Beautiful Villa, Great for a holiday away, Everything you would need just a few things of contention; The heated pool was still cold and cost £60 per week. Split daily if only there for a few days. (In March). Found Small bugs in kitchen, other than that place clean. Air-con is a Coin payment machine, and does not come with price of place. We had a nosey neighbour that kept looking over the dipped wall near the tree on left hand side, I think it’s also a holiday let so wouldn’t be the same neighbours you would get. Good things; Hotel Manager, Was really nice and replied instantly, and allowed us to check-in early (Dropped off bags @10am when check in was @ 3)( And was fine to return @1pm when cleaners had finished) and stay on the last day till 2pm when check out was @ 10am. They have a book swap deal in the villa where, if you leave a book you have finished you can take another, not a reader but such a sweet idea. Lanzarote is a great place to go, tour bus’s ect pick up and drop off locally at the bottom of the street and take you all over to see all the hot spots, to Volcanos, winery’s, caves, So much to be discovered! Amazing place, and with lovely manager/Owner!

Overall a great Villa, however bedrooms were disappointing, bedding worn, sheet didn’t fit the double bed and you could hear the neighbours through the walls at nightime. Outside space was excellent, not overlooked and the pool was nice and warm.

Lovely home from home villa, everything you needed was there. Location was great for us as we like walking. If you were less mobile then 4euros for taxi. 5min walk you have commercial centre with supermarket, bars etc very convenient. Overall we had a fab stay. Thank you 😊

Excellent. Good location. Plenty of storage, larger than expected. Arrived in the dark and missed the path to the villa. (sharp right from parking space to narrow path) Really enjoyed our stay. James & Christel Graham

Great place

As per previous stays at this villa we couldn't fault anything. So quiet and relaxing. New TV offers more access to channels such as Netflix etc. Pool was lovely and warm and Iain was more than accommodating of a request we had during our stay. We will be back..again soon!

A private lovely villa

We loved visiting Lanzarote - our holiday away was very much enjoyed by the whole family. The villa itself is situated in the quieter area of playa blanca and it was a perfect retreat to relax. We had a lovely time staying here, the facilities in the villa it’s self were more then expected . The kitchen is well equipped, the outside area clean and spacious, bedrooms comfortable and plenty of storage, bathroom clean and tidy. The heated pool made it really easy for us to enjoy staying put, but the local surroundings of the beach, marina with restaurants and children’s play area 5 mins away meant we had no trouble enjoying ourselves exploring locally. Amenities are extremely close which is a huge bonus, just a 5 minute walk to a local supermarket and a few trinket shops - which made self catering a lot easier. The local beach Papagayo (a steep mountainous walk , max 15 mins) is absolutely stunning, a large cove which has gorgeous white sand and clear blue sea. Our two daughters aged 9 and 1years had the best holiday making some beautiful memories together. Thank you for having us and sharing your wonderful villa.

Villa is just as described and has everything you will need, and in such a quiet tranquil area there really isnt a better option for a quiet relaxing break. Villa is kept exceptionally clean and in great condition, Iain and his team cannot help you enough. Highly reccomend.

we felt very well in the villa. it was very clean. The pool is great, the equipment in the house very good. We missed a shower outside and basically the beds could be better/bigger. But all in all a very good place to stay.

We enjoyed the villa so much last year that we decided to book the villa again this year. This villa is well-equipped and very clean. The area is very quiet so it's the perfect recipe for a relaxing holiday with a private pool. Marina Rubicon is nearby, where you can find really nice restaurants. Very kind owners!

Spent 11 days in this lovely clean villa. Had everything we needed. Location was peaceful but there were local bars and restaurants you could go to and a 20 min walk took you to playa Blanca. The property was excellent ...slight problem with tv box......overall we had a lovely time there.....the scenery was brilliant marina is not to be missed and the beaches ( once you get to them ) stunning.....would definitely come back.....

