This home is located in a beautiful secure neighborhood with grocery stores right outside the gated entrance. The views from every room is spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped and the home has anything one would need. The wifi worked great! You are minutes from downtown Coco which has plenty of restaurants and shopping. Andres was so helpful and kind and easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved our stay here! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

The house is amazing. The pool area is prefect for lounging around enjoying amazing views of Playas de Coco. All bedrooms are spacious & each have their own bathroom. Would highly recommend the house and would stay there again if I’m ever back in Costa Rica…

The central feature of the house is a deck and pool with an unobstructed view of the harbor; just beautiful. with 3 bedrooms, an in-law apartment and 5 bathrooms, it was perfect for our 6 adults and two kids. The house was filled with modern features and stocked with all the necessary tools for an extended stay. The house is very secure; located in an upscale, gated community with 24/7 security. The property manager- a long time resident of the area -- was easily accessible, fluent in English and helpful. He owns three boats, so we chartered one if his boats for a day of fishing. We used TICO tous to arrange our activities and they too were easy to work with. All in all, a terrific experience.

Beautiful views and comfortable home.

This is a beautiful property. Perfect for our family of 6. Very clean. Comfortable beds, plenty of extra linens and towels, including a plethora of beach towels. Also plenty of beach chairs and even a cooler to use! Gated community made us feel safe at all times. A couple of nights the water went off for 30 minutes but came back on. Think the timer may have been off from a brief electric outage as clocks were flashing. We loved this place and we will definitely be back. Andrès, his father and wife were wonderful. Take advantage of his boat tour! Pura vida!!

The house is perfect, the location is awesome and the management did a great job. You MUST rent a golf cart. We used one to zip all around the town. Go to the beach club and enjoy their pool. Food and drinks. It costs $25 per person, but you get that back in food and drinks. We ate at Santorini in town and Coconutz both were good. Also, the drinks at Zbar were delicious. Enjoy!

Our trip wasn’t quite was we planned due to Covid so our original group of 8 turned out to be just 2 of us. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is amazing! We enjoyed cooking and lounging poolside. The view is spectacular! We also loved hearing the birds, watching iguanas and even had a visit by howler monkeys. We do think the main pool/patio area might have been cramped if our whole group had been there, but there are other outdoor spaces that might have worked for the larger group. The only recommendation we have is to get some outdoor lounge chairs! Other than that it was basically perfect.

My two daughters, sons-in-laws and my husband and I and our 11 month old grandson stayed in this beautiful property from December 29th- January 8th. The house is gorgeous and the views from the patio overlooking the mountains and ocean, breathtaking. The location is amazing. The Pacifico development is right near town with two supermarkets as you leave the development, so super convenient. The restaurants were incredible- one was better than the next. The Pacifico Beach Club was really beautiful and everyone friendly and attentive. My daughter had advised the host that she was bringing her 11 month old and he actually went out and purchased a pack and play and high chair so we would have them during our visit. Talk about going above and beyond! We had rented cars (at the airport for a ridiculous price) and found out when we got there that Bill, the caretaker, has a 7 person van and drives people to a from the airport. That would have made life so much easier and we would not have needed two cars. I would definitely recommend taking him up on the service. It was a safe, wonderful trip and we hope to return soon!

Can’t even start describing the wonderful week we had here. The place is stunning. The location is brilliant The pool is amazing and all the people we met were friendly. You MUST have a car or a golf cart. The house is on top of a very steep hill. We loved Coco and we will FOR SURE come back. Bill. The property manager was THE MOST AMAZING and helpful person He helped us coordinating all the activities Thank you so much and happy new year.

We were so impressed with this property!!! The location was convenient, safe, and in a beautiful gated community. The views from the house and sitting pool were absolutely stunning, and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The owner and property manager were superb! Great communication and extremely helpful with anything we happen to need. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful home! It truly was an exceptional experience!

We had a great time! What a beautiful home overlooking the ocean in the beautiful Pacifico development. The owner and property manager were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Casa Verde - the house was spacious and well appointed. You absolutely need a golf cart to get to and from town (and the teens loved driving them!). Watching the sunset from the loungers by the pool was a favorite nightly activity. The supermarket at the entrance was a really nice bonus. Town is really close by and it was great to be able to take the carts to dinner at Bar Ancla. The development felt very secure - would absolutely stay here again.

