Good space and has everything I needed for my stay.
Hard and noisy bed, needs a bigger a/c not enough to cool the room.

Street parking is kiddie corner to the building, and very empty at night, however during the day finding a spot might be tough. At night we were the only car there.
Water pressure dropped, you cannot choose the temperature of the shower, it's either hot or not, nothing in between. Also, the room isn't sealed too well so the A/C had a hard time keeping up with the heat of the day. It ran all day and never made it too cold, it was much better than outside, I just felt bad for using so much electricity.

The owner Victor expressed great customer service the whole duration. He responded in a timely manner. I loved most that the location was close to everything and very convenient. The terrace was a great asset as well.
There was no a/c unit in the living room. The sunlight from the terrace door made the apartment hot. I would recommend putting a curtain up to block some of the heat from coming in. The a/c unit in the single bedroom went out.

The room size was good for 2 people.
Walmart was just 3mins away. And quite close to the beach Condado.
Towel, hair dryer, dishes, all the équipements were prepared.
Shower is terrible. The window was not there, covered by plastic film. It was a corner unit near the road, lots of noise.

The place is located at a rough spot near a favela, but it's somehow safe, as people don't mess with you. The room was very clean, well equipped with everything you need while away. The hot water didn't like me those days... I had just a little string of water, so I did what I could. The onwer has great communication with you and is genuinely helpful.

The location was cool the price was EVEN better...within walking distance from everything and the Condado beach is literally about a 5 min drive. There wasn't much of a view and the balcony is very small but good for just standing and getting air. Keep in mind that it's only one room, with a bed, small kitchen and a small bathroom. It's not fancy but it is clean, quaint, and a very great price!! I mean you couldn't beat it! It was perfect for a couple although I would suggest maybe a small love seat or recliner or something else comfortable to sit on other than the table chairs (although they were nice) and bed and maybe get two small stools for the balcony.
The shower...slightly warm water only and didn't last long and the barking dog in one of the apartments. Couldn't really hear the dog inside the apartment but it was very loud every time anyone was in the entrance way.
