Looked a bit run down from outside but comfy, warm & spacious inside. Had everything we needed, thank you. I did leave a jacket behind on bedroom door, guess it's gone now!

The house was very clean and comfortable with room to spread out.
Views from the deck were stunning.
Access to the house not suitable for older people.
The Lock box was very difficult to operate andwould not have been possible in the dark or low light.

Great space, clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Lots of indoor and outdoor couches, tables and seating. Stunning views. Loved it!

Quiet location with lovely lake views, and 10 mins to central city, with local shops only 1-2 mins drive away, wonderful spot.
House is set up well with a large lounge and dining area and fantastic deck, so great for socialising.
The gas fire works great.
We had an awesome stay.

The house was nice and tidy. The view from dining room was awesome although the weather wasn’t great. Very close to drive to Taupo city. We enjoy staying at there.

The bach was perfect for the five of us. There was plenty of space and although it was an older place it was homely and very comfortable. The view was great although we were out most of the time so didn't get a chance to enjoy the house and location more.
Having a lock box on site would have been helpful as we had to plan our travels to get to the Z station by 9.30pm. Also a more prominent number at the front would have helped locate the house better in the dark night. The hedge at the front needs a little trim as it was brushing the car. Altogether we loved the place and Thank you.

House is very well appointed with plenty of separate living areas for larger families. No wi-fi was actually a positive! This is an older property and maintenance reflects its age. Overall a great stay.

Could have been cleaner Oven had last guest’s food in it still and it had gone mouldy. Sticky patches on the floor. Otherwise it was a good place

Fantastic spot
Great place to stay. Close to boat ramps and lake. Lovely lookout to lake while having a coffee on the deck. Wifi would be a bonus.

Easter 800 Acacia Bay
Very relaxed place to stay for all age groups. The bach worked well for all of us, nice and clean and everything you need was there. A great area also, lovely walks down by lake and easy boat ramp not far away. Fantastic communication to us all the way from Harcourts. Thank you.

Wonderful bach in Acacia Bay
We had such a lovely stay at this place - plenty of space for everyone, and a real homely feel.
The owners have also done a good job of mitigating the infamous Acacia Bay bug life, installing zapper lights to take care of them.
Would love to come back and stay again - thanks for having us!