We had a great time staying in this fantastic villa. Our third time in Playa Blanca now and this was the best equipped and best value we’ve stayed in. A lovely living space and kitchen with sliding doors out on to the poolside. Lovely outside area by the heated pool. Quiet area with designated parking. Small complex within walking distance has everything you need. Town centre is a short drive or taxi ride away. Air con is not the greatest but it really helps. Good Tv system and WiFi. Communication with Iain was spot on.

Superb villa in a perfect location for the peaceful holiday we were looking for. Just a few minutes from a selection of shops and bars, the area is very quiet, clean and well maintained. The villa is a perfect base for exploring Playa Blanca and all it has to offer, great walks to the Marina or Beach but also easy to use public transport including a very punctual bus service a few minutes from the door. The villa is perfect, clean, well laid out with everything included to make it feel home from home. It's hard to beat that feeling of being on a special holiday but also feel like you live there as well - for a few days anyway! Thanks for everything Iain.

We had such a great time at this lovely villa, which has everything you need and more! Great location in a beautiful quiet area, with easy access to the marina and Playa Blanca town. We loved the pool and watching the sunset from the terrace...thank you for letting us stay 😊

Superb villa, very spacious and clean. Had everything you needed. Very relaxing time as set in a quieter part of Playa Blanca but still had everything you needed around you. Definitely will be going back as I think we've our perfect relaxing retreat Highly recommend the villa and the owner Iain as communication was outstanding.

My family and I had a lovely stay at this well equipped villa in a great location for local beaches, shops, bars / restaurants, marina rubicon and other nice towns in the region. We loved the pool, what was provided for self catering, the space and the communication with the owner was very good. The villa is also exceptional value in our view.

T V was a bit of a battle. Constantly having to re connect

My husband and I had a lovely 5 night winter break at Villa Caminantes. The villa was not over looked, clean, lovely pool, quality sun loungers, beach towels provided and in a lovely quiet residential area. Within a 5 minute walk from the villa is a small shopping mall with a supermarket, restaurants and bars. The villa is fully furnished with everything you may need from plastic plates/cups for outside use to dvd's, books (left one) and even jigsaws for your enjoyment. Some recommendations to improve guests experience would be: To upgrade the TV/internet box as the connections were poor and we had to reboot the box whenever we wanted to watch the TV. This wasn't so much of an issue as we are fairly tech savvy but some guests may struggle. It would also be worth providing some cleaning products for short stay guests as we had to go shopping for washing up liquid, dishcloths, scourers and washing tablets. If these were provided this would allow guests to help keep your villa clean. We left the items we purchased for the next guests. It may be worth checking if the cleaning company removes such items. Given that we were only here for 5 nights we did not want to spend our time shopping. The boiler only has capacity for 2 showers which may be an issue if we had been here with our family. Having said that these were minor issues and overall had a lovely stay in your beautiful villa. We wouldn't hesitate to book Villa Caminantes again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Villa was spotless and had everything you needed for a great holiday. Property owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The heated pool was lovely and warm. The very friendly Jodie picked me up from the airport and showed me around the villa. Quiet area with a lot of great walks to go on.

We spent the first week of 2023 in this lovely villa! Everything was perfect! The garden is peaceful, private, and even more beautiful than the pictures. There is a good supermarket and some restaurants only a 2 min walk away. A 20-25 min walk along a beautiful coastline will take you to Marina Rubicon (with plenty of restaurants and shops). We hope to be able to visit again someday!

The villa as always is very clean in a quiet location yet only a short walk away from some fantastic local bars and places to eat. A relaxing home in the sun! The property manager was easy to contact, helpful and responded straight away when we had a problem with the pool. We will be back, again!

Lovely villa, fully equipped & an excellent location.

