From minute one, they took care of everything for us, from taxi rides, to golf cart rentals, to arranging for dinner reservations, and finding us a private boat captain. We LOVED our unit (Oceanfront 4) and were very comfortable. The view was unbelievable!! I found it to be very reasonably priced for what you get. I hope we get to come back some day!

The views, amenities and customer service was spectacular! Don and his crew really make you feel welcomed! The accommodations were clean, homey, and well maintained. The rental was just far enough out of town that you didn’t have a lot of foot traffic but it was close enough that it made it easy to walk into town. I would definitely stay there again!

Don and his wife were great--they cooked us an absolutely delicious meal and were always available if we had any questions. The place was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. I actually went out today and bought the same bed pillows as they were so comfy. I would definitely recommend Velento!

The property is right on the ocean with amazing views of the sea and the most glorious breeze. I had coffee on the porch every morning watching the sun rise.

The rental itself is in excellent condition. Very clean and spacious, and the kitchen had everything I needed- coffeemaker, water dispenser, blender. It’s just on the outskirts of the busier area of town, but it’s a short and enjoyable walk to get to just about anywhere. Renting a bike was also super easy and convenient.

Don and Nazle were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Rides to and from the water taxi (and from the airport to/from the water taxi in Belize City) were arranged for my entire group. It was a huge relief to not have to worry about arranging transportation. I will absolutely come back to stay here when I return to Caye Caulker.

We had the most amazing stay in Caye Caulker. The condo was perfect - clean, great size, amazing view - I couldn’t get myself off the huge deck with the chairs and hammock. The team there was so helpful. When we had issues with the air conditioning they started fixing it as soon as they knew. The pool was great, location amazing and really everything was top notch. The private pier was great, really the best location we saw in the island. Thank you!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a beautiful and new rental. It was the perfect location. Far enough away from the busy streets but not too far of a walk or ride. We rented a golf cart through the management which was cheaper than reserving online. The golf cart was great to get to the other end of the island and for getting groceries. Pot holes on the island can get pretty bumpy but it's okay... Just go slow :) Also, getting beer through management was cheaper. We rented the paddle boards through them for a few hours which was cheap and fun! The pier is a great place to hangout and swim. The sea grass was not cleared from around the pier but that didn't stop us from swimming. The electricity did go out one night for about 10 minutes. But we were told by a local this happens when the guy running the power plant at night sometimes falls asleep on the job and power will temporarily go out. The rental is new and updated and very beautiful. It was a perfect size for four adults. We wish we would've set it up with Don that he would cook us dinner, but we ran out of days. WiFi was spotty at times but mostly pretty good. There was the sound of construction quite a lot, but the sound wasn't so bad out by the pier. We were told the construction should be done on the new buildings by December 2019. Most of the island has some sort of construction going on though and it didn't really bother us. We did get some bug bites the first night. Learned our lesson and used strong deat which solved the problem. Also, if you're able to, I highly recommend coming into the island by plane. You will not regret it! I would definitely recommend this rental and this island to anyone. I could see us coming back some day. We had a great vacation!

The rental is new and beautiful. It was far enough away from the busier part of the island but close enough that it's a simple walk or golf cart ride. We rented a golf cart through Management's recommendation and it was cheaper than reserving online. Also was cheaper to have management pick up beer for us than buy it in the store. There was some construction noise. We were told the new buildings in the back will be finished Dec 2019. Most of the island has construction in many locations anyway. Easy to escape the noise by going out to the pier. Great and fun spot to hangout! The sea grass was not cleared from around the pier but swimming was still enjoyable.
