We were visiting a dear friend in Vero. This home was a convenient location to stores, restaurants and our friend’s place. The owners were helpful and the home offered plenty of room and all necessities.

We had a great time at this rental. We had our 4 year old and 4 month old and it’s. Very kid friendly home with a lot of added amenities such as pack n plays, pool toys, extra car seat, etc. The home was cozy and perfect for our stay. Thank you!

Clean, nice property, convenient location

I can’t believe I debated staying in a one room hotel room. I’m So happy I found this. This house was amazing. I wanted for nothing except maybe a box fan for my white noise. It was so well stocked, more than you will never need. It’s decorated perfectly. The master bed was so comfortable. It’s on the softer side which I love. The pool was fantastic for day and night swimming as it illuminates. I had no problem with ants or bugs. The cute tiny lizards at the pool are had my teen very happy. It’s only minutes to the beach and seconds from stores and restaurants . I absolutely adored everything about this property. The host responded immediately and appropriately to an issue with the master shower not getting hot. He wanted to send someone immediately but we chose to use the other bathroom as it wasn’t an emergency. The shower outside is a great bonus. Only wish we had a later checkout time because it’s a lot of laundry to get done before 10am if you use all the beds. I can’t wait to return!! A+ stay!!! Thanks Jeff!!

This is an amazing home to spend time with your family. The house has everything you need. The beach is a 10 min drive. There is a Pharmacy and a Publix supermarket literally 1 min away which is always good when traveling with kids. We had a lot of fun in the pool. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, close to the beaches. The outdoor shower and pool is a wonderful feature after a day on the beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but is in close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. A wonderful choice for a week away!

The home was great for our family. The kids loved the house and pool. The house was well stocked and had everything we'd ever need to feel home away from home. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa as we had just driven up from Key West it was exactly what we needed to relax for three nights it had all the facilities you could require and the pool was very welcome

I didn’t think the house could get any better but the addition of the outside shower was perfect. It’s great after a long day at the beach for getting the sand off before jumping in the relaxing pool. We can’t wait to come back.

The home was just perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool in November and the XBox; while the adults, enjoyed the spacious rooms, the conveniences of a home and the clean neighborhood. On our next trip to Vero, we plan on booking this place again. Thank you for all the hospitality!

We are in the process of looking at this area for retirement in a few years and make several trips to the area a year. The option of staying in a house is nice and actually ends up costing less than a hotel with 3 meals a day out. The house was ready and clean when we arrived, check in and check out were both easy. We did not have any issues but the few questions that came up over our stay were quickly addressed by the owner, never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a response. I highly recommend this property and we will be looking to stay again in the future. It was really nice to be able to come back to the house after a day of driving around and looking at homes and just be able to grab a drink from the fridge and jump into the pool for a while and unwind without dealing with other people like at a hotel. Well equipped with everything you need to cook meals and very close to the grocery store and Walgreens. There is plenty of stuff for families with children in the house and it is one of the best stocked places we have stayed when it comes to that. I hate seeing people leave bad reviews over things that they really shouldn't. Not an issue for us, but be aware if it will be for you: The house is clean and well kept and the rental is very reasonable for the house, if you are looking for a house that is remodeled and updated every year or two you need to look at places that are about 3 times the rental rate. The house is not very far from the rail line and Route 1 so you do occasionally hear traffic or trains coming through, not overly loud but you will hear it. The neighborhood is quiet and low key, we did not hear any noise from the neighbors except the occasional lawn being mowed if we were there during the day.

The home is nicely decorated, but the beds should have been made up for us and the house should have been cleaned properly. I had to flush and clean the toilet in the master bedroom, and there was food on the floor and on the spoon rest in the kitchen. We couldn't use the garage, so my car was extremely hot every time my son and I went out. It was nice to have a pool, but many of the screens were damaged, which allowed the bugs to get in. After falling asleep on the sofa for about 30 minutes the night before we were leaving, I awoke to a nasty bite on the tip of my finger, which was extremely painful for the next 3-4 days. Both my son and I left, after staying for 3 nights only, with bites on our legs and torso, which we must have gotten while sleeping. I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't stay here again. I don't like having to leave a negative review, but in fairness to those who will read the reviews and may consider staying at this property, I can't in good conscience say that we would stay here again. I stayed at 2 other Vrbo properties (1 just before and the other after this stay), and they were both lovely, clean and bug free.
