The room staff, front door staff and beach attendants and wait staff were amazing.
Half of the amenities that are shown are not available at the moment due to construction. We were extremely disappointed as that played a factor in choosing this location. If you are paying a certain (high) amount to enjoy certain things that are shown to be available than they should be or honesty upfront should be required. Casino staff was extremely rude at certain tables. Not a welcoming vibe. We like to gamble and spend quite a bit to be treated in such a cold manner. We actually thought about moving to another casino resort on the first evening because it was so bad. A manager did come down and speak to us but nothing was done and we stuck it out as moving resorts would have been a hassle. We did limit our time spent in the casino due to this though which is a shame as this was another reason we selected this facility. Be very cautious as well to know your accounts and cards locked as our account was hacked by someone at the Marriott on the second day which is being investigated by my financial institution. We will go back to PR but will people NOT stay at this facility again. Disappointing as I am a Marriott member.

Staff was absolutely horrible. Family and friends that also stayed here are not impressed. Staffs treatment was unacceptable I will never be back to this location again.

The location is excellent! The pool, pool activities and kid's activities were awesome. Great beach with white sand, no weed. Direct access to the beach area. Washing stations in-between the pool and beach areas.
No place to stay at the lobby at all, means zero! No seats at the lobby. You can take a seat only at a cafeteria otherwise stay with your luggage at the entry. Tiny place at check-in. The pool area definitely needs more shade.

The staff very friendly, very caring
It seems the drinks were watered down very little alcohol and they were roughly $20 a drink with the tip disappointed there was no alcohol

Great location. The access to the beach and the service by outdoor employees was excellent. The pool was amazing.
The housekeeping staff i doors were not very friendly. Just to get the room cleaned seemed like a hassle. I had one housekeeper telling me at 4:45pm that she leaves at 5:00 and wanted to skip cleaning my rooms (we had 2 rooms) Both rooms were vacant all morning because we were by the beach and pool all day. We came back to our rooms and they still were not cleaned. That was when I encountered what the housekeeper told me.
We left the room 5 minutes later so she can clean the rooms and we came back 2 hours later. She left clean towels, took the trash but did not make the beds or clean the rooms.

Location and proximity to walkable neighborhoods for dining, shopping and sightseeing.
The pool area and accommodations were too small and limited for the number of rooms. Our room had a very strong musty smell and updates and maintenance are highly needed. The bathroom shower ceiling has no light or fan and is very low for tall people. There were bubbles in the ceiling paint that indicated mildew growth in the plaster.
The beds were too small only double size and the pillows were hard and flat. Bed linens were scratchy and poor quality.
The breakfast buffet is a nice offering but not worth $41/person for eggs and pancakes!

Food was very good, the view from our room was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful, kids loved the water slide, drinks were delicious, beach very nice and beach staff always helpful.
There was too many people in the pool because it was a holiday so it became very very dirty. There is no space in the room to put your things, very little closet space, no place to hang bath towels. Pillows were thin.

Everyone, everything was great. The staff in the casino were nice the staff outside by the pool were very attentive.

First of all, the staff is exceptional! Before staying I read a lot of reviews for this hotel and some others in the area. I noticed their are a lot reviews that mention the staff was not nice or helpful, and I personally did not have that experience at all. Each member of the staff all the way down the the valet guys in parking lot were friendly, helpful, and polite. I stayed in a King Ocean View Cabana style room and it was perfect! The view of the beach and pool was beautiful. The room was the perfect size with nice upgrades compared to their other room options. However, my family stayed in the non-cabana style rooms and they all had exceptional views of the beach and city on much higher floors. The cafe in lobby was a plus since it has excellent to-go food and is super convenient. Also the restaurant on-site was really good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I just wish it had more traditional Puerto Rican entree options. Overall, my stay was wonderful and I’ll definitely stay at this Marriott again.
Honestly, based on my experience I don’t have much to say that I didn’t like about this Marriott. I wish the pool closed a little later than 9pm, perhaps 10pm or 11pm. Since if you leave the property all day to do excursions and explore we personally found ourselves wanting to go in the pool around 8pm but then it closed at 9pm. It wasn't a big deal that it closed at 9pm but just suggestion maybe it be open an hour or two later.

Wonderful staff, great beach location and beach service. Breakfast was part of our room rate and was incredibly varied and great food. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Fitness center had lots of equipment. Pools were impressive.

Average rooms for too much money, elevators were broken, renovations on the slide the entire time, closed the hot tub because of renovations, the breakfast is not good food.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I told the receptionist that it was daughter's birthday and she arranged for some treats and balloons be sent up to her room. IT made her day! Well done Marriot Staff!
The staff on the beach for drinks were very nice but there was not enough of them. I went to another island where they had buttons on the umbrellas- so you could order drinks online and they would bring them to you - it was very efficient.

Our breakfast at the buffet was not good! The birds!! The food was not great - french toast dry, omelets had no flavor. Very disappointed with a cost of $40!
Only one elevator was working. My fiance dropped of key to the room at the spa to give after my appt. They didn't give it to me and I had to wander around hotel tryingto to fine him in order to get in our room!
