The MO is a five star plus hotel , so the hotel is exquisite. But what makes the difference is the genuinely friendly staff which go a step further and satisfy their customers’ needs by meeting their customers’ expectations and beyond. From the concierge, reception, guest relations, F&B , housekeeping and particularly the lounge on the lounge level, the service is five star and more.

Melhor hotel de sempre. Eu adoro a cadeia de hotéis Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, os hotéis são sempre excepcionais mas este em particular eu não consegui encontrar um único defeito de tão perfeito que é (ainda cá estou), desde a decoração, o atendimento perfeito, a simpatia de todo os funcionários, até na piscina o atendimento é impecável e não deixa nada a desejar. O nosso voo chegou ao Dubai às 5h da manhã, então às 6h da manhã já estávamos no Hotel, o Luidgi tão rapidamente nos acomodou sem cobrar taxa extra e por eu já ser cliente da cadeia de hotéis ofereceu-nos um upgrade com um quarto com uma vista melhor daquela que eu tinha reservado. O atendimento é tão bom que eles nem deixam sequer o teu quarto ficar muito tempo desarrumado, fazem pelo menos 2 serviços de limpeza ao quarto. É impressionante, nós saímos para jantar às 8 pm e quando regressamos às 10 pm o quarto já estava novamente todo arrumado. É de uma excelência impressionante que vale cada centavo. Ontem jantamos no restaurante Netsu, uma stakehouse japonesa e o restaurante era simplesmente top, tudo o que comemos era extremamente delicioso desde os sushis às carnes que são a especialidade deles. Amanhã vou para Mandarin Oriental de Abu Dhabi e estou ansiosa pela experiência. Mas até agora este é sem dúvidas o melhor que já estive.

We had a fantastic experience staying at the MO for our honeymoon. The staff were extremely helpful when communicating with me prior to our arrival and helping me with very last minute requests, such as organising a birthday surprise for my sister who was also staying in the hotel. To our surprise we also got a multitude of wonderful treats to congratulate us on our honeymoon upon our arrival which was extremely kind and much appreciated. Our room had club access and I cannot recommend it enough: the food, the view, the ambience, the service - all amazing! Overall, we loved our stay: the room was incredible, so spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable and huge(you can get lost in it). Everything in the room is state of the art and well thought through. Even the bathtubs are spectacularly comfortable. The food is incredible in most outlets of the hotel, although we didn’t love the Netsu, but Tasca is very good. And the pastries shop in the lobby-to die for! All in all - best property we have stayed in in Dubai.
