Food and service was top tier. Our server was Boo, and he went above and beyond our expectations. He is fluent in both Vietnamese and English to it made our stay easy and simple for our non-Vietnamese speaking. Could not recommend this company enough.

As expected being in the middle of the sea, reception was not the best but you’re there for the scenery so shouldn’t matter too much

We loved every moment of the cruise with so many surprises from the crew which made our day. We understood while onboard on why it is a 10/10 cruise. Best experience! The room was really clean and the bed was comfy. Boat was beautiful with small touches such as rose petals etc which was lovely.

Wir haben wirklich schon viele Urlaube gemacht, ein derart bemühtes und fürsorgliches Team haben wir aber noch nie angetroffen. Wir wurden ständig umsorgt und jeder Wunsch schon erfüllt bevor man ihn ausgesprochen hat. Jay, Tin und Boo haben diese Kreuzfahrt zu einem wirklich unverlässlichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir waren bei den meisten Ausflügen antizyklisch unterwegs sodass wir anstatt auf große Gruppen auf leere Sehenswürdigkeiten getroffen sind. Auch steht das Schiff meist alleine an Ankerplätzen wodurch man die Natur noch deutlich besser genießen kann. Die Exekutive Suite bietet durch ihre Lage im Heck einen unglaublich guten Ausblick schon in der Früh beim aufwachen. Hier hört man ein wenig den Motor aber nicht störend. Wir durften auch noch einen Blick in die Präsidenten Suite machen. Diese lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Rund um die Uhr hat man Möglichkeiten am Schiff etwas zu unternehmen.

The food was fantastic and the staff are all amazing and so, so helpful. Special thanks to our butler Alice for being so attentive throughout our stay, she was also brilliant with my shellfish allergy - not easy to manage in Vietnam! We loved the little touches like bringing afternoon tea to our room following an afternoon tour because we would otherwise have only had a few minutes to enjoy it. Thanks also to Lily, Kaka and Robin for their fantastic service and the brilliant cruise manager Jay. I'd highly recommend the two nights stay with a tour of Cat Ba - our tour guide Tin was so knowledgeable.

We had an amazing trip on Stellar of the Seas. The boat, rooms and pool onboard were all beautiful. The staff made the experience amazing. Tommy looked after us and was so helpful with everything. Kevin, Alice and Cindy were also taking care of us onboard. James even gave us a list of places to visit in Hanoi. We had a tour with Tin who was so knowledgeable and took us to a beautiful beach for swimming. Thank you to all the staff and I would recommend this cruise to anyone!

The tour is expensive, particularly drinks onboard, but I would say it is worth it for the experience.

It was extremely spacious with a lot of room to walk about. There were a lot of things you could do on board and off board the ship.

The property is magnificent. I will highly recommend anyone to come and stay here. The level of luxury and dedication from the staff to make your stay as pleasant as possible is insane! I travel alone and everyone was looking after me, wanting to take me out in activities, entertaining me and leaving notes on my bedroom with food or small gifts. The manager Tracy was amazing from the start off when I requested an upgrade and she only could accommodate me for one night but then took care of making my move smooth and easy. James was amazing and very attentive during dinner service and making great conversation. Tin took care of keeping me entertained with outdoor activities, kayak, paddle board, etc. you are star mate! Lastly, the lovely Alice who was my assigned butler and did everything to make sure I was comfortable; I came with no expectation and seriously I was wowed by this team of hospitality experts! 🤩

Our 3 day/2 night stay exceeded my expectations. Halong and Lan Ha Bay are gorgeous. Although insanely hot and humid, we had no rain and perfect sunny and clear days the first week in July. We loved our Senior Suite with our wonderful balcony and bathroom window to enjoy the gorgeous views. The boat never felt crowded. At times there was no one in the pool or in the lounge areas so it felt like we had the boat to ourselves. We enjoyed kayaking 2 times and a boat trip into the caves. For swimming in the sea, they set up a pool so we were protected from the jellyfish. We enjoyed a long boat ride, then an electric vehicle to a fishing village where we tasted the local moonshine, saw a traditional home, and learned the history of the village. The meals on the cruise were incredible, specifically the first lunch we had when we arrived and the set menu we had the last night of our stay. Those were definitely 5 star meals. We also enjoyed the BBQ our first night and the breakfast and brunch each morning. We had great attentive service from Tracy, Jay, and our butler Helen. When we returned to the port, Tracy and Jay made sure that our driver taking us to Ninh Binh was waiting for us. Although the wifi was inconsistent, there were enough times in the day, or enough places on the boat, where it was good, so it wasn't an issue. Don't expect to be successful with squid fishing in July. It's not the season for that, but we still tried it out anyway.

This was definitely the most luxurious boat in Halong. Everyone was so attentive! The rooms were gorgeous and everything seemed new. Erik was our butler and he was fabulous. Tin also was a great guide through our excursion and helped me book my transfers to Cat Ba!

Lovely 2 night, 3 day experience onboard sailing Ha Long Bay & surrounds. Eric, Jay, Tommy & Kevin were all amazing staff and very helpful / friendly. Highly recommended this trip!

I can’t say enough AMAZING things about Cindy, who was my Butler throughout my stay on the ship. She anticipated all of our needs and remedied any small issue we had. If I were running a business, I’d want to have as many employees like Cindy as possible. She’s the best.

The natural beauty of Ha Long Bay is amazing. The staff was very accommodating of my wife’s allergies. The staff was very friendly, if a bit overbearing at times.

Transfers were hot, crowded, and lengthy. Excursion to Cat Ba Island was compressed with no bike option.. the “beach” was small and polluted. The set menus are limited, and the food is consistent, but generally bland. Overpriced.

Staff were super helpful, friendly, and very attentive. Picked up from Hanoi in comfortable car, taken to boat and enjoyed a one night stay. Whole trip was very well organised and would recommend.

Room could maybe do with a very soft refresh (scuffed floors, fix blinds etc) but only minor and did not impact our stay :)

All of it, kids loved the pool, food was great, attentive staff, Sam Butler (waiter) Think (Guide) and Tracey Manager all were brilliant, really keen to ensure we have a great stay, will be returning again!!

The service is five star, Joana is very friendly , kind and welcoming. I also wanted to say thank you to Jay for arranging everything, and making sure things didn't hit the fan! JAY YOU ARE THE MAN ! Also, thank you Tin for the tour to viet hai and he is so knowledgeable and approachable. Big shout out to the whole team on the cruise, event hough we didn't converse much but they are so friendly and helpful. Thank you again for making our trip so memorable. We hope to see you again soon !
