The place is located at a rough spot near a favela, but it's somehow safe, as people don't mess with you. The room was very clean, well equipped with everything you need while away. The hot water didn't like me those days... I had just a little string of water, so I did what I could. The onwer has great communication with you and is genuinely helpful.

The location was cool the price was EVEN better...within walking distance from everything and the Condado beach is literally about a 5 min drive. There wasn't much of a view and the balcony is very small but good for just standing and getting air. Keep in mind that it's only one room, with a bed, small kitchen and a small bathroom. It's not fancy but it is clean, quaint, and a very great price!! I mean you couldn't beat it! It was perfect for a couple although I would suggest maybe a small love seat or recliner or something else comfortable to sit on other than the table chairs (although they were nice) and bed and maybe get two small stools for the balcony.

The shower...slightly warm water only and didn't last long and the barking dog in one of the apartments. Couldn't really hear the dog inside the apartment but it was very loud every time anyone was in the entrance way.

I love it. It was very private and the place is was nice .and it was close to everything in San juan..the host was excellent..love it..thank u so much