Each of my daughters brought a friend and I invited a couple of close friends—the house was a perfect base for all of us. We sometimes had the same agenda (rafting, touring, searching for a sloth) or no agenda at all. The house is a perfect place to laze the day or return to whenever. The kitchen is fully stocked; there’s a nearby bougie grocery; towels are supple and plentiful. Bill, the caretaker is quick to help and always has a good recommendation. I would suggest that the owner restore the perfect view by trimming the tree that occludes it. The teeny pool takes the place down a peg, but it was still a near perfect week.

Beautiful is not a Enough! This property is breathtaking! The description is just what you get! My family loved the week in Costa Rica and all the features of the home. Bill was extremely helpful and kind. Don’t forget to check out the beach club. Definitely will recommend house to others and stay here again!

A faultless experience. The property exceeded expectations. Clean, well appointed and with the most breathtaking view that no photo could ever do justice. Bill, our property manager, was fast and attentive to our every need, managing any questions regarding the house, restaurant choices or things to do. A truly memorable two weeks. Counting the days already until we come back!

The house was amazing and we had a great time, I would rent this house again and I would rent from this owner again. I also liked the gated and secured neighborhood. We were a bit confused by the listing and arrangement of the beds, but that worked out fine. In two of the rooms you need to let the owner know if you want one big bed or two twin beds, you don't get both. The property manager did offer to pick us up from the airport which was nice, but we didn't know we had to pay until after we got to the house. That was fine since we would have paid someone no matter what. The towels and linens were nice quality and they also provided beach towels which was a very nice touch.

Beautiful home on a hillside overlooking the ocean. There is a nice lookout on top of the house that is great for watching sunsets. Enjoyed my stay for 1 week very much.

It’s a beautiful property with a beautiful ocean view.. the only con was the low water pressure in the shower.

We stayed at this amazing home and it is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend it. It is inside a gated and safe community. The house manager Bill was attentive, kind and he made himself available for whatever we needed. The property is located inside this beautiful community near Coco Beach and the Beaches. This property is so close to so many restaurants and other nearby beaches. The view is espectacular. You can sit on the terrace and see colorful butterflies and monkeys. There are so many beautiful flowers around as well. You can go hiking. There’s a hiking trail, a waterfall and a picnic area. You can also use the community pools. Inside the community there are restaurants and bars. And just outside there are two supermarkets. This home is just perfect! You will love it!! ❤️ We thank very much to the owner!

The property and location is great. Views are amazing. Watching the sunset from the patio is truly memorable. Transport is a must either a car or a golf cart which you can travel all over Coco with. Small hiccup on arrival which was taken care of the next day. Steven the owner is easy tio contact and was very informative on places to get great food. He also connected me with Andres who does boat tours. Him and his girlfriend are the loveliest people to spend the day with. I will add you can get the required covid test in Coco beach for about 100 or you can do it at the airport for around 60. We planned it out to stop by early in the morning on the way to the hot springs zipline tour and it was extremely quick. We spent maybe 15 minutes in total from arrival to leaving. Results came in about an hour. We will definitely visit again.

