We enjoyed our stay at Velento! Gorgeous views, comfortable accommodations and the perfect setting to enjoy the water and relax. Highly recommend!

This is a truly nice place. We stayed in unit number two, directly facing the ocean, and the views were stunning. The staff were all friendly and helpful during our time. We did wake up one morning to no available water for the entire property. It was definitely an inconvenience that particular morning (especially with no ability to flush toilets - no need to go into details). But with that said, it was nobody’s fault and just something that happened. The staff all worked hard to have things up and running again. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated inside, with the basic things you would need to cook your own meals.
My only two suggestions, given the price to stay at this unit, is to provide some nice quality coffee for the guests and also not charged so much to rent the golf carts. $75 per day is really extreme. We ended up walking across the island every day in the heat, and that wasn’t particularly fun, but we used the mantra of “Go Slow” and overall had a lot of fun on this wonderful island.

VeLento están ubicados en la isla de Cayó Caulker con unas vistas espectaculares y maravillosas a Mar Caribe. Los apartamentos están limpísimos y muy bien equipados, lo cual hace que tu estancia sea muy agradable. Además están ubicados muy cerca de la calle principal donde están la mayoría de restaurantes y tiendas, y a 5 minutos andando del puerto. Tienen aire acondicionado y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, lo cual hace que puedas dormir y descansar muy agusto.VeLento es para mí la mejor opción para hospedarse en la preciosa isla de Cayó Caulker.

This is a perfect setting for a family to relax, rewind and reset. The grounds are decorated beautifully with local flowers and palm trees. The views of the ocean are spectacular. It’s in a great location of Caye Caulker where it is more quite then the main area where you dock from water taxi. We really enjoyed the dock where the kids could swim and paddle board. We look forward to our stay next year.

We loved staying at #2 VeLento! Sunrise with coffee, pool for a dip, short walk to food and shops and plenty of snorkel and diving options. We only needed a golf cart ride on arrival and departure and walked everywhere. The apt and facility was super clean and staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The staff is amazing and works really hard for their visitors to have an incredible experience on property. As to the property, it is sensational. It is centrally located to move about. Within walking distance to many restaurants as well as a short golf cart trip to all amenities C.C. has to offer. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The property includes a very clean pool and gorgeous dock. Will be back to use again.

Amazing. They where so accommodating to us. We booked 2 days before trip and they where so helpful to our faimly. What ever we needed they provided. If your going to stay in caye caulker i highly recommend staying here. Pool right out side home and steps from the gorgeous peir.

This was our second time at Velento on Caye Caulker, we liked it so much the first time we had to come back, this time with a friend in tow to get him some down time in paradise.Second visit didn't disappoint. Staff, as always, incredibly friendly and helpful. Arrangements for taxis, for a cart rental, dining recommendations, everything was on point. The room (suite, more like it), was everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen so we could whip up a meal when we didn't feel like leaving. Location is excellent - easy walking distance to everything on the island, but off the busier streets so we never even heard a cart go by. Both of the Velento properties we stayed at here were just excellent, helped us all have a truly relaxing and recharging experience.

I was a last minute booking as I have been traveling from Roatan to Ambergris Caye. I visited the island once on the taxi with a friend and wanted to return for some of the activities. Velento was amazing, the stay was lovely, the grounds well kept and beautiful and the stay without a doubt were professional, helpful and just so nice. Cannot say enough except trying to figure out how quickly I can come back. Scuba diving at Frenchies Spear Fishing with Breezy and kareoke at some restaurant.... Memories priceless.

My small family and I spent 4 nights here. The condo was in immaculate condition. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The short walk along the beach to a majority of Caye Caulker’s restaurants and things to do. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on Caye Caulker.

We especially enjoyed walking out on the pier at night, laying on the beach furniture and staring at the night sky with the cool Caribbean breeze. The property is clean and very well maintained. The location is a short walk into the village. A small grocery/mini mart is a five minute walk away. The pool was great for our family. The one thing I would bring attention to is the stocking of the kitchen. All basic kitchen tools are available. However, know that spices, condiments, etc are not stocked (by previous renters like other vrbos) here. If you plan on cooking meals, ingredients A-Z will have to be purchased. Still, I highly recommend this property. We had guests of large parties all around us and when we were inside we couldn’t hear a thing. A solidly built place.

VeLento is a beautiful place on water's edge with an expansive view of the ocean. Every day gave a different sky and sunset. The lodging is gorgeous and includes a full kitchen, pool, decks, a swimming dock and easy bike access to shops and eateries. The place was perfect with a delightful balcony overlooking the sea, a table large enough to seat the eight of us, and a well equipped kitchen. It was the perfect spot for us, close to town and the excursions yet quiet and with great pool and dock.
