The Villa was really well located in our preferred area so no car was necessary. The villa is really nice with fantastic outdoor and indoor space the pool was great and the space served both sun lovers and those preferring the shade. We will be back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Couple of issues dealt with by management service promptly . Nice large and well equipped kitchen and lovely pool and pool area . Great barbecue too

Not what I expected. I was attracted by the website’s photos and the words luxury & luxurious. Yes it exactly as shown on the photos but once you get past the WOW factor of walking into the villa the situation deteriorates. None of the bathrooms are fitted with toilet roll holders, towel rails, clothes hooks or shelves for toiletries. None of the bedrooms have drawer storage or shelf space other than student style hanging canvas things although there is a lot of hanging space. The showers were awful with little water pressure which surged, gurgled and fluctuated in temperature. there must be an issue to be rectified here as we initially had no hot water for the first three days. Later, during our stay there was water pouring out of the swimming pool & none in the house. This was quickly rectified but I think temporarily as the pool pump was screaming away as we left the villa. The broadband strength was insufficient to operate the Tv on any channel throughout our stay. The owner was made aware of the issues but did not accept any responsibility or offer any recompense nor release us from our third weeks stay when requested.

Good; Location amazing for beaches, bars, restaurants and shops: Beds - Wow - amazing, top quality and so comfortable Fridge freezer & kitchen. Well stocked appliances and easy to live with. TV - excellent selection (but WiFi struggled at times with Netflix). Karen - manager in lanzarote - great with communication Not so good; The owner is difficult to get hold of and doesn’t reply to emails etc? Hot water (showers, sinks) absolutely freezing cold until the solar panels get hot (around lunchtime) and also no pressure ever? Pool - Beautiful to look at but absolutely freezing all of the time we were staying? House appears to be all ran by solar energy and during the summer months this must be satisfactory? But now at the end of October it isn’t sufficient? Karen did send an engineer out twice but he could not sort things? Such a shame as we love a pool and it was the main reason we booked the villa. Only stayed for 5 days otherwise we would have checked out and found something else, which is Such a shame as we were so looking forward to the villa Have used VRBO / Home & away many times and this is the 1st time we have ever left negative feedback.

Lovely villa, had everything you needed. Great central location, a short car journey to Rubicon Marina, taxi about €5 and only 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Would recommend.

A wonderful holiday in a superb villa.

We had a wonderful family stay at this gorgeous villa. The location was perfect - just five minutes to the supermarket and a couple more to the seafront of Playa Blanca. The kitchen of the villa was wonderful - not only did it look lovely, it was so well organised. Bifold doors opened on to an outdoor dining area, the pool jacuzzi etc. Each bedroom also had french doors leading to a lovely shaded area . There were three lovely bathrooms, so no queueing for showers! The pool and pool area were brilliant, as was the jacuzzi. We didn't use the children's pool. We also appreciated that were some toys and pool toys for our two year old to enjoy. As we arrived very late in the evening, the welcome pack of food and drinks in the generous American style fridge was very welcome indeed. We had little contact with the property manager (since we didn't really encounter any problems) , but found that Alexis (the owner) was very responsive and helpful when we were planning our holiday. Our stay was far too short and we look forward to returning soon.

We’ve stayed in various locations around Playa Blanca and this is by far one of the best locations for the main town. A really lovely property with excellent facilities. Alexis made it very easy to alter our dates as well and nothing seemed a problem. My grandchildren had a great time as we all did. I just wish we could have stayed for two weeks....or maybe forever!!!

The villa looked fantastic from the pictures but we were absolutely amazed when we arrived! What a fantastic holiday home we travelled as 4 adults with a young child all the facilities suited us well and the outside areas were very child friendly. The whole design and layout of the villa is great really modern & clean, plenty of outside seating areas to follow the sun! The pool was a hit with our 7 year old and we were all massively impressed with the villa! I would like to thank Alexis and her family for allowing us to stay we would love to return in the future!

We have just spent 2 weeks at this amazing villa, one week with our family and one week on our own. What a fantastic place to holiday from the day we arrived with the welcome pack to the day we left I cannot recommend it enough. There was plenty of space for 3 couples, the outside space was amazing and the pool and jacuzzi were well used. It's close proximity to the shops, bars etc was great and the taxis were very reasonable. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a luxury villa with superb facilities.

We stayed in Alexis' amazing villa for 1 week which was simply NOT long enough!!! We travelled as 3 couples and 1 child and the layout of the villa suited us perfectly! We have stayed in villas before but this is by far the best that we have ever stayed in! They really have thought of everything to make your stay truly special from the heated pool & jacuzzi, outside seating/dining area, BBQ, toys for the children, free wifi, state of the art alarm system and the best fridge ever, plus it's only a short walk to the nearest supermarket and resort centre so no car was needed. I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone!! A big thank you to Alexis and her family for allowing us to stay here and for her fantastic communication we will definitely be back!!!
