kann. Wenn man in ältere Bewertungen schaut, scheint das Hotel das Problem nicht lösen zu wollen. Die Handtücher sind katastrophal. Man kann sich nicht mit ihnen abtrocknen

Pergi time weekday, last minute booking... Harini booking, harini masuk. Tapi, staff receptionist bagus layan customer dengan baik. Bilik selesa untuk couple, tandas dan bilik air bersih. Parkir disediakn pihak hotel. Time tu parkir sentiasa ada kosong. Balik lewat selepas makan pun masih ada parkir. View tingkap nampak KOMTAR. Kawasan Georgetown yang banyak kedai makan. Towel boleh request. Toiletries lengkap, ada kettle, aircond sejuk,ada penanda arah kiblat.

Harga kena dgn bilik tu sbb ruang untuk solat terhad 1 org 1 masa je rasanya.. Please help try adjust position of bed and table so that have space to muslim pray.

Localização é boa. Conseguimos deslocar-nos a pé para o centro histórico.

Location is great

The staff are so ignorant. We find the sink was troubled once we came (less than 5 minutes after entering the room) and asked the staff to fix it. The mechanic came and told us, it is impossible to fix it and not say a word after it. We called the staff back through the room phone. They didn't even say an apology for the inconvenience and asked us to figure it out ourselves. Like WTF! We were just arrived and washed our hands. Then we have to figure what was going on with the sink. The water won't flow. wtf!

Great location. Only a block from Macalister Road where there many street food vendors and restaurants. Close to major bus routes and shops. He facility was clean. Our room was small and had a window looking into an air well. The room had a hot water kettle but no tea or coffee but it wasn’t a problem since we had our own tea bags and coffee.

The room was quite small with barely any room to stretch out after laying out one of our suite cases on the floor.

Staff are helpful. Location is near my course been held. The room was clean as what i expected. Good value for money.

Maybe can improved by added toiletries and also mineral water..
