Cama muy cómoda, habitación bonita en general. El desayuno nos encantó. Variado, con comidas típicas, jugo de mango fresco, muy buen café, y nos prepararon pancakes con chocolate. La atención del personal excelente!

Nuestra habitación era más pequeña que lo que se veía en fotos. La distribución del baño, muy incómoda, y habia unas sandalias usadas en el mismo que no sabemos de quien eran…

Beautiful rooms , and bathroom , and main area of reception and breakfast room . Breakfast provided was substantial and varied and very nice . Location was fantastic , less than 10 min walk to Train St , and plenty of great wee shops in the vicinity. Staff were amazing . Definitely recommend this hotel , and we are definitely going to stay here again when we visit Vietnam again

The staff at Babylon genuinely made our stay amazing! Nam the door/bellboy was the loveliest and most attentive person - always smiling and willing to help us no matter what! The receptionist staff are all so friendly and helpful 🙏🏽 our room was perfect and the location was also great! Breakfast was delicious. Highly highly recommend this hotel - best stay in Hanoi!

Returned for an extra night after a previous three night stay. We were welcomed like friends and even given a room upgrade as it was our second stay, so the bed was even bigger. This time we used the spa facilities and had a wonderful Vietnamese massage. We also used the laundry service and had our clothes returned clean and folded within 24 hours. As before, breakfast and the room couldn't be faulted. The location is excellent. Thanks again Babylon, would definitely return.

Babylon Premium was an oasis in the hustle of Hanoi. The staff were wonderful from the moment we stepped in, giving us a welcome juice and explaining a map of the city as we sat in the reception. We were additionally greeted warmly each time we left and entered the hotel, including having the door opened for us more often than not. Breakfast combined buffet items with dishes made fresh to order and was lovely. Our room was clean and bright and as we were in the middle of the hotel there was minimal noise and we slept very well. Would 100% return - we actually left to do a Halong Bay trip then returned for one more night to an even warmer welcome back.

We didn't have an outside window but did have an internal one, in hindsight this probably helped with sleep as there was no noise.

Súper bien ubicado y excelente personal, me lo recomendaron y acertaron de pleno porque tras el caos que supone estar en Hanoi, llegar a tu hotel y estar tan cómodo, limpio y con esa amabilidad se agradece.

Great breakfast choices, something for everyone. Super helpful and friendly staff, a real asset to the hotel.perfect location, very easy to walk to main attractions, and areas of Hanoi.

Only minor point we felt breakfast hours could be to 10am rather than 9.30, although staff were very happy to get you bits and bobs if service was finished.

Staff is very friendly and will help you with anything you need. Location is in the middle of old town so almost everything is just a small walk away.

Excellent large room 201 in lovely boutique hotel, with lovely feel. Central old town 5 minutes walk to Siem Lake. Big efficient walk-in shower. Excellent breakfast, will cook eggs as you want. The staff are just lovely.

The location is great, very close to everything. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The floor mat in the bathroom looked dirty with a lot of brown stains and there were lots of hairs in the bathroom.

Greeted with friendly staff, regardless of which Department they were from. They performed duties way and beyond their call of duties. What can we ask for more?

The experience- the staff, it's everyone from reception to bell boy to waitress, etc. It's the personal touch we didn't get in the other hotels we stayed before. They found out we were going to SAPA, took the trouble to write down a list of things we should do, what to eat etc. Amazing. The staff like Chu, Chi, Lily, Mary etc etc. They are simply Awesome.

Lift operates a little slow but not a big deal

Staff are excellent and very caring. Room very clean and hotel is in a great location easy to walk everywhere. Great value. Breakfast is simple but adequate. In the spa I had the best massage I’ve ever had.

Amazing stay! Staff were friendly and helpful, even when we checked in close to midnight. Location is convenient to the other hot spots in Hanoi Old Quarter. Would come again.

We were in room 301 (junior suite) and there was plenty of space.

It is quite warm in the room, because in the afternoon the sun is full in the room and the air conditioning is not powerful enough to cool this room. The neighbors were also busy with carpentry in the night of 11 to 12 October. Which the hotel can't do anything about but is a strange time to do this. There were some stains on the duvet.
