We loved the vibe of the place and the staff was very friendly.

We had to download an app to 'check in'. Our room had a roof window which was not covered and resulted in a very early bright morning.

location was not as central rooms were really needing an upgrade (very old and needs maintenance… and not as nicely decorated as the picture) facilities were not as expected and a lot of noise from other travelers

Nice rooms and decor. Nice staff.

A bit far from the centre. Rooms were exceptionally cold, and the floor itself was freezing. No heating even though in Cusco it was about 5C at night. We were freezing in our room even with extra blankets. There were little to no activities. There is a Whatsapp group for the Selina Plaza, but all they text about is yoga classess. I would not stay there again.

The room was very small, common areas relatively small in comparison with number of guests

The room was cold and the shower aswell!! my room was locked for one night so I had to change my trips and sleep in another room without anything from my personal items. the stuff couldn’t help me. I booked it with breakfast but the restaurant is not opened in the morning. So I had to go to the other Selina. But they didn’t want to give me breakfast because I didn’t stay there. So in total I cannot recommend that place at all.

Very close to center which makes it great for mobilizing throuugh the city. Clean and nice cleaning staff. Internet wifi was also great.1

Staff a bit inflexible with visits. I understand that during the pandemic the caution is important, but there are common sense things that in my opinion the staff was just not willing to understand.

Decoration

I had a terrible vacation. First room they gave me the water was coming out of the toilet then they changed me ti another one and the same thing happen des I talked about all this ti the receptionist (blond tall guy) he was super rude not even looking into my eyes when I was explaining all very politely and he just said that the mantenimiento guy was not at night and that’s why they couldn’t fix it but not even one apology for all the inconvenient .really frustrated as a client. You can get that type of room in Cuzco for half the price

I stayed two and a half weeks at the hostel during the corona lockdown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel was always clean, we got clean sheets every day (if we wanted). My bed was comfortable. I got an extra blanket when I was cold. There were lockers in the room, plugs by the bed and a curtain so you had extra privacy WiFi is really good. The garden is so lovely! You can also make a campfire! :) The kitchen is well equipped. The coffee of the restaurant is good. Muchísimas gracias por todo!

Breakfast wasn't very good (2 little toasts, 2 eggs, jam, a little bit of fruit, tea or coffee). The food at the restaurant is generally not so good.

Like most Selina's, this place has a cool vibe and great areas to chill, both inside and outside in a courtyard that looks out at the city.

Very bad wifi. I work and travel and so internet is a must. It's unfortunate because the facilities are so cool and plenty of great work spaces around the property. But if you need to get a solid wifi connection, I would not recommend here.

hotel is just awesome. it is like city inside the city with lots of locations if you need them.

it was music festival one night in restaurant and the best kitchen was closed :(

It was a bit noisy, I stay on weekend so maybe for that.
