Hallway carpets were dirty, room service Not done during three day stay

Location was close to old San Juan - only a 5 min taxi ride. 20 min taxi to the main international airport by taxi. Breakfast was nice. They had a buffet set up with scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, cereals, fruit and bread/toast. There was an omelette station as well. Coffee & tea self serve was actually really good. Shower in the room was nice. Good shower, shampoo and body wash products. Nice that the room came with a mini fridge and a microwave. The hotel has a free shuttle to old town (more about that in the next section…)

Bedroom a/c unit was loud. In room coffee & coffee maker were gross. The room needs a kettle instead. We asked the front desk clerk for information about the free old town shuttle. They didn’t know any of the drop off/pick up points and didn’t have a map. There was a screen by the exit which did occasionally show a map of the drop off points but we kept missing it and didn’t have a chance to snap a photo. As a result we never used it. Expensive property.

Super clean! Location is awesome. Shuttle bus too! Room was comfortable. Bed & sofabed were comfortable. Workout room and business center were great. Pool was beautiful and clean and landscaping around was beautifully done. There is an outside room off dining area with a rainfall that is gorgeous. The lobby is simple yet beautifully decorated and the bar and service is wonderful. Wifi never failed us! ALL staff is helpful, ready to give suggestions and so polite & friendly!

The room had a musty smell. There are not enough mirrors in the room but there are spaces where mirrors and lighting can be added. No wall mounted magnifying make-up mirror in room. Not enough towels-we had 3 big towels but reservation stated 4 people would be sharing a room (so I had to ask for towels) they brought extra! The counter tools did not match (2 different designs)-for such a beautiful hotel-counter stools should match. Maybe update system for parking? Having to stop at front desk to validate parking card is outdated and if front desk is busy you will have to wait.

God frokost, to-tre hyggelige medarbeidere. Bra med vaskemaskin.

Dårlig renhold, både hyppighet og grundighet. Ikke toaster i rommet, selv om det står oppgitt at det skulle være det. Fikk det heller ikke da vi spurte. Dyrt.

Everything! The location, the staff, the room. It exceeded my expectations. I will definetely will be staying again.
