Loved the location and the soundproofing was amazing for being right at the airport I didn’t hear a thing and the staff were wonderful and very accomodating

Very spacious room and great location right next to the airport.
I had an adjoining room but a seperate family was staying next door so the divider door was locked however it was very easy to hear almost every word from the neighbouring room and they had the telly extremely loud for many hours.
The bed was extremely soft and I had a sore back from sleeping in it. The bathroom was a disability access, which I didn’t necessarily need but was totally fine apart from the whole bathroom floor flooded when you took a shower.
Unfortunately I left my charging cable plugged in by the bedside table. I messaged the Hotel following my checkout when I realised I had left my charging cable behind they responded and said they would check with the housekeeping team, however, they never got back to me and I chased up with two further messages to which I also never got a response.

Great location right by the airport. Beautiful hotel with lovely art work. Comfy beds. Great rainwater shower. Minimal background noise from airplanes. Good breakfast selection. . Easy walking access into airport.

I stayed at the Millenium in Taupo the week before which was much better and cheaper. My bedside lamp was broken and there was no hairdryer in my
room. I feel it was overpriced for what I got.
The bathroom is quite tight too. The lighting could have also been brighter.

We needed to get up at 3am so my mother could catch her flight. We received an automated wake-up call at 2:15am, that we did not request. So I was not impressed struggling to get back to sleep. Then we got up 3am and showered only to receive another call at 3:35, with no answer.

The room was very comfortable and extremely clean - location was perfect as I had an early flight the next morning.

The hotel didn't ask if we had a parking ticket for the car. So we had to pay over $100 for our parking from Friday nite to Sunday morning :(

Within the airport which is excellent. Room was clean and of a good standard
You could smell the cooking in the hallway. Arrived on Sunday and the hallways had not been vacuumed.

The location is great and restaurant is lovely. I appreciated the extra hour before needing to check out.
For me, at the price they charge, the rooms lack basics things like milk or water & similarly no toiletries. I also found the corridors to be extremely loud during my stay but that is likely to have been just an unlucky evening.

Access to hotel was a little difficult as there was no concierge or little signage but once outside hotel, getting to the Lobby and Reception was quite a simple process.
Room was very fresh and tidy, all amenties provided. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows the best we have encountered in our travels. Our room was to the north but still a lovely view of the golf course and surrounding hills.
Maybe more signage at front of hotel as we were being driven by family who were unfamiliar with airport roads.

Hallway carpets looked like they could do with a clean and the mirror work on the wall was not being properly maintained

Room was fine, staff were friendly and helpful.
The gym was quite small, you wouldn't want more than 2 people in there so I was getting up super early to avoid the congestion.
