Incredible hotel with the most exemplary staff. In particular, I would like to commend Sarah who was so kind and really went above and beyond to help me during my stay. She is a real credit to the hotel. The room was luxurious, spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities. I found all of the staff to be highly professional and competent in their respective roles. Bed was so comfy and breakfast was delicious. After staying in hostels for weeks, this was a 5* treat. Thank you!

Fine for one night. Clean and comfortable.

Great view of Wellington, staff friendly , general overall appearance good , security cameras well located and the lifts worked well.

Whilst the room itself was quite acceptable ( great curtains ) the bathroom was in need of a refurbish , dated in style , tiles could have done with a re-grout . Coffee mugs could have been cleaner and old grounds in the coffee plunger .

Great location with a decent view, quick check in/out and polite staff. Breakfast buffet options were nice and light, and the hot meals were good. Nice spacious rooms with thick walls and good heating, outstanding water pressure(maybe even a bit too much). Parking is reasonable to pay and a lot cheaper than public parking.

Not much ventilation in the room, single beds were a bit small but I'm pretty large so that's understandable. A small amount of mould along the windows from condensation.
