Very great location. It was a little confusing at first, the confirmation email said one thing and the posted rules said another. But all together decent weekend

The stay was great but on last night we had people park in both of our parking spots. Since there were no parking passes nothing could be done.

Stayed for a concert at gruene hall. Super clean plenty of room

We just slept there as we spent most of our time at our Son and Daughter in laws home whom we were visiting. The accommodations were perfect for our group and the beds were very comfortable

Facility was nice, well maintained, and pool was perfect for family gathering. We did grill out as they had two grills located on a nice hard surface for us to gather. It was a two story unit with nice size bedrooms and nice living area.

Was a good stay

We rented this property for our family to stay together when traveling for a wedding. The property was clean, and well maintained. The downstairs kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very nice. The upstairs bathroom could use some aesthetic updates, but is clean and functional. The a/c worked great, as it was over 100° every day of our week long stay. The pools were great too! Love the wading pool for littles. The community was very quiet and it felt safe. Beautiful area! Would definitely recommend this property!

Kids and grandkids enjoy this day

Overall the property was fine. The age of the property was part of its charm. However, a few modern amenities should be standard like a more efficient HVAC. It was hot. We couldn’t even cook down at night.

Space was exactly what we needed for multi-generational stay. Plenty of bedrooms for all. Grateful for ceiling fans! Would stay here again.

The condo was spacious but was a bit darker than the other. It’s probably from the darker color floors and blue wall paint. It also felt a bit more dated and perhaps would do well with a little “freshening up.” All in all it was a fine and convenient place to stay to do a tennis weekend at the Newks Tennis Ranch.

Nice condo in a wooded setting. Deer present and very nice landscaping. Check in was as advertised. Condo was clean, a/c and refrig were on. All utensils and plates were present. Only maintenance issue was the master bedroom on the first floor didn't have enough A/C coming through the vent for cooling. Left the door open and that made that a non issue.

We enjoyed staying at this location. The property is very well maintained but the AC had a few issues. We called maintenance and they were very responsive.

Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay and overall very few complaints, but the bedroom on the right side was 5-10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo the entire time and the garbage disposal smelled like something had died in it and never been removed. Other than that it was exactly what we wanted, just wish we were aware of these two issues prior to our stay.

The place needs a good cleaning. We liked the layout of the condo, and how it was on site for the wedding we attended. The beds need to be updated too. With a good cleaning and new mattresses, this place would be oerfect

We rented this condo over 34 yrs ago. We love tbarm. Most of the condos need to be updated inside . This one was fine and we would rent it again but it’s dark inside .

I don’t recommend staying at this location. Pool was closed for weeks before and we weren’t told until 1 hour before our check in. We had two kids, one being a 1 year old so he won’t float. The pool was the only thing we were able to do with him. So we spent 5 days hanging out in a condo with him when we could have at least looked for something else. Not very considerate to your guests in July in Texas. The beds are externally hard. One bed downstairs you can literally feel the springs. Pillows are so thin. Ended up sleeping the first night on the trundle bed and the rest on the living room couch. Furniture is old and not in good condition. Condo seemed a little dirty but not terrible. Toilets don’t function great. We’ve stayed at places for years for the Comal and Frio and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had with the stay.
