Valento was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Gorgeous rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff. Property grounds are very clean and attractive. Beach area I nice butt no water access from the sand. Long well kept pier with lounge chairs is nice! Walk to food/town center is like 15-20 minutes

I had multiple family members visiting because of the wedding and they were just in awe of how amazing the property was. My family and I loved the staff and how friendly and courteous they were to everyone. Even the little issues we had with the AC unit was communicated and taken care of with no issue what's so ever. I cannot recommend this place and property enough. It'll certainly be at the top of my list when visiting home again. Cannot wait to come back and visit.

Unit was spacious, clean, and had great views and access to the water. It was walking distance to everything the island has to offer. And you can easily rent bikes from the onsite caretaker, Don and his wife Nezle, who were very nice and helpful providing any info or assistance we needed. Having the private dock access was great, it allowed our snorkel tours and private water taxi to pick us up and drop us off right at the house. Only negative points were the construction happening next door to the property, which was loud between 8 and 5. Hopefully that will be resolved soon. Also, there was no longer a washer/dryer unit, but Don offered a laundry service if we needed it.

Wonderful views from the upper deck, and lots of comfortable seating for guests to enjoy the breeze and view. The dock and palapa were used frequently by us, and our group watched the sunrise while doing yoga there. Restaurants and shopping are an easy walk. The pool is a welcome addition. Don is an amazing property manager, and will do anything in his power to ensure guests have the best experience possible. We will definitely be back in 2020!

We had caught fish the day before & he cooked it for us. It was so good & cooked perfectly! They are a wonderful couple & host. Property was super safe w/an onsite guard @ night. He would always greet us when we were in & out & was really nice. We would totally stay again & truly had a great experience!

The unit was immaculately clean and very well appointed. We didn't cook much because the restaurants are so good, but one would have all they need, and more, to prepare meals. We had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable with the ability to have A/C so we could sleep soundly. Don and Nagle, the property managers, were wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had or help we needed. This is our second time to Caye Caulker, and I think we found the nicest property on the island this time.

I cannot rave about this condo enough! Everything was perfect. The communication with the owners was quick and easy. The managers on site were so friendly and kind. They knew what ferry we were arriving on and had a golf cart taxi waiting for us which was a nice surprise. The 3 bedroom condo was absolutely perfect for 6 of us. The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing, we had lots of space and the best part for us was that it was just outside the main area which meant that it was quiet and peaceful yet just a few minutes walk to restaurants, etc.. We really think that this is the best place on the island! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

July 2021 We had to reschedule our vacation 4 times due to COVID and the property owners were so accommodating. Everything about this property is perfect! We were facing the ocean and the view was amazing. The only trouble we had was one of our more expensive clothing items flew off of our balcony and into the neighbors yard. We were unable to retrieve it because the property manager did not know how to contact the next door neighbor. While that was a bummer it is a really really small problem and we had such a tremendous week. The house was perfect for what we needed. We are a family of 6, our kids are 18-22 and so having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect. Also, our adult sons appreciated not having to share a bed. One of my favorite things was interacting with the property managers. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this property. I think I had read in one of the previous reviews that there was not hot water but that was not an issue for us, we had plenty of warm water. I would advise to not worry so much about things like shampoo, sunscreen, coffee or laundry soap unless you are very picky . Those things are easy to find in the store and there are small stores all over the island. Don't expect to find all the groceries you want but we enjoyed eggs, bagels, cream cheese, guacamole, milk and fresh mangos for breakfast. We ate out for lunch and dinner and the food was soooooooo good. We never tried the street food and I totally regret that. My girls would want you to know that the most beautiful boy on the island works at Magic Grill :).

I contacted Don (property manager) and told him of the problem. Don worked on the problem several times, but do to it being the weekend and Monday a holiday the hot water heater could not being replaced until late Tuesday. Next we found that the washing machine did not work. Don and his staff worked on it a couple of times before replacing it on Wednesday. In the mean time they washed what ever items we needed cleaned in their machines and brought it back to us. When I asked Don about us being compensated for our inconvenience NO HOT WATER for 4 days, he said that I would have to contact Tim Parker. I emailed Tim on 3/10/20 and got no reply, I emailed him again on 3/12/20 asking for compensation for our problems. His response was he would give us an extra night. NOT EXCEPTABLE.. Flights already booked to leave on Saturday... For
$3563.25 for the week Hot water should be included

The property was well kept and in perfect condition. I would put stickies in the shower because it's very slippery. Otherwise, everything was perfect! We had a blast. The property and staff were great!
