Overall a nice property and a good location. Approximately 20 mins from being in Galveston. Two of the three bedrooms are upstairs, and one of those is a open loft. We had an issue with the oven, but the property manager was prompt to respond.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was great and right on the beach. Thank you for such an enjoyable time even though the weather got rough.

This was just the house we needed for a relaxing get away with friends. The location is prime with a short walk to the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, quiet neighbors and we even saw a rabbit chilling by the dune grasses yesterday! The house is very clean and we slept very well, loved our master bath with modern shower. Host Don was easy to communicate with and very informative, looking forward to staying here again!

This is our second stay at this property. It is very well furnished. The view is gorgeous and the property manager is attentive. I couldn’t ask for more.

The property is right on the beach. The views were great. Would have loved if the windows were clean to see through clearly. Needed to have newer wash clothes they seemed pretty dingy. The location is an A

This spot was very calming and beautiful to be able to stay at! The patio areas are very nice to hangout for the end or beginning of the day!

This property had 2 king size beds and 1 queen. They were good and comfortable. The views were beautiful. I would recommend and we will be back. We rent every year and this was a great one. No problem so we didn't have to contact anyone.

The House was very Clean and in a wonderful place.

Great location, 30 minutes from the Strand and downtown. There’s a public parking lot for beach access right in front of the house so if you’re there on the weekend you’ll have a lot of people watching to do. The house itself is great, clean, lighting is nice, patio below the house to hang out on, one patio on the first floor of the house and a large balcony on the top floor as well. The neighbors to the left when they are there, don’t want you to park are their grass. They’re pretty easy to tick off so if they’re watch out. Overall great place, we had a fun time.

The location was perfect! It is easy to walk to the beach and then rinse off in the outdoor shower after a fun day of swimming! House was clean and Don was easy to communicate with. Will stay here again when we come back to Galveston!

Perfect beach house and location for your beach getaway! Ideal for 3 couples or familes. Owner is very responsive and home is appropriately stocked. Lots of patios and outdoor spaces to enjoy! I will be a return guest. Thank you for making our weekend memorable

We enjoyed our week! The location is great, easy beach access, and everything we needed for a relaxing week.

Considering the price I paid for 4 nights my expectations were high. Unfortunately we had several small problems which added up. We had to request the lock box information the day of. During our stay we encountered some issues such as not enough towels for 6 people we had enough for 4, I ended up doing several loads of laundry daily for the towels. we asked for more and was told they were in a cabinet with extra papertowels which also were not there. There was old food from the previous occupants in the fridge, the house had a spoiled smell, we also had 2 cockroaches we had to kill as well. The final piece was the photos, the photos showed an empty beach which for the price I thought was private. The beach is actually a public entrance where all the vehicles can park on the beach and on saturday there were so many people. I paid a hefty price for privacy and quiet which there was none of. The house also needs an update for the price that was paid as well.

The house is so much more than what we expected. The views were beautiful. The house was spacious enough for three teenagers. The bed were very comfortable. There was everything we needed to make a few meals. The only issue we had was the neighbor scolding us for the trash cans sitting on the street but other than that, it was a relaxing and peaceful stay.

This property is in the perfect location. Views are spectacular from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and loft. Management was very quick to respond and communicate with questions or issues. We recommend!!!

It was the perfect location! House was very nice and the windows made it feel as if we were already outside. The shower outside was very useful!

We spent a great week in this house that is right on the gulf. It had everything we needed. It was my husband and I, our son, his wife plus their 4 yr old and 1 year old. The only negative was the oven didn't work and we had packed food planning to use it.

We enjoyed the location of the home and the views. The stocked items were not available as listed and owner did not respond to our emails. Home needed a deep cleaning around ceiling fans and vents. Our bathroom towels were folded damp and needed to be put back in dryer before use.

Was a nice stay. Only complaint was there were only 2 towels in the place.

Cute house right on beach. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Owner was easy to work with. Will definitely consider for our next trip back to Galveston.

The most amazing views and sunset. This property is an excellent spot to get away. It offered privacy and plenty of room. The house is very clean, furniture is extremely comfortable, relaxing color decor, and offered stellar views for morning coffee. This is an amazing home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rented house for New Years Eve weekend with family. The house was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The close proximity to the beach was the best. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic time walking the beach which was just a few steps away from the house. The only draw back is that it is 30 minutes into Galveston but that is also why it was so quiet. The only suggestion I have would be to install an easy to grab railing for safety on the steps up to the front door. The steps can get slick with rain. We will be back!

Nice area and quiet part of the beach

The view was amazing and if the weather cooperates, it’s a fantastic family stay. The supplies such as wine glasses (there were none), cooking utensils, and general kitchen items, were in short supply. The appliances were a bit outdated and loud. Having said all that, the layout was really nice and location to beach are fantastic.