What can we say about Villa Caminantes.? So much! But it still wouldn't cover just how amazing we find this holiday. The location is spot on for our needs. Its so peaceful, yet less than five minutes walk there's a handful of places to grab a bite to eat and/or get a nice cold beer. (Paulos is especially friendly with Mia the parakeet) there's also a scooter/ bike hire shop if you fancy a ride around. Just across the way from these places there's a good sized kids play area with a little zip line the kids love. Around the corner there's a nice shop where you can grab your fresh morning baked goods and daily meals and then its back to the villa for coffee and croissant by the pool. (coffee machine could be a bit bigger but that might just be a personal preference, as we like a good slug of morning coffee). The villa is a good size with everything needed to lighten your suitcase load. You don't feel like you're living in each others pockets, You can be together, but still get some 'you' time when needed. There's good little section of books if you didn't bring a book from home and fancy a read by the pool. The TV has a huge range of channels to choose from including Disney+ (kiddo loved this), but it can be a bit temperamental. The sound quality is a bit hit and miss, but that's really our only grumble and that's definitely not a deal breaker. There's a lovely walk along the promenade that goes through the Marina Rubicon, with a lovely market in the week and some fab eateries and bars all within a 20/30 minute walk ( just remember some sunscreen for a top up if you do a lunchtime trip). All in all the villa and location is brilliant and well worth a visit. Its both relaxing and peaceful and just a stones throw from amenities. Cheeky suggestion would be a dining table that turns into a pool table (do they exist?) Communication with Iain and Julie was spot on. We will be back! Paul, Carole & Ollie C

We had a wonderful second stay at this perfect spacious Villa. It really has everything you could possibly need. The communication with the owner was excellent who was very understanding through the Covid problems when we had to change our booking twice. The Villa was clean, has good size rooms with a nice bathroom. There is a lovely pool with nice surrounding decking. There is an added bonus of a TV with all English stations plus Sky and BT sports, Netflix films and Netflix series channels plus many more. We love the location which is right at the start of the costal path, which goes for miles. There are beaches, restaurants and a supermarket nearby with many more in Rubicon or Play Blanca town. We would highly recommend this Villa and the surrounding area.

A wonderful stay at Villa Caminantes. The villa is in nice quiet location with a very private pool area, spotlessly clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue with the TV which was attended to very promptly. Supermarket, restaurants and bars are 3 minutes walk as is the taxi rank. Marina Rubicon, is about 20 walk away or 5euros in a taxi. We had a very relaxing stay and would highly recommend the villa to anyone.

This was now our 4th time at this villa and everything as expected was perfect. Cannot wait to teturn again soon.

We had an amazing stay in Villa Caminantes. The villa is well equipped and clean. It is situated in a very quit neighbourhood. For the first time I was completely relaxed. We rented a car and we had our own parking nearby the villa. The swimming pool is clean and really nice to cool down after lying on the comfortable sunbeds. There is a cleaning service for the pool, twice a week and the towels and bedlinnen was changed after a week. Every evening we went to Marina Rubicon for dinner and it took us about 20 minutes by foot. You get a lovely view over Playa Papagayo and Marina Rubicon. Every morning we had a breakfast on the patio with view over playa blanca and the Hacha Grande. In the evening we saw the sunset over montaña Roja. It's a fabulous villa to stay! We miss it already....

I have just returned from spending a lovely week at Villa Caminantes and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The villa met all my hopes and expectations in providing me with a quiet and comfortable retreat for my first solo travel experience. Jodie picked me up at the airport and it was so nice to be greeted by someone so warm and friendly. The villa can easily accommodate a family but because it is so nicely proportioned and maintained I soon felt at home on my own there. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, lovely pool, and easy walking distance to supermarket/bars/restaurants etc. I enjoyed daily walks along the beautiful coastline into Playa Balanca resort. To anyone contemplating a stay in Playa Blanca I would recommend this villa. Thank you Ian & Julie

Very good experience as usual ,lovely villa

From booking through to arrival the communication was second to none. The villa is perfect to totally relax, and after covid this is exactly what was needed. It has everything that we needed and the pool was amazing, kept clean by the lovely Steve, the pool man. This was our 2nd time here, the villa is highly recommended, the area is quiet and the local shops and pubs are great. 20 min walk takes you to the Rubicon, fir awee shop and drink. We shall definitely return. Thank you to Brett, Jodie, Steve, the house cleaners but most of all to Iain and Julie for allowing us to rent their villa .
