We had a great 1st trip to Nantucket. Our hosts were extremely nice and very attentive. The mid-island location was great-not too far from anything anywhere else on the island, and bus loops are right there at the corner. 1 mile to the beach. Adults and our teens loved it-we will be returning.

A great spot - centrally located and able to get to anywhere you want easily. The house has everything you need and the hosts are extremely easy to work with! Would absolutely stay again.

Two couples stayed here! It's small but located conveniently and had everything we needed. Owner was very accomodating and nice!

We were on the island for work for 2 days and needed a comfortable & simple place to stay. Bonnie's home was perfect for what we needed. Centrally located, quiet, no-frills, & everything that a vacation home should be! Wendy, the caretaker while we were there, was absolutely lovely and even brought over a fresh pot of flowers to spruce up the deck when we arrived. If you're looking for a quiet and simple getaway, I can't recommend this home enough. Thank you again for the hospitality!

We had a great stay. The cottage was perfect for my family of 4. We loved riding bikes on the trail to surf side beach and was close proximity to Bartlett farms where we went strawberry picking. House was exactly as described in write up and Bonnie was so helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything. Would definitely use again.

a sweet no frills beach cottage in the center on the island with easy access to the main beaches and great place to crash after being out all day. Though, the couches were small so not much of a place to lounge at the end of the day. We would for sure come back again!

Great location, just minutes from the most amazing beach (fisherman’s), we rented a car because we have little ones but you would be able to rent bikes and get all over from the house! We had an amazing weekend. House has everything you need and we hope to keep going back!

We loved the location, but the cottage could use some updated furnishings, paint, carpet ect. The owners were very nice and very helpful.

This is a very nice house, but small. Centrally located, too far to walk to town or beach but only a few steps from a bus stop. 2 small bedrooms, one with a small double bed the other with a twin. Room enough for 1 couple and 1-2 children, but might be too crowded for 2 couples. No closets, but had hooks and pegs to hang clothes. Kitchen was nice, but no dishwasher. Pots and pans and dishes were adequate. Small den with a couch, chair and TV. Wi Fi worked well. Bathroom was small and the shower needs work. However, the outdoor shower works well and there is enough privacy that it was not a problem. Clothes washer worked well but no dryer. Clothes can be hung on line in back to dry. The upstairs loft is unfinished and not used for anything yet. The house worked fine for my wife and I for a week stay and it is a bargain compared to other places on the island. I would recommend.

Myself and two friends stayed at this cottage for a wedding weekend. The cottage was clean and charming. It was in a convenient spot with the public shuttle stopping right outside. Bonnie was easy to communicate with and laid out all of the details we needed for a successful stay. We really enjoyed hanging out inside the house as well as on the front porch! This was a perfect place for us!

Very nice smaller home ideal for 4. Nice amenities, clean, nice location. We felt very comfortable there. The owner even made nice notes to guide us around and help us feel at home. Only 2 things I saw that might need attention were the interior door hinges needed a squirt of oil (woke others up when sneaking to the bathroom in the middle of the night)... :) and the bushes at the entry to the property made me very uncomfortable when exiting the property onto the road (blind spot). We had a nice experience there and the owner was very helpful.

Wonderful little cottage. Very clean and well-maintained for our arrival. Bonnie was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival and was a joy to speak with. Everything was easily accessible from here. We will definitely be back and would surely recommend this place.

Location was absolutely perfect. My daughter and I were on an 8 night "cape and islands" bike tour, we took the hyline ferry in and were quite tired, perect that the house is only a couple of miles out of town and right on the bike paths. The restaurant nearby (the muse) served up good pizzas for these weary travelers. The house is modest for sure, but had everything we were looking for to hang our hats for two nights as we spent the days out and about on bicycles to explore the island. Everything was as advertised, perfect for this hit and run father daughter team for a short stay. Nantucket of course is just breathtaking :-)

We booked this cottage for Figawi weekend, which is probably the most expensive weekend to stay here, and the price couldn't be beat. This was the perfect size for 4 of us. Cottage was clean, well kept, and the owner, Bonnie, was great to work with. She provided all the information we needed before hand, including tips for public transportation to/from the ferry. Would definitely rent this place again!

This is an ideal location for a stay on Nantucket - it is centrally located between downtown and Surfside Beach. We were able to take the short walk to the beach every day - and the Wave Shuttle stop is just at the end of the driveway to take you downtown (only $1 per ride). It was the perfect size for the 3 of us, and was just what we needed to enjoy an extended weekend. The owner was very hospitable and accommodating - we would definitely recommend this nice cottage to anyone looking to spend some time on Nantucket.
