The house was amazing, very well stocked and the perfect amount of space for my group of 10 girls. The neighborhood was very very secure and so close to the beach. It was super accessible to get an Uber to/from. The only thing was that the cabana room got a lot of mosquitos, so If you are prone to bites maybe stay in one of the other rooms, but I would totally stay on this property again!

Property Not As Portrayed Our party of 7 ( capacity 12) was unanimously disappointed in the quality of the property. It is an older property. Our party felt the pictures are misleading and do not accurately represent or reflect the current conditions of the house. Among the issues we encountered were: Leaking roof let water to come in through ceiling fan in kitchen Dated, leaky refrigerator Backyard/pool area different than what is pictured online. Primary Toilet not secured in one bathroom Cracked and chipped paint throughout rooms Very outdated and peeling (particle board) furniture Lack of outlets throughout house, generally one per room, Including one protruding from wall 1 TV for entire house No tvs in any bedroom including none in indoor master bedroom 1 bedroom ( outside master bedroom) is completely outside main residence. It is a pool/cabana room. Broken towel rack. Ants in cabana room ( separate room) Broken cabinets/doors/ drawers in kitchen Wet tiles from rain in front entrance creates extremely slippery conditions entering and leaving house Motion detector light constantly going on and off all night. Uneven floor surfaces and transitions from room to room cause tripping hazards. Bottom line: We will not be staying at this property again. Overall, way overpriced for accommodations that were provided.

My family and I had a great time in San Juan despite the off and on rain. It was 11 of us on this girl’s trip and we enjoyed every bit of our stay at this beautiful, spacious property. Mayra was a nice, gracious and patient host. She greeted and showed us around the whole property. She responded to any questions or minor issues. The restaurants were walking distance. The beach was 2-3 blocks down the street. This is definitely the right place to stay.

Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay at Casaseasta. Check in was easy and smooth. The location was great to restaurants, pick up for tours, the ocean and lovely beach, and a short drive to Old San Juan. We enjoyed the pool each night after a busy day of tours and getting the most out of our 1 week stay in Puerto Rico. The beds were super comfortable and the location in the gated community was perfect. Thank you for a lovely vacation home.

The property was an excellent fit for our family reunion. Great location two blocks from the beach, walking distance to some restaurants. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a pool. Nice propane grill. Very clean throughout, with lovely bed linens and towels, including beach towels. Responsive hosts. The owner should pay more attention to maintenance, however. The generator would not start when the power went out, leaving us, most notably, without air conditioning for several hours until the maintenance person arrived. Also, some of the beach equipment needed to be replaced and the kitchen drawers were so worn they were difficult to open. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great house, perfect for a large group or family (like ours) that has teenagers that would like to spread out. Communication was good and owners were very helpful. They had a good list of restaurants to try and excursions to do as well as a referral to book them. It was nice after a day full of excursions to come back to the pool. The house is a 5-minute walk to the beach which is very nice. It's kind of between the two biggest resort areas so a little less busy. Overall a great experience and we appreciated it!

Beautiful property with pool in Ocean Park. Easy to Uber between San Juan and old San Juan and beaches. Spacious bedrooms but one has a separate entrance out side near pool, which was not clear from listing. Also not a lot of places to walk to. But overall a wonderful spot for a big group, clean , great beds and wonderful responsive hosts.

The VRBO is exactly like the pictures. It's in an extremely safe neighborhood. The gate is monitored at night which is nice. The pool is BEAUTIFUL. A huge highlight of our trip. Everything was a very short uber. 10-15 min. Airport was 10 min. Old San Juan was MAYBE 15 min with traffic but less most of the time. There were a good amount of bars and places to eat within walking distance. Our fave breakfast spots were Kasalta and Lelas. The beach was literally 2 blocks away and they provide towels and chairs at the VRBO. Cannot say enough good things about this stay. Extremely clean!!

I booked this property for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect stay for the occasion. The hosts went above and beyond for us, the location was central and safe and the house looked exactly like the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

It was tough to find a property in the area that would accommodate our group of 10, but we could not have been luckier to have found Casa Seaesta! John and Mayra were so lovely and helpful throughout the booking/check-in/check-out process. We all fit comfortably, felt safe, and the property was even better than pictured. I will note that we did have a brief water outage, but only mentioning because I would like to highlight how quickly the issue was resolved. That was literally the only blip during our stay - otherwise, we had the best time! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area :)

We had excellent communication with Mayra. She was welcoming and provided clear instructions upon arrival. She addressed my questions/concerns during our stay very promptly. As far as the house, it had comfortable beds and plenty of towels for our group. We used the laundry which was very convenient! The overall feel is a bit weathered. I was not expecting this based on reviews, so I’m just giving my honest opinion. It was clean. The bedrooms are on the small side and the shared living room/ kitchen is a bit dark. I was anticipating a more higher end feel. The neighborhood feels hit or miss too. Some nicer homes and some complete fixer uppers. Overall, we appreciated the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for our group and the people we met in Puerto Rico were extremely friendly!

