My stay was beyond wonderful! The check in and main sitting area are so bright and welcoming. My room and attached bathroom were perfect perfect for one person, bed was so comfortable, location was great, wonderful staff and kitchen area, and restaurant next door is exceptional!

Sehr modern und mitten im Zenteum der Stadt

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht so gegeben. Auch wenn ich ein Einzelzimmer hatte, waren 30€ für ein kleines 90cm Bett etwas zu viel. Hier hätten es 10€ weniger auch getan

Everything! First and foremost you can’t beat the convenience of the location. Attached to the property is a Mediterranean Cafe with excellent food and below it is a Sushi Bar. Because Monteverde’s weather is sporadic at best in the rainy season, I can’t overstate the convenience of having good food and reasonably priced drinks right next door. The trees between the properties made it so I barely got wet no matter how hard it rained. My interactions with every staff member from the cleaning crew of the property to the bartender at the Sushi bar were perfect examples of service and courtesy. That being said, Tatiana, whom I had the most exposure to at Outbox Inn was exceptionally accommodating and delightful. My first day I had a lot of questions and despite the fact Tatiana was dealing with forty other things she bent over backwards to make sure all my needs were met, and never with frustration or attitude. While Tatiana wasn’t available I had the pleasure of dealing with John. John was also remarkably friendly and saw to it that my every request was met. Another extremely convenient factor was their ability to schedule all my transportation and excisions for me, and often at lower prices than other agents around town. I strongly recommend Outbox Inn! I will certainly be staying there on my next trip to Monteverde.

Lage, Design, Sauberkeit

Het is een leuk hotel, maar een echt studenten cq back Packers hotel. Wij waren met zn zessen wel een beetje "oud" daar, hahaha. De kamers waren prima, basic. Het leuke was wel, dat er ochtends door wie dan ook een grote pot koffie gezet werd, en dat iedereen daarvan kon pakken. Ontbijt ed zelf regelen. Koelkast aanwezig.

Das Konzept ist toll, der offene Gemeinschaftsbereich, die Terrasse. Nebenan sind das Restaurant und die Bar, die eigenständig sind, aber dem gleichen Besitzer gehören. Man kann überall wunderbar relaxen. Das Essen und die Getränke sind superlecker. Auf der Terrasse des Inns kann man aber auch selber kochen. Das Personal ist supernett und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war gemütlich. Wir haben den Wäscheservice genutzt - gut, günstig, schnell.

In unserem Zimmer (privat mit eigenem Bad) gab leider kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, nur 2 Wandhaken und ein kleines Brett.

Gezellige, gezamenlijke plek om te relaxen. Ook een heerlijke douche.

We vonden het vrij prijzig voor een hostel vergeleken met andere accomodaties.

Gute Lage, großes Zimmer ! Außerdem nettes wirklich gutes Restaurant gleich nebenan, bei dem Gäste 10% Rabatt erhalten

Badezimmer mit wenig Licht; Waschbecken ohne Steckdose und nur kaltem Wasser. Zimmer waren groß, aber ohne Trinkgläser, ohne Kühlschrank.
