Spent a fun weekend away here for the second year in a row. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach and all that downtown OOB has to offer! Clean property, responsive owner. Five stars!!

The two cottages that we rented were the perfect spot for Old Orchard Beach. A quiet neighborhood located just a few blocks away from all the central activity. Easy to walk back and forth multiple times a day with three children for the beach, food, shopping, and deserts!

This was a perfect location for us. We are able to walk to the beach and we were far enough away from the busy town. This was perfect for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to make breakfast there to start our day. I especially liked it had a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to do a lot of laundry when we came home. The home was exactly as listed and it was everything we needed. My teenage boys had a ball and didn’t want to leave. Thank you to the home owner! We had a great time.

Nice place! Be aware that neighbors are very close (a concern with babies in both bedrooms) but the noise (typical summer outdoor visiting) ended at a decent hour (10-11 PM). It was very frustrating to supply our own sheets, towels and paper goods - so much to transport & set up. But we did it and enjoyed the beach & town very much. Owner was very responsive and helpful - thanks!

This cottage was perfect for for my family of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped so we were able to do our grocery shopping and make all of our meals. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with other cottages and houses yet within 5 minutes you were on the strip with all the shops, take out spots, scooter rentals, the beach and the playground. You really don't need to get in your car to go anywhere. Jeanette was great with her communication and even sent me a message to make sure we were all settled in. This was our 4th year going to OOB and for the 1st time we found a place that we want to rent again. My sister and her husband stayed in the cottage behind ours so it was nice that we were so close but had our own places.

So close to the beach, shopping, and arcade. The host was always communicative and thoughtful. We hope to come back to this house again in the future.

Our stay at this cute house in OOB was perfect for our family of five. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and just removed from the hustle of the boardwalk area so it is super quiet. The house included everything we needed to prepare dinner at night so we didn’t have to lug our kitchenware with us. We love the screened in front porch and spent every night winding down out there. The beds were very comfortable something that is a rarity when you stay away from home. The owner Jeanette was very good at staying in communication with any questions prior to our arrival as well as the constant changing Maine COVID restrictions. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

We loved it all. This was very nice place. Clean and friendly. Close to everything and walking distance to area attractions, restaurants and beach.

This was our second time staying at the property. The location is great and the owner is very responsive and great to work with.

Very close to the main street, maybe a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, restaurant, and amusement park. But also far enough away to be really quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable, and the porch in front was a good place to relax and read.

A great little bungalow just minutes away from all Old Orchard Beach has to offer. We had so much fun with our kids here. The property is on a nice quiet street, but only a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops, and the ocean. I really enjoyed having breakfast each morning on the patio.

This was our family’s first trip to OOB and we couldn’t have had a better place to stay. Convenient location that allowed us to walk to many restaurants, shops, and most importantly, the beach and pier. Home was very well maintained, comfortable and afforded plenty of space for our family of 5.

I spent a wonderful time with my family in this little beach house. Very comfortable and with all we need to feel like home.

My husband and I stayed in 15a with our one year old daughter. We loved that it was a quick walk to the beach/pier. We loved the front porch and the space off the kitchen which was perfect for storing our beach bags and extras. We brought a baby gate because there is a steep step off the kitchen which leads to an open basement stairwell. Cottage had everything you could need and we loved having our family in the cottage behind us. We felt that ours (15a) was more spacious and a better set up, as it had a kitchen table and the space on the porch to eat. There were too many bugs for our little one to eat outside, we did the first night and she got bit so we would grill and have our family from the other cottage come over to eat. Jeanette was wonderful to talk to and easy to communicate with and we had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend, especially if you want to travel with extended family but also have your own space- get both cottages!!

We had such a nice stay. The house was so cozy and exactly as advertised. The owner was super helpful in communicating what was there and what we needed to bring, and I loved the kitchen inventory list. It was situated in such a quiet, sweet little neighborhood that was within walking distance (about 4 minutes) to OOB. It truly felt like we were coming home at the end of each long day, and I would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for 5 days with myself and two children. It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed! It was such a short walk to the Pier area. I would recommend it!
