We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful modern home. Owner keeps it in mint condition. Only issue was owner asked me for a payment after I already paid VRBO in full claiming she had been hacked.

The vacation beach gem house is right by the river (3 minutes walk) and well equipped with everything one needs to feel like home. Hila is great at communicating with guests and our family of six had a total blast at her place. Thanks Hila and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a sparkling clean place to stay by the river.

Hila, the owner, was very communicative and kind, even accommodating my elderly parents to join us at the last minute. Highly recommend renting the boats, life jackets, inner tubes, etc. It made our trip seamless and super fun! The property itself is modern and comfortable, close to a wonderful local spot on the river. We found the house to be plenty cool without using the a/c (though we spent the whole day at the river!). The neighborhood is quiet and everyone we encountered were friendly and respectful! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This little Guerneville gem was the perfect place for the girlfriend getaway weekend. It was beautiful inside and out, comfortably fit five of us and was appointed with everything we needed to relax. The master bathroom is so dreamy! Loved the location and its proximity to wine country...and the quaint little downtown here is so fun.

The house was just as advertised. It was well located for getting to the Sonoma wineries and even out to the coast to Bodega Bay. Hila was a great host. Would definitely stay there again.

This super cozy remodeled home was the perfect place to gather my adult children for a weekend away! Accommodations were great, love that there was a washer and dryer. I loved the homey feel. The location was great, just a very short walk to the river, and a short drive to town. I would definitely book again!!

We had a great stay here. The accommodations were clean, the check in and check out process was organized and the location is unmatched. You are just a short walk to a somewhat secluded beach and close to town. I would absolutely suggest this home to folks looking for a peaceful weekend away and I hope come back soon!

Ok all you vacation rental owners, listen up! This is how a vacation rental should be! This home is beautifully appointed. The appliances and fixtures are high-end and in perfect working order. Beds are extremely comfortable. House was spotless upon entering and the kitchen was well stocked with spices, condiments, coffee and more. We added to the collection, leaving our unused staples. Hila was lovely to work with and accommodated our early check-in request. I’ll stay here again and again.

Six of us spent the weekend here for a couples weekend of wine tasting in the Dry Creek Valley. The house was within 30 minutes of some of our favorite wineries. The house was perfect, it was comfortable, clean, roomy, decorated nicely and updated. We had a mini van and two mid size cars. All three cars were able to park in front of the house with ease. Something that is amazing about this gem is the neighborhood is so quiet. At night it is completely quiet outside. We cooked all our meals at the house. The modern, updated kitchen had everything you needed to cook a gourmet meal. This was my first experience with VRBO and it could not have been any easier. I’m a very structured person (it drives my wife crazy), Hila was perfect to work with. She responded quickly to my communications and provided me with very clear and concise information in regards to our stay, which made this new experience so much easier for me. Our group enjoyed everything about the house and we are already planning our next stay. Thank you Hila for making this trip memorable and one for the books.

Nicely decorated, clean, and modern home. Loved the heated floors in the main bathroom and the nice soft beds and towels. Only complaint is the small circle mirror in the second bathroom, we found it useless since it was placed too high. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

Beautiful modern home with very comfortable beds! Updated bathrooms and kitchen, it was so lovely we decided to stay in for dinner instead of going to town. 5 min. walk to a beach on the river, looking forward to going back so we can have more of a beach day in the summer. Hila was very easy to work with and answered any questions right away. Only improvement I can think of is a larger coffee pot and more hooks in the bathrooms for towels and bathing suits. Highly recommend this home!

Spent a weekend here and it was a clean, beautiful space. It had everything we needed for a stay at the river. Just a couple blocks to the beach and really close to town. They owner was able to accommodate our needs and is very responsive.

Perfectly appointed, spotless clean house for our Russian River getaway. We stayed only one night, for a last minute trip in the area, so we did not have time to fully explore the surroundings, but the house itself was all that is needed. Clean, modern, comfortable, heated floor in the brand new bathrooms, 10 minutes drive to downtown and the restaurants and on a perfectly quiet street. The host was gracious, responded super fast and easy to work with. What more can you ask?

The Vacation Beach Gem is beautifully renovated and perfect for our group of 6. The location is super convenient to wine tasting, the cute town of Guerneville, and the Russian River. Hila is very responsive and attentive as a host.

Our family enjoyed this modern beauty amongst the quirky charm of Guerneville. The home has the most comfortable beds, bright sunroom and up to date kitchen. We drove to Johnson's Beach for a day on the river. Wine tasting is all around you. A must try!
