Jeff is aces as a VRBO host. Very responsive and helpful. Property was great and very close to DT Nashville. I’ll be referring this location to any friends or family that are looking to spend time in Nashville. Definitely would book again.

To begin with, Jeff was super nice and so responsive. Never worked with anyone on vrbo that responds so quickly. The property is exactly like the pictures. It is beautiful! The pullout couch was comfortable, the twin room off the den was an added bonus, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed the keurig each morning and was glad to have creamer in the fridge. It was also nice to have an electric wine bottle opener! The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. They were super clean! The washer and dryer worked perfectly. It was so nice to have the beds already made for you and extra pillows and blankets on hand. We had so much fun and I won’t stay anywhere else when in Nashville. Thank you, Jeff, for a memorable vacation!!

Nothing was more than 10 minutes away, great coffee shops, classy restaurants, and downtown. Great place, will stay again next time for sure

The house was just like the pictures, super clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone else traveling to Nashville.

What a great place, EXACTLY as it is depicted in the photographs. It is literally 10 or less minutes in an Uber to Broadway. Thanks for letting us rent it for my birthday, everyone had a great time!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place and would go back and stay here in a heart beat!!!!!! Thanks again, Kelly :)

Very beautiful place to stay

The house is extremely nice and clean with plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions. Downtown Nashville is about a 5 minute Uber ride away. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.
