The location is good, and we found food and supermarkets close to the hotel.

The shower screen was non functional , and the bathroom ceiling started leaking at night

Room was clean with good space. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. AC was very good. Elevators were available all the time. Hotel was clean.

Food was not good at all. Low variety with poor quality. The restaurant was not to the level as the rest of the hotel. Need to be focused on. Coffee shop was closing very early and there is no 24/7 menu. So you have to bring your food before going back to the hotel by night and it's better to keep a stock for emergency.

Very clean, spacious and the food was really delicious.

It is a bit of a walk away from the haram, not suitable for the elderly or families with small children.

We liked the room. It was spacious and comfortable. We also liked the mini-bar with coffee and tea and water. Bathroom was clean and well-equipped. We also liked the cafe in the lobby, the arabic coffee and dates and reasonably priced juices. Garage was a plus.

Safe was not working. Location was a bit of challenge because you had to cross two main roads which can be a bit hectic- but its a 10 minutes walk from al Haram so in terms of distance, it is not bad. Room service does not really respond fast.

Breakfast was fantastic, both in variety and excellent preparation. Location is also very convenient. Very short distance to commercial zone and agreable walk distance to Haram.

As far Room cleaning (or make up)I did not like how it works. After 3 days of stay no House keeping appeared to clean the room. I had to go down to reception to ask for cleaning. Two dys later the same situation. Then I realized that may be is the system used, i.e. the gest should call staff for cleaning. It was strange for me since I am from a region where room at hotel are cleaned every day. I recommend a change in this domein, to keep excellency of Booking.com partnership.I would like to see Property to make an effort to open the Restaurant at least for Dinner. I believe Management (and staff) capable to do this easily, if we take into account the excellent way Breakfast is managed. Communication with staff is poor. No english at all
