The proximity of amenities

Wir waren sehr 😀 zufrieden. Es war sehr sauber, das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen waren extrem gut und auch abwechslungsreich. Gerne immer wieder.

Все понравилось: сам отель, звукоизоляция, большой комфортный номер, то, что когда сильно жарко, можно весь день погулять по моллу, возле молла вечером тоже красиво, ресторанчики всякие... понравились бассейны и в Кроун и в Интерконтитентале (совместная территория), прекрасные ужины (проходят в Интерконтинентале, можно менять их на обед, когда надо) и завтраки. От аэропорта такси дирхам 45, от Бурдж Халифы вечером так же, днем вообще 30, есть еще кораблик, который довозит до метро и дальше можно двигаться на нем. Если вы конечно первый раз в Дубае, может, имеет смысл и где-то на Марине остановиться, но если до Марины и Пальмы ездить не часто, а больше двигаться где Дубай Молл, пляжи Кайт (куда кстати возит трансфер), Ла Мер - то отель идеально подойдет)) И очень выгодно, на минуточку)) в Дубае, когда ужин включен, особенно такой вкусный и разнообразный. В общем, я рекомендую этот отель и еще вернусь в него)) Для тех, кто, как я, постоянно думает, что с собой взять из одежды - тут больше такой городской стиль одежды, не туники и сетки, как в резортах, тут постоянно проходят конференции и тд, более все как-то на деловом)) А на вечер более вечерние наряды, не джинсовые шорты.

Запах в номерах (или это аромат такой специальный, или от каких-то чистящих средств). У нас тумбочка у кровати постоянно открывалась сама)) ну мы просто ее не закрывали - это конечно совсем несущественно.

The room exceeded our expectations, with the door having a standard lock and also an advanced one. As you enter the room, you are met with a large cabinet which can accommodate shoes and provides ample storage. There is a small corner with a Nespresso machine and a kettle, a variety of capsules, tea selections, sweeteners, and sugars. The workspace was large and comfortable, with all rooms being equipped with a telephone. The living room was amazing, and the sofa bed was very comfortable. There are advanced digital switches throughout the room, and the AC was very modern and controllable. Lots of storage can be found throughout the room, with there being a breathtaking view of the Dubai Skyline and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Library. The bedroom is large and there is a TV in each room. There are two bathrooms, one being a small one, and the other accommodating a shower, bath, 2 sinks, 2 mirrors, 2 hairdryers, 1 bidet and a WC. The bathroom has a large automatic curtain which can be used for privacy. Kumaar was a very good cleaner and kept our room exceptionally clean every day when we returned. The location was decent, located just a 15 minute drive from the Dubai Center. Free parking was available, room service was cheap and efficient, reception was helpful, and concierge was amazing. The breakfast had a variety of different foods, and you are provided with 1 free drink (coffee) per person. The value for money at the property was amazing, and there are many restaurants where you can use your half board offer. WIFI was decent, and security was decent as well. You are also provided with 6 1-liter glass bottles of water daily free of charge. The swimming pool was excellent and had an amazing view.

While everything in our stay was exceptional, the AC had a slightly bad smell to it, which led to a little bit of bad odour, but this thing would occur in most hotels in the United Arab Emirates. The minibar also remained empty throughout our stay, but this wasn't a huge issue and can be easily fixed by contacting the reception.
