Todo. Experiencia absolutamente maravillosa. Instalaciones, servicio, comida, actividades…. Una maravilla. A destacar la amabilidad y simpatía de nuestra camarera, Cheese. Un encanto de persona. Otra sugerencia, si tenéis tiempo y presupuesto, muchisimo mejor el programa de 3 dias-2 noches. Adentrarse en la zona de Lan Ha, mucho menos atestada de barcos; y las actividades del día hicieron nuestra experiencia inolvidable.

We had some problems with the shampoo and body shower dispensers because they didn't work.

Dora Cruise was the most efficient experience we had whilst in Vietnam. We opted for the transfers to and from our hotel in Hanoi which was very comfortable. Although there have been comments on stopping at the pearl factory, it is only for 30mins, similarly there have been a few comments on the boat ride to the big boat, but it does allow for a great tour of the bay prior to boarding the bigger boat. Our room was incredible and the staff were very helpful. Although there are a variety of activities these are definitely an opt in/opt out which was beneficial for us as on the second day we chose to enjoy our cabins balcony.

Absolutely nothing, however I would suggest offering the option to eat outside on deck as there are many tables.

It was a clean, beautiful property with all basic amenities. The crew was very friendly and accommodating. They happily did babysitting for us so that we could do activities, have fun or eat in peace. Also, they tried customising our food as per our individual preferences and choices which was commendable

The boat was well maintained and spacious, did not feel congested at any point during my stay. The rooms were clean, conformable and the balcony was a nice addition. The staff especially Bruce, Lyn and Nam were very accommodating and helpful. Activities were well coordinated. Enjoyed the 3day/2night package as there was enough time to relax on the boat and partake in activities (e.g. Cat Ba island tour) without feeling rushed.

The wifi was limited throughout the journey (mentioned at the start of the trip) and had to rely on mobile data when available. Would recommend to upgrade the wifi service for better coverage.

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room had a balcony which was nice and peaceful

Room had single bed and a double ( only needed one bed) so made the room small and no space at one side of bed. Bed linen and towels not very good quality. Food was average.

Great food and great services. Special thanks to Cheese who served us all the time and took care of our special dietary needs!

Our room was superb. The staff were very nice and accommodating to our needs. The food was delicious and very well presented. Check in and out was done with ease.

Everything was great. Really amazing food, great trips from the boat and cozy atmosphere. All staff members were wonderful and welcoming. Especially Cheese who was always smiling, helpful and went the extra mile :-) We would happily come back again.

The guitar music covers that were on repeat at the restaurant all the time was a bit annoying. Just play some Vietnamese music instead :-)

Veldig fine og komfortable rom. Servicen var god og personalet var vennlige og hyggelige.

Badekaret på rommet hadde nesten ikke vanntrykk så vi fikk ikke benyttet badekaret. Noen andre gjester sa det samme om sitt badekar.

Our two-night stay with Dora Cruises was exceptional. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness made the experience memorable. Seamless transfers to and from Hanoi and the airport added to the convenience. Although the weather made kayaking and swimming less viable, the day trips remained enjoyable. The outstanding food, coupled with a not-too-crowded atmosphere, created a pleasant dining experience. The beautiful scenery served as a picturesque backdrop to the entire cruise. Overall, Dora Cruises offers a delightful escape with excellent service and stunning surroundings.

Some minor maintenance needs to be addressed.

The staff were very nice and helpful in spite that they don’t speak English.

The food variety in breakfast was very limited. Small insects were present in the rooms and bathrooms and everywhere. They charged us extra 3 % for payment with credit cards when we used the spa. TV wasn’t working and no other entertainment was available.
