Place has everything- excellent

The house was amazing! We had a great weekend celebrating our Dad's. Very spacious, beds were comfortable and game room was a bonus. The younger adults enjoyed badminton and volleyball for hours. My only suggestions was maybe an updates to the grill and hot tub. The flame on the grill was very low and just took longer to cook everything. As for the hot tub the temperature was great but there were barely any jets working. Other than that I would definitely look to book this again in the future. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This place is really wonderful for a group of friends. The only problem was that the hot tub did not work as described. We specifically booked this place because it had a hot tub and traveled across state lines to access it. It was cold when we arrived on Friday and we weren't able to use it the first night. Messaging them on this website was useless because I guess they are just booking agents doing the work on VRBO and it started to feel like a classic Wizard of Oz scenario where I'll never meet the puppeteer. Thankfully the maintenance person was very responsive on the phone. It took two separate house visits to get the hot tub working - which involved manually refilling it with hot water from a hose. The dishwasher also didn't work when we got there but they fixed that too. Again, the property manager was very attentive over the phone and never made me feel entitled for wanting the hot tub to work, but like most of these houses that people rent out, it's always 50/50 whether or not it's going to be what you thought it was

My family and friends rented this house for two nights just to get away and go watch the Super Bowl and go skiing. It was a great set up. The house had so many things for the kids to enjoy. It’s winter time so the outdoor activities were limited, but the basketball court was very nice and it was only 15 minutes to Jack Frost. The house was kept very clean. The only thing is that the hot tub started out at 100°, but it was hard to maintain the temperature. But all in all our family thoroughly enjoyed it.

We stayed in this house before and were just as happy this time! Plenty of room for 25 people. You can be together, but not overcrowded. Or you can spread out to the different living areas, if you need more space. Plenty of room to sit at a table for meals, too. We are disappointed in the $3000 price jump for next year. We planned on going back but will now need to look for another home.

Great property with plenty of entertainment

Our family’s stay at the inn was an experience we will long remember. Everything was perfect, from the lovely grounds to the spacious interior. The property is off the road so it is peaceful and quiet. I hope to be back!

The house was great the size and space and the amount of bedrooms was perfect; however for the amount I paid for 4 days just wasn’t worth it. We was asked to bring towels, wash clothes and toiletries we did. However we also needed trash bags, a bath met in the bath room in the loft. We had no stoppers for the sink nor did we have a dish clothe or scrubber for pots and pans, We needed propane for the grill, but the grill looked like it had never been cleaned so we couldn’t barbecue. The linen on the beds wasn't fresh or cleaned. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly and the list went on! Don’t Book it. They need to update it and make minor adjustment! Crazy

I noticed several reviews with negative comments, so I contacted the PM to make sure all was rectified. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of issues. The good: - Nice water pressure in the showers - Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our group - Beds were comfortable - Nice secluded location The bad: - The biggest complaint we had is there are no air ducts in any of the bedrooms. Therefore, you basically need to blast the AC in the common areas to attempt to cool off the bedrooms. Unfortunately, being on the third level, the two master bedrooms were sweltering by late afternoon. - We had to call maintenance to fix a door that would not close/lock - Foosball missing (maintenance gave us a new one) - Ants were taking over the kitchen/outdoor space - Rips in the living room couch - Stains on the chaise in the master bedroom - No shower curtain liner in the master bedroom – water would leak onto the floor - Kitchen faucet was barely attached - Refrigerator handle barely attached and the freezer was cracked - No towels, which is clearly listed in the specs, but it would be nice if they could offer towels for an additional fee. No one wants to cart home wet towels. - Kitchen floor tiles cracked - Not enough seating around the fire pit Our consensus was: when paying for the Ritz Carlton, you shouldn’t get Red Roof Inn. Basically, for what we got, the cabin was overpriced.

House is large to accommodate a large family reunion, which allows for fun indoors + outdoors! All trip members had a great time. fantastic location near a beautiful/scenic pond. While some aspects need updating/minor repairs, the house and property was more than sufficient for our group. We plan to come again!

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Everything was as described. The property is spacious and there was plenty of room for the entire family. The property could use some minor updating. The picnic tables were in bad shape. The hot tub jets did not really work. The door to the theater room stuck and the handle kept coming off. The sofa bed in the theater room did not work well. There were only about 8 forks for a place that sleeps 28 people. Other than these minor items, everything else met expectations. It was a great place to have the entire family. There are several large areas for people to congregate.

House was beautiful! Peaceful and quiet area. There was definitely a few things that it could have used. One being more forks there was not enough for the amount of people in the house to all have one. Potholders and containers with lids to store stuff would have been nice. Fans for each room. Even though there are AC units they don’t keep the bedrooms cool. Especially the upstairs rooms. The ice maker and water running through the fridge would have been helpful. There was plenty to keep all busy downstairs and the movie room was a hit.

The property was as advertised. Plenty of room for our party of 12 to hold meetings as well as relax. Location was beautiful and secluded yet close enough to town to pick up essentials if needed.

Very beautiful as shown in listing. Expansive, lots of open space…. Fits everyone easily we all LOVED it. The movie theater room and game room was a big hit. I would definitely recommend.