The house was very clean and spacious. We had a wonderful time and the area seems safe with security and in a gated community. We were able to walk the one block to the beach was very nice!

I stayed at Casa Seaesta with 7 other girls in 2024 for a bachelorette and we couldn't have asked for a better house to stay! It's perfectly located with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and the beach right near by. The house had plenty of space for all 8 of us. The pictures truly don't do it justice - its absolutely gorgeous and a great size for large groups! John and Mayra were amazing hosts and we loved the added bonus of having Sergio at FixaTrip's information so we could book a private chef and a boat tour! We were all saying how we can't wait to come back and explore more of San Juan! Thanks again John and Mayra

The house worked perfectly for our two families with teenage kids. Having two primary suites was perfect. Also, the other bedrooms having queen beds worked well since our teenage kids could use the extra space. Overall the house suited our needs and was the perfect distance to the beach. It was an awesome trip!

This place is its own slice of paradise. We loved the house so much we spent most of our time lounging at the pool, playing games or cooking at the house. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable, the location is ideal, close to the beach and several bars and restaurants. Mayra was so helpful and greeted us upon arrival. I can’t say enough good things about how relaxing of a trip we had! Stay here, trust me.

We stayed here for my 40th Birthday celebration. There were 7 of us and we had a lot of room to move throughout the house. Everything was clean and the hosts were very accomodating. We enjoyed the private pool the first night and eventually made it over the beach which was only a 2 block walk. Its very close to many restaurants. It was a very nice house to stay in. We did not run short of any supplies. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a group of 11 stay at Casa Seaesta and it was nothing but amazing! House: perfect size for our group and we were able to have spread out without being on top of each other. The pool was absolutely amazing and came with a grill outside which was great for grilling out when we didn’t want to leave the house. Location: PERFECT! Very easy walk to the beach (4-5 minutes), easy Uber to the grocery and liquor store ($4-$5). Can walk to a Walgreens, Bars, breakfast/ lunch spots. 10-15 minute Uber from the airport. 15 minute ride to Old San Juan. 35 minute Uber to El Yunque. The house is also in a gated community which made us all feel extra safe! The neighborhood is also super quiet. HOSTS: Mayra was our point of contact and she met us at the house to walk us through everything. She was through and made sure we were all comfortable. During the stay she was always available with questions! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The house and location was amazing. It was much bigger than the pictures implied. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. We loved the pool, the patio space, the kitchen and dining - we loved it all!! The walk to the beach was easy and about a city block. The beach chairs and outdoor shower were great as well. Highly recommend this property. The host was very responsive and the code and gates to get in the house made us feel very safe.

We had three families (6 adults and 5 kids six years and under) and the house was great! The pool was the perfect size and there was enough room to “live in” but keep everyone in view. Host was responsive and we felt perfectly safe. Lots of food options to walk to!

The stay was amazing and accommodating especially traveling with small children. The hosts were amazing and always there when I had questions.

I was absolutely blown away by the property. I knew the place was going to be great by the pictures but those done even do it justice. When we arrived the host showed around the property and explained everything we needed to know. There were towels on every bed and enough beach towels for everyone. There are beach chairs and a grill to hang by the pool and the beach was just a quick walk down the street. The hosts provided great recommendations and they’re even posted in the house. Communication was great as well. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had the perfect amount of room for 8 girls on a girls trip. Having the pool & such a close walk to the beach & restaurants was awesome. Beds were also super comfortable and had nice linens. The hosts were very prompt and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

I stayed at Casa Seaesta for my bachelorette with 7 adults for 5 days. The house was spacious and accommodated us comfortably. We were provided with enough beach chairs, towels, and linens for all. It’s in a great location with the beach 2 blocks away and both old San Juan and the SJU about 15 minutes away. La Placita and other nightlife are very close to the area as well. I loved my stay and will be recommending Casa Seaesta !

We booked Casa SeaEsta for 1 week. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The house is also in a gated community so we felt very safe. The hosts Mayra and John are great-available and responsive for questions and anything that came up during our stay. The pool was great and always an option when we were deciding the daily activities. I will definitely consider Casa SeaEsta when returning to PR!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family vacation. It’s waking distance to beach and restaurants. Quick Uber ride to Old San Juan and major attractions. We felt safe in gated community. House was spacious and had everything you would need in a vacation home. Mayra was very responsive any thine we had any questions.