Hola , Nuestra Estadia fue de 7 dias , semana santa 2021 . Desde nuestra llegada el dia Sabado , nuestras vacaciones no empezaron bien , la Refrigeradora no enfriaba, los aires acondicionados igual , la piscina sucia . Segundo dia , no se pudo utilizar la piscina , la refri y aires igual no enfriaban . Por ser Domingo no pudieron dar mantenimiento. Todo ser reporto . Lunes amanecio, un gran charco en la cocina , tenia que poner los paños de la piscina y del baño para evitar que el agua corriera . Tema de panos en el piso estuvimos Lunes , Martes, Miercoles , Jueves por la tarde . La piscina llegaron a las 12md a limpiar ....., no habia Bascon para limpiar la .piscina .....Martes , llegaron los tecnicos a las 5 .30 pm , tuvimos que salir a cenar a fuera , todo fuera de la refri , no se logro resolver , al dia siguiente vinieron los de los aires , limpiaron los filtros , sucios , tengo fotos de todo . Miercoles , seguimos con el charco en la cocina , no tenia refrigeradora , trajeron un congelador el Miercoles en la noche , no tenia refri , todo a congelar ..... el Viernes , nada , Sabado mi salida ..... Fue increiblemente terrible , venimos a una casa para que le dieran mantenimientos , tengo fotos de todos . solicite al administrador. dueños , un rembolso , y estoy todavia esperando una respuesta , Agradezco a Vrbo , que por favor se comuniquen conmigo . Todo se reporto con Bill , dueño , no creian la realidad , Sin Refri , sin hielo , los aires acondicionados no enfrian ,,,,, mismas personas de mantenimientos nos manifestaron la situacion , inclusive los aires no tienen la capacidad para el area , Muchas cosas pasaron , Todavia Estoy Esperando respuesta .

Steve was extremely responsive prior to my arrival and Bill, the property manager, made my stay extra special. Bill was waiting for me at the airport and transported me to the house with a stop at the grocery store. The local stores have everything we needed - felt like home. This impressive home worked beautifully for my family with 4 bedrooms, one of which was a private suite in the lower level. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to dine in and the private pool was just right for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view. We did spend a couple days at the Pacifico Beach Club, paying a daily entry fee. It was a fun change of pace and the service and food at the club was exceptional. Bill, the property manager, made our stay extra special. He was very attentive to our needs and made us feel like family. He helped us rent a golf cart (you will need this) and arranged for Covid testing when we returned to the US. He was the perfect host and a true ambassador for Costa Rica.I would definitely recommend renting this home - well worth it! Kudos to Steve for building this slice of heaven right here on earth and to Bill for making us feel so welcome.

House was very nice and as advertised. Pool was larger than it looks with room for 8 of us to cool down. Property was up on the hill with great view of the bay. We also had the howler monkeys visit most days. A gas golf cart (or a electric with new batteries) was a must as it was quite a walk down to the security gate and the street. Having the american grocery store at the entrance to pacifico was very handy and well stocked. The town of coco was very safe, with lots of restarant/bars. Also some nice nearby beaches.

We rented Casa Verde as an extension of a business trip in the area. The first days of our vacation were spent at a local resort and the last portion at Casa Verde. We loved the house more than the resort!! Very clean and easy to get to. Bill, the property manager, picked us up at our resort and stopped at the AutoMercado to allow us to grab some groceries on the way up the hill. The house is gorgeous! The pool is slightly smaller than it looks in pictures and the water pressure in the shower of the downstairs apartment is not very good, but definitely didn't put a damper on our trip. I highly recommend golf cart rentals as the hill is way steeper than it looks, and based on a previous review we stopped in a Pistio Gourmet and had the best sangria and the most delicious lunch of our trip- highly recommend visiting! We followed some monkey sounds one morning and ended up on a dead end road in the development with lots for sale and tons of monkeys! Our trip was a wonderful experience. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and Steve and Bill we very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for a great vacation and if we come back to CR we would definitely rent this property again! Coco Beach was delightful!

We could not have loved this vacation or this property more. The whole rental process was smooth and informative (Steve responded right away), checking in was easy (Bill, the property manager, was prompt and in touch) and the place was just dynamite - amazing view of the beach, great pool (bigger than a plunge pool and could fit several of us at once!) and really lovely accommodations for our group of eight people. Proximity to airport and other beaches, waterfalls, rainforest was ideal. We can't wait to come back.

We had a great 8 day vacation over Christmas 2019. The house is fantastic and the location is ideal, inside the Pacifico development (which makes it very safe). The bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses and the bathrooms/showers were great (with on-demand water heating). The Great Room had an awesome view and good cross ventilation. We did lose power a couple of times and the battery backup did come in and kept the fans going and the fridge on. This was a pleasant surprise! Full access to the washer and dryer meant we didn't have to pack a ton of stuff. Having the AutoMercado grocery store just down the hill is a big bonus. Great restaurants all around, including Citron, right at the bottom of the hill. Has a great bar and we would stop by for a Sangria in the evenings after walking home from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