The furniture shown is different than what is actually in the house. I imagine that is the furniture from when the house was initially staged a loooong time ago. The couches in the living room area are broken and beat up fabric couches not the nice brown leather ones. The nice fabric chairs shown around the island are not there . The linens and pillows are low quality so if you need a certain type of pillow or a comforter to sleep than I suggest you bring your own. The large deck out back was covered in dog poop. I suppose whoever was in the house before the snow fall let their dogs poop all over the deck and didn't clean it up so when the snow melted (when we were there) all of the dog poop appeared. The ash trays off the play room on the 1st level were loaded with used cigars and cigarettes so the cleaning team must have missed those. Also, no cleaning supplies at all so be sure to bring your own. The lighting throughout the house is a mismatch of different bulbs and color settings which drives my OCD crazy. Also, very dim lighting in a lot of the bathrooms and bedrooms. There was a broken thermostat control in the downstairs bathroom on the opposite side of the shuffleboard table. One of the sliding doors for the deck off the living room is busted off. The basketballs are trashed too, so bring your own if you want to play. This was a bachelor party house for us so it was fine, but for someone bringing their family to this place I would definitely be upset at the price I paid compared to the quality you are getting. This place is really due for a good bit of TLC after many many nights of partying.

The property is great since we have a large group of over 20. So much to do in the house. The group before us commented that much of the furniture was different from the online pictures. This is true but other than one of the couches not being a pull-out bed it did not make much of a difference to us. Last season we stayed in another one of their houses that is almost identical so I believe they might use the pictures interchangeably, regardless it was not a material difference. It is hard to find a 10 bedroom home that also has a large enough great room and kitchen to accommodate so many. We have always had a great stay with their homes.

Over all really nice house and property, has a lot at amenities for the kids to be able to entertain themselves. House itself could have been cleaned a bit better. But over all pleased with the stay and house.

We enjoyed our time here. It was the perfect layout for our family of 20. The kids really enjoyed the movie theater!

Owner allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Upon arrival we realized furniture DIDNT match photos from VRBO. VRBO photos showed leather seats and upon arrival we discovered cloth seats which had some rips. Next utensils: we had to make 2 washes. Forks / knives /spoons / cups had bad residue, it was bad. Next ; since we were here just to relax , enjoy the games & eat - the tv"s that were photoed in VRBO didnt match. Plus in theatre room there isnt a projector or full screen Next : the theatre room. Seats arent the same. They are smaller and have some tears. Next : there was no lighting on outside deck. We text owner and recieved a quick repaonse. The maintenance man came the next morning and fixed the problem. Next : the jaquzzi - dont go in!! We called to inform it was dirty & jets werent working, there response its clean & jets were working??!!?!? We informed them again please fix and didnt recieve a response.. This place ISNT WORTH THE MONEY. Note we left place smelling better than we arrived.

Very nice house. Great for our large group. Kitchen necessities were well stocked(plates, utensils, pots/pans). Property needs to be updated on site though. No ebox or playstation. Hot tub is not connected correctly (outlet plugged into is lower output than needed) resulting in poor jet action & no lighting. Property manager did respond quickly to a request for shuffle board sand. No ball to play the fusball. As it was 55 & raining quite a bit we were indoors more than we thought we would be but the area had some beautiful trails nearby that were great. We did have a wonderful family get together, made some great memories.

This home was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We were a large group and there was more than enough room for everyone. The owners were more than accommodating. The property around the house was just as beautiful. We had a great weekend and look forward to returning!

The property manager was responsive and the house was a good size with lots to do. The pictures were not accurate. The furniture was different than pictured the table tops were scratched. The TV stands were broken and one TV was not working. So that was a little disappointing for the money paid. Otherwise everything was pretty much as advertised and we had a nice weekend .

Located on a quiet lot and it looks great online, but the stay was NOT worth money. Honest feedback is the house was not clean, it was dirty and dusty, and their cleaning company should be fired! Upon arrival there was trash at the firepit and in the driveway. There was an issue with the grill, and everyone we went without lunch that day. The aesthetic was not pleasing at all. All the furniture is VERY worn and mismatched. There were a lot of things broken and taped together. For a large house like this you would expect a space for everyone to gather and eat together. Instead, there are small sets of tables and chairs everywhere that separate everyone into small groups. Felt like we were at a restaurant. It is very obvious that this rental is not accommodating, upkept or cared for. We will not be returning.

The house and grounds are beautiful in October! The space is ample for the 11 adults who, most of whom had never met, to have time together to bond, and yet have enough room to have needed alone time. The neighborhood is quiet ( except 1 dog- lol), and the woods are beautiful for strolling. We all loved gazing out at the pond. Lovely space. The only down side was that we couldn't get the gas fireplace on the main floor to light.

Property was exactly as we expected and had lots of room.

Prime location for family gatherings/reunions. The layout and amenities were more than plenty to keep our family busy. We will def be booking here again.

This house is great for a large group. Beautiful setting. There were 15 adults but we only had 13 forks. Inventory of the dishes, glasses and silverware needs to accommodate the 25 people it says it holds. Several sinks didn’t drain properly. Would have preferred queen beds and not double and single in some bedrooms. Property manager was very nice and helpful!

We had a great time with extended family. The house is well laid out for visiting in large groups and for people visiting in smaller groups. The area is beautiful and close to state parks and other lovely areas. We could not figure out how to make the home theater work and realized afterwards that we should have called the number suggested for help. Everything was clean and well cared for. Instructions for the house were clear. We hope to come back again.

The property was great for our group of friends. We used every activity that the house offered (which were numerous). The grounds were beautiful and there were more than enough rooms and bathrooms for our group. The only issue was that the hot tub appeared to be leaking, which caused the water level to drop a bit. We contacted the management company when we discovered it, but the rest of the trip and the experience in the house was good!
