Very happy with location, ocean view is amazing, short distance to the stores, restaurants, beach. Clean apartment and spacious.

The condo was perfect. Very clean and well appointed. The 180° view from the balcony was mesmerizing. The location can't beat. Air-conditioning worked great and the building is very secure. Right on the beach. The host, Debora, was a pleasure to deal with. I cant wait to go back. I highly recommend this condo.

We had a great vacation, condo was clean and well appointed. Cannot beat the view and access to the beach! We walked everywhere for the whole week, with the exception of getting to the rainforest and old San Juan. We cannot wait to come back!

The stay was great. It was good being on the beach. Right around the corner from lotta activities which is great. The lowest that was there was no water pressure and there was any hot water until the last day. But we got around it no problem. We will book again With these owners. Thank you for the opportunity.

The condo was fantastic. Super clean. Modern updates! The new key process and fobs system is great. We loved our long weekend here!

Excellent stay!!! My wife and I stayed in April 2021 for one week and absolutely loved it so this time we returned for five weeks while 'working remotely'. 1. No issues with internet strength or connectivity which was a HUGE relief for me. 2. The pics on the website are real…Atlantic Ocean front balcony w beach below. 3. The open air and breeze were priceless. We never once closed the bedroom windows or door wall while in the room…the sounds of the ocean crashing down all night long were a dream come true. 4. King bed was almost too comfortable in that it's hard to get up combined w the sounds of the crashing waves below. 5. Great walkable area down Ashford Avenue full of shops, restaurants, bars and beautiful hotels. 6. There is a full-size CVS and Walgreens within a one minute walk which have everything and more that you will need. A popular bank is located at the same corner. 7. The host, Debora, was incredibly helpful and timely w any questions that we had. This is a very important item when dealing w rentals. 8. Very spacious balcony to enjoy meals. We even bought bikes from Walmart and had plenty of space to store on the balcony. 9. Kitchen was fully equipped w everything we needed. 10. Plenty of storage space for clothes, etc for our five week stay. 11. Last, but not least, was the building maintenance man, Jorge. This guy was simply amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful and full of positive energy. It was a treat to 'fist bump' w him every day before going for my morning walks. Overall, it doesn't get much better than this unit. Five weeks was simply not long enough. :)

A well equipped apartment right in the beach in the perfect spot. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and a cooler and had a wonderful stay.

Living room had the most amazing and unobstructed views of the beach and the ocean. Beautiful place to stay. Getting used to all the different keys was difficult at first, but we got the hang of it after the first day. The property is the perfect size for up to 3 adults. The only thing that I would change is to have AC in the living room, but everything else was perfect. My husband and I would love to stay here again.

This was a very magnificent place to stay and it was clean , well kept and basic necessities was there in condo that. Also, the communication with the property owner was absolutely great with assistance when needed. We loved it!!!!!

This beautiful Stella Maris Condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach was provided. The view was perfection! In the evening, we opened windows and enjoyed the breeze and sound of ocean waves. The beach on the property was pleasant but the waves were a little rough for swimming (early August) but still enjoyable. Location was very convenient offering a short walk to nice restaurants, clubs, convenience stores, shops. It’s also about a 15-minute walk to the fun Santurce area. Communicating with the owner, Debora, was a pleasure. She was very responsive to all of our questions which made us comfortable and our stay that much more enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to decide early on if you want to rent their parking space as it might not be available during your stay. We decided on getting a car after we booked the condo, and their parking space was not available for us to rent until the latter half of our week’s stay, which ended up being fine. We loved our stay at this condo and would definitely book with Debora again!

We loved the condo. Clean and beautiful. I wish there was more toiletries such as soap, more toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. Overall we loved the condo very much.

The entrance to the property is very underwhelming. It's what you would expect in any condo. The elevator was out of service when we arrived, however it was repaired (after we made the trip up the stairs). For the rest of the stay the elevator worked. When we entered the condo apartment we were astonished by the amazing view! The ocean view was like nothing we have ever seen before in Puerto Rico, even after having visited in the past. The apt was nicely decorated and stocked with necessities. The tv didn't work, and the owner tried valiantly to repair it, but to no avail. However, it didn't take away from our experience and the beauty of the area.

A friend and I enjoyed our time in PR. The condo was a wonderful location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We didn’t rent a car and didn’t need one. We just used Uber which was very inexpensive to get to the airport and Old San Juan. Bed was comfortable for 2 of us and the view was amazing! Loved that the building had a hose to rinse of your feet as you are right on the beach. Would definitely itlwy stay here again!!

Property was very clean, well managed, and in a great location. The only setback was for the first few days, the key to activate the elevator to the 8th floor was a little bit hard to use. However, we think the property manager / building manager must have oiled they key socket, because after a few days, it became much easier to turn the key without being struck! Beyond that, a really good experience!

The property was beautiful, just as described, direct beachfront, beautiful beach, restaurants and shops steps from the property , There was always someone there to assist in any way, in our case it was Jorje, a very caring gentleman.

The condo is perfect! The view is just amazing and the location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and night life. We love this building and can't wait to come back again to Debra's condo.

This apartment has one of the most beautiful views from every room. The host was very nice and helpful. The Bluetooth speaker was missing when we arrived and she had a new one delivered to our door later that day. I cannot say enough great things about this place. We can't wait to come back soon!!!
