We loved our stay and loved all the outdoor areas to play games, eat and relax. Great home with plenty of space. Only three bedrooms but futons in the second living area provide additional options for beds. Highly recommend!

Property had all the things you want near campus - lots of seating areas (multiple outside seating areas and even two inside family rooms w/ tvs). Worked great for our two families to have a fun weekend with our cadets and gave everyone room to stretch out and relax too. Thanks for a great stay.

We were in College Station for our son's wedding. Needed a place that 8 adults could move around comfortably and this house provided that for us. The layout was great, space worked well for everyone to get ready and beds were comfortable for much needed sleep. Location was very convenient, and one morning was able to go for a run to campus and back using residential streets.
Had everything we needed in the house to get ready for a wedding and going out. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Our recent stay at this VRBO property was exceptional. The home’s exquisite decor and thoughtful amenities to include games ( ping pong, corn hole and more) setup in the garage made for a comfortable and welcoming experience. The host’s graciousness and attention to detail were evident from booking to departure, ensuring a memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a fantastic getaway with a caring host. We were visiting Aggieland for spring break and ere blessed to find this home. The house was very comfortable and gave us options to stretch out or be together. The kids enjoyed playing foosball in the garage and we had the opportunity to go fishing in the nearby lake. The house had everything that we needed and was well-maintained. Ryan and Roxy were great hosts — We hope to stay again!

Comfortable beds, good setup, plenty of space, kitchen sufficiently stocked, nice game selection. The owners are very responsive. (The neighborhood had a short power outage.)

This place is a gem! They have thought of everything! We absolutely enjoyed our visit to College Station and staying here made it even much more enjoyable. Close to TAMU but not too close. Lots of much-needed local stores and restaurants nearby. The owners are quick to communicate and extremely thoughtful. The place is A+++. Couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you!

We enjoyed our time at this great house in College Station. Well stocked with everything you need. Loved having two inside sitting areas with two TV's and an outside patio with a TV so that we could watch football and the Astros all at the same time. Ryan was very responsive to all my needs and questions before, during and after our stay. If you are looking for a VRBO that is comfortable for a big family, this is it. great rental house for anything Aggie related, games, parents weekend, etc. Close to restaurants, grocery, and in a pinch you can walk to campus. Highly recommend.
