Beautiful home design, decor, and furnishings. Fully equipped. Quiet area. Perfect for two families to enjoy a few days together. Loved the nature all around and the beautiful pool area.

We were a group of 9 Romanians enjoying Kouvelia Luxury Villa with its best amenities, including the amazing lightened pool with its relaxing sunbeds under the palm tree, the cutest cats on the island, the BBQ, the terraces and the breathtaking landscapes, to say the least. The locations is stunning, staying in pool watching the sunsets, the breakfasts on the terraces, the fully equipped house and the big gardens of the villa. Everybody who comes here should experience the local taverns, especially Bakoutis Nikolaos in Nerotrivia, just a short walk from the villa. Even though we came prepared with our wine from home, we were pleasantly surprised by the tasty locally produced wine that we found in the kitchen. George was very friendly, we could say that he was the best host, welcoming and truly responsive to all our needs at any hour, helping us with places to visit, with renting a boat and even giving us the opportunity to buy home-made olive oil from his parents. We will surely return here the next time we come to Evia an you should choose this amazing place, too! Disliked · Everything exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful villa with the most stunning pool. The kitchen was very well equipped with a dishwasher George is a wonderful host who responded to messages immediately.

Everything about the villa was perfect. It was quite windy as in the mountains.

Everything. There were 9 of us so we loved the space. The rooms are a great size, beds comfortable and lovely sheets. The views over the Olive trees to the water are divine. The kitchen was great and the lounge areas very comfy. Lots of small areas to go and read a book in peace and a great covered deck. It was so peaceful. The local villages of Nerotrivia and Politika had wonderful bakeries and supermarkets. Can’t wait until the pool is finished ! We ate at the most amazing Taverna in Nerotrivia every night- best meals we have had anywhere! George was easy to contact and so helpful. We will be back!
